The space was spacious enough for our 80 guests, plus our vendors to set up their spaces. We were able to set up 3 long kids tables. The venue has been updated with such elegance. Sergey was incredible! He was very friendly, professional and accommodating. He helped us with setup which he definitely did not have to do - we were so grateful for his kindness. Communication leading up to the event was smooth and responsive, which made planning stress-free. We also appreciated that the venue was already equipped with all the big things to make things much easier - Stage, lighting, sound system, multiple televisions, full kitchen (huge island, refrigerator, freezer, industrial sink, tables, chiavari chairs, and table linens. The venue is situated in a huge plaza with many different shops and parking all around with a huge parking garage in the back - This is a huge selling point! The lessons are by levels and begin at level 1 and end at 5. Each level is two weeks long, and is a total of eight lessons Monday-Thursday. The lessons are 30 minutes long, and each class has a maximum of four students. It seemed like a simple fix to allow us to attend the 12:00 PM seating (which is what we originally paid for), but no staff member showed any understanding or willingness to help. Everything felt disorganized, unclear, and frankly, very unprofessional. We ended up paying around $500 just to rush through the experience and barely enjoy it. For a place that markets itself as upscale, the customer service and communication were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend attending special events here unless they improve their organization and customer care.
