Usually a visit starts with waiting at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes, only for them to tell you to come inside to order. You have to find which door is unlocked because it's never all of them. Then they're out of everything. Even the Coke machine is out of almost every drink. You wait about 15-30 minutes on a slow day for food. Based on how slow they are and how they don't restock or operate the drive thru, that tells me they aren't keeping up with cleaning, pest control, food service equipment, maintenance, etc. the food is probably way below standards for safety. I've been here when employees are physically fighting with each other or customers. I also found a loaded gun in the bathroom here a few years ago. I only return because I work across the street and can't go far.

We suggest that the small entrance sign be updated to include the Chick-fil-A logo, especially since it almost looks like you're turning back onto a highway access. This location is a short distance from the I-95 off-ramp which is a bonus. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. Their condiments station was nicely organized and stocked with napkins, mayo and ketchup packs, plastic ware, and straws, etc. The women's restroom was clean, and with the availability of 3 stalls, we were glad there wasn't a wait.
