So I'm a California transplant .Lived in the county for a hot minute and Canon Beach is my least favorite spot to come to .In the summer it's super congested and boogy .But if I am there for any amount of time or if I happen to be working there I tap in .Dont go get raped at any of the mediocre ,and overpriced Burger spot .Go grab j a couple slices .It won't rape the pocket book .nice big slices .The people who own and work at the spot are super down to earth and cool as ice cream too so tap in ..Buf if you still want to go get victimized with bad service and grab a 18 dollar burger have at it just sucks I won't Be there to say I told you so. read more

I'm sorry, but I'm not a fan. Stayed in town and gave this place a try as they have a gluten-free option for a family member. The regular version is a NY style thin crust pie. I prefer a little thicker crust, but not a deal breaker. The red sauce, well, that was way too sweet for my taste and the sprinkled basil on top and that was too much for my taste. If I came back, I'd try a different sauced pie, but that's a personal preference. The gluten-free option is really good. You really can't tell the crust is GF by taste. If it wasn't almost $5 extra, it'd be the way I'd personally go. read more

Pizza a'fetta is a hidden gem. The menu offers creative pizza combinations. I ordered the Smoked Basil Chicken pizza and breadsticks. I highly recommend the Smoked Basil Chicken. The mixture of flavors is fantastic. The staff was friendly and patient, unlike the customers. The indoor seating area was closed, but there is a courtyard with tables and chairs if you want to eat near the pizzeria. I like the location of this pizza place. There is a separate line for slices or pre-ordered to go pizzas, and there are seating areas-- inside the restaurant, so fresco where you can be with other patrons of nearby stores. I was so excited to eat there, the review said it was the best pizza in town. I have only tried their to-go slices-- pepperoni, veggie, and 3-cheese. I'd say it's alright. The best part about their pizzas is the crust-- the toppings? These 3 at least are just ok. There is another pizza place in town that offers much better topped pizzas. We thought the pizza was very good. It's not the best, but tasty. The crust is extremely thin. It's hard to eat with your hand, like traditional pizza. But some may prefer this. The toppings were generous and well seasoned. Yes, the Caesar salad was a bit disappointing. The service was very good. In fact, towards the end of our meal, our pizza dropped on the floor from the off-the-table pizza stand. It was my fault, but they compensated us with an order of cheesy breadsticks. We had a terrible experience on Sunday. Very disappointing. Our family has been going to this once lovely restaurant for years & years during our annual Cannon Beach vacation. We all looked forward to the pizza & salads. Sadly, had a horrific experience yesterday. ST inside and wired over 10 min- no service. Zero. After 12-13 min, we went outside and got in line for a slices to go. Waited patiently- a d finally ordered my slice. My husband had given up by this point. I got my slice, sat down and it was cold. Completely cold. I then went back to the to go counter and asked for a new slice, a hot one. The guy told me I needed to get ba k in line and wait my turn. I tried to explain that I ALREADY waited and didn't have time to go thru the entire line again. He wouldn't listen. We ended up leaving- after I threw my pizza & beer in the garbage. We passed it along our walk to find dinner and we looked in the window, everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. We walked the downtown and decided to head back. So glad we did! What we found was hospitality we have not experienced since traveling to Italy! The owner was very welcoming, humorous and kind. My husband and I had our friend's 11 year old boy with us. He is very interested in cooking and commercial kitchens. (We own a restaurant and he is excited to learn!). One of the team members took Aaron for a full tour and introduced him to the crew. They made him feel very special! On top of the hospitality, the pizza and salads were amazing and the place was spotless. They truly made us feel like family.
