Pisco y Nazca was great!!!!!! I wasn't expecting to enjoy dinner so much. We made reservation for 8:30pm and were seating within minutes of arriving. The waiter was a firecracker from beginning to end. I guess he was excited that we order almost everything on the menu. The "Mac and Cheese" made an appearance twice!!!! So good. I was very happy with the drink menu which had a large variety of local craft beers we love. We also tried the ceviche sampler which had 3 of their most popular ones and we highly recommend it. It was fresh and had great flavor and the Peruvian corn inside is one of my favorites. Spectacular lunch at Pisco y Nazca Gastrobar in Kendall. A group of south Florida bloggers met and had lunch in here. The place's interior design is so nice, they have seating area inside and outside, with rooms for private events like the one we had. The service was fantastic everyone and I mean everyone, had a smile on their face is asking us what do we need. They were all amazing and very attentive with us. We had for starters empanada; it was so fresh hot, with juicy cheese and ham inside, accompanied with a nice sauces. One of them was spicy and the other one wasn't that spicy with beautiful colors as you can see my pictures. Then we had tequeños and for the first time I had orange cheese. The were amazing and so fresh. Later they brought the shrimp ceviche with beautiful corn and tasted even better, as my friends told me. Last but not least they brought a beautiful octopus; the color was simply outstanding. The people at the table who tried it said that the taste and the texture was great. The thing that I also enjoyed about this rest was the Peruvian drink called Prisco Sour it was on point. We really had an amazing time and later that night we went only to the bar. The bartender was extremely nice with us with a huge smile on this his face and amazing drinks. Definitely this is the place to be and I will go back again for more. Thank you. I've seen great things about this restaurant, and decided to try it. The food doesn't disappoint, and their service is exceptional. After a rare mishap on another visit the management staff help resolve the issue quickly, and efficiently. The servers are attentive; our glasses of water were constantly filled (which was often since we drink a lot of water). The food was delicious. We ordered the tostones for starters. The tostones were just the right touch of crunchy which isn't always easy to find other places. Flavor wise this great; the pulled pork, avocado, salsa criolla, and mojo all complimented each other perfectly. (Tip: if you're not a fan of too much spice/heat don't eat the slice of pepper on top.) For our main dishes we ordered tallarines verdes (a traditional Peruvian dish), causa crocante (panko shrimp), and the ceviche sampler. Tallarines verdes was as tasty as the last time we ordered it - the steak was cooked perfectly. The causa crocante was just as delectable (who doesn't love panko shrimp?) with the whipped potato, and rocoto aioli. You could honestly just ask for an order of the whipped potato alone because of how mouthwatering it was. The ceviche sampler was what I was most excited to try since it brought samples of the passion fruit, traditional, and cremoso ceviches. To be honest, the passion fruit ceviche was so flavorful that the others couldn't compete. The cremoso ceviche was my second favorite with its slight kick due to the habanero. Sadly, the traditional ceviche fell last, but it was still good nonetheless. The extra flavor in the other two just caught the attention of my palate better. We ordered dessert which isn't a common occurrence for us, but the chocolate dome looked too good to resist. It was well worth it! The presentation was obviously beautiful, and it tasted even better than it looked. The chocolate crisps, condensed milk, caramel, sweet potato, and vanilla ice cream created a scrumptious treat. read more

Love this Peruvian spot. One of my favorite places to eat at when in the Kendall area. They have a great happy hour (Monday through Sunday 4-7PM) with great bar bites and drink specials. Highly recommend trying one of their pizco sours and I love the tostones and conchitas. The restaurant is located in town and country shopping plaza right next to Blue Martini. My wife and I went to this lovely place for her birthday tonight (Nov 15). We went for Happy Hour (4-7PM) which is every day. Their food was half off and drinks were half off. The food was so delicious and drinks were amazing. Our waiter was awesome. He gave my wife 2 free birthday shots, and even hooked me up with a on the house drink. I ordered from a brunch menu that you can select three different items from a selected menu. You can also order from their regular brunch menu as well. For the most part, we ordered different items so we were all able to try each other's plates. My least favorite dish was the chicken and waffles.
