I have never had a problem of any sort at this place, and the food is great! They deserve their "Best Pizza in Malden" appellation, but everything else I've had on the menu was superior as well. It is very easy to get hooked on this place. Although they serve beer, there is no bar area here. Although sort of small, I still think the seating is adequate enough. No single or double seaters, just booths. For you locals, they deliver. I don't know if they deliver the beer too, but they deliver. Their pizza is at the top of the food pyramid. I don't think their sauce uses a lot of garlic, although I love garlic, but you can taste the basil, oregano, and other essential ingredients and it is great. The sauce is probably the best part of their pizza. The single slice is really two slices. With a beer, it comes to six and change. Great prices here. There are a lot of other items on the menu too, like homemade italian calzones. I have only been here once, but I have also heard good things about their chicken fingers. This place is a good location too, not too far from Malden station with good parking. This pizza joint is serious about their craft. I would put this place right up there with Santarpio's pizza. Pisa pizza is definitely one of my top three pizza joints in Malden. It's not too saucy and a good ratio of dough to toppings. If your looking for more of the thin crust pizzas this is not for you. I haven't strayed off the menu for anything other than pizzas but I have ordered many different pizzas and they're all good. Their special is Aside from taste, my other reason why I love Pisa pizza so much is because of all the community work they do. They always give back to the city and always willing to help many teams/groups/schools within Malden with great fundraisers. The staff is friendly and very genuine. I ate a Pisa Pizza about 2 weeks ago when my friends and I visited our friend who lives in Malden. We just finished a 5 hour car drive up from Jersey, which took longer as yours truly made a wrong turn. So by the time we arrived we were starving. I acutally ate at Pisa Pizza with the bachagaloop below my review. The pizza and beer deal that Matt S. is talking about was clutch. The buffalo chicke pizza was packed with chicken, and I liked how it wasn't already drenched with bleu cheese. Sometimes places can put too much on and it can be a little over bearing, so I liked how Pisa puts it on the side automatically. The regular cheese pie was okay, nothing special. I just ordered a chicken and brocolli pizza from this spot and it was AMAZING!!!! I always see the little Pisa Pizza car around my way and often wondered if this place was any good. It fullfilled my late night pizza craving after a long day at work & school. I ordered my pizza when I got off the train at Malden Center and it arrived at my place 20 mins later nice and warm. The slices are thin, not greasy, cheese is perfect, and sauce is flavorful and looks homemade with the whole chunky slices of tomato. I'm happy I found this hidden gem. Just moved to Malden and this was the first place I tried for pizza and probably the last place I will try. It is great pizza from the plain cheese which is how I judge a place to the special buffalo chicken that is amazing. The roasted red peppers on it add something extra to the pizza that is good. Soooo good. I've been there twice and gotten pizzas with half buffalo chicken and half bbq chicken. Great solid crust but not overwhelmingly thick, pizza toppings and cheese are definitely solid quality. Totally worth the price and I'll be heading back. The crust is tasty and usually cooked perfectly, the sauce leaves a sweet taste witch is complimented by the cheeses for a perfectly balanced blend of flavors. Pisa Pizza is awesome! They have amazing deep-dish pizzas that can feed 6-10 people, and equally amazing thin-crust pizzas for smaller groups. The prices are reasonable, the delivery fairly quick, and the toppings copious. I'm not a huge fan of wings, but friends who ordered them liked them. The garlic bread was neither awesome nor terrible. But overall this is a damned good pizza store. read more

We have lived in Malden for about 4 years now and we were hesitant to try their pizza. Only because some reviews didn't sound the best, but finally we decided to give them a try. Good thing we did because this is one of the best places I have ever been to for pizza and wings. We have had their margarita pizza and Hawaiian pizza both are fantastic, especially the margarita. We have also had their boneless buffalo, honey dijon and honey BBQ wings. They are all so good. The honey BBQ wings are phenomenal, I can't get over how delicious they are. When I come to Malden from Boston, Pisa Pizza is the best pizza there is! Domino's, oh no way. You can taste the freshness of hand tossed dough at Pisa Pizza! Pleasantly surprised! Parmesan Garlic wings are delicious as is their antipasto salad. Very friendly staff and delivery driver...even offered to bring it in since it was a large order. The quality of food her is 5 stars. My 3 Star rating has to do with two things. First their delivery is pretty subpar. I usually hear it will take 30-40 mins and seems to become for it to take 50+ mins. I don't mind 30-40 or even 45 if you need it but if your showing up at 50-60 mins don't bother. Second is when I go to pick up a sub. They never cut it in half. I work nights in construction so my hands are filthy so ripping apart a sub by hand isn't usually something I like to do. I shouldn't have to remind a pizza shop to chop my sub in half. I will adjust this review down road if they improve. I would say order pickup or dine in here. read more

I ordered from this place because of the reviews I read here. It is obviously that they are mostly written by family and friends of the owner(s). The pizza is a little bellow average, barely edible. The dough is part dough, part cardboard, probably made from pizza boxes. The wings were awful, too dry and crazy spicy. We order 18 and we could only eat one each. Note that I have never, in the history of ordering wings, left one single wing behind. The toppings are ok, but don't expect anything other than the usual pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon... My rating for this place is actually 2 stars but I'm making up for the fake 5 star reviews. It's also very expensive for what you get. read more

Updated Review: Although this is still our go to for consistently good, simple, cheese pizza and wings, we've tried some of their "specialty" pizzas more recently, and every single time, they have not come as described on their menu. For example, we ordered the chicken and broccoli pizza, which is supposed to be a white pizza, but it came with red sauce. Similarly, we ordered another chicken pizza, which was supposed to have grilled chicken, and it came with breaded chicken. They either need to update their menu descriptions or make sure their chefs know the menu items. Nothing more frustrating than paying for something you did not order! read more

Untrustworthy, I messaged them asking if they had gluten and dairy free pizza and whoever handles their FaceBook told me that they did. When I arrived to order the pizza they told me they did not have dairy free cheese. I do not have any issues at all when pizza places do not offer gluten and dairy free pizza, however Pisa Pizza is the first place that has ever told me they do have it and then when I arrive they tell me they do not. read more
