I don't quite know what type of pizza category it falls into because it's not Neapolitan imo because it actually has a nice crisp under-carriage. Where-as I feel most neopolitans don't. Anyways, amazing quality ingredients. I believe all of their dough is sourdough which tastes so good. Some of the best ranch in the game. Don't sleep on their wings. 10/10 Also must order a Caesar salad as well. When looking for a sit down pizza spot in OC, I put folks over every other place. Including over Truly pizza

The crust is crispy, and the dough underneath the cheese and toppings was also crispy without being too thick. Everything here comes in huge portions and is definitely meant for sharing. Their salad literally looks like a mountain on a plate, and even the bread and butter portions are generous. You really get so much for your money here. Definitely worth the buck! Service: The service was super attentive, friendly, and helpful. They were always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Really great service overall! Ambiance: This place is BUSY! Every table seemed to be filled, and there was already a line before we even came in. We had to make a reservation. The atmosphere is bustling, lively, and energetic.

I ordered the Burrata e Tartufo pizza--creamy burrata with that rich, earthy truffle flavor made for a satisfying combination. The iced tea is actually brewed right at the table, which made it feel a bit more special than your usual restaurant iced tea. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. Great food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back with my family!

Seriously, it was so hot inside and there was no AC. For a restaurant that's supposed to be on the higher end side, I didn't expect to be sweating through my entire lunch. I've been coming here for about 8 years and have probably eaten here more times than I can count. I've even hosted a work event here before. This was easily the worst experience I've had. Our server was great, very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was not. The mixed greens salad was completely drenched in dressing and tasted like packaged greens from Costco. And apparently 4 tiny tomatoes for about 2 cups of lettuce seemed like the appropriate ratio. I specifically asked for the pizza well done and it still came out soggy. It just wasn't good. The Caesar salad had basically no flavor. The penne pasta was actually good, but for some reason the sausage was completely ground up, which isn't what we asked for. By the end of lunch I was hot, sweaty, and just annoyed. The food quality is not what it used to be, and for what they charge, it's not worth it anymore. I won't be coming back.

And now we get to know where a new wonderful pizza location is! Let's start off with service, Grant is very friendly, knowledgeable. The ambience is, clean, fun music playing, positive vibe . So, we received flyers at our apartment complex, and many of the residents were excited about this, and I saw a few here today. The majority seem really happy with the pizza as well! I'm under the impression that this is mainly a takeout location. Probably because there are no picnic tables or seating available inside or outside.

The service was great, and the food came out pretty quickly. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, and it was really good. The bottom wasn't super crispy, which I honestly didn't mind, and overall, I couldn't ask for much more from a classic pepperoni pizza. I also got their bone in chicken wings in two flavors, Frank's RedHot Buffalo and Honey BBQ, and they were phenomenal. When I got to the restaurant, those wings were so hot you can see the steam when you open the box. The wings weren't really crispy, but they were packed with flavor, so I didn't even care. The Buffalo had that classic tangy heat, while the Honey BBQ was sweet and flavorful. Pizza Guys definitely satisfied the late night munchies
