I have to say, I'm really disappointed in my experience of purchasing a gift certificate from Pizza Amigos via Yelp. The recipient had difficulty redeeming the certificate. She tried multiple times to place an order & let it be known that she would be using a gift certificate. She was told that she would have to speak to a manager - when the manager was available, she'd have to wait for a code to be emailed to her & then call back after she had the code, etc. The recipient had just lost her mother. I sent her the gift certificate to try to help her out during a very difficult time - choosing a restaurant with good reviews that would deliver to her home. I'm very unsatisfied & will never support Pizza Amigos again. read more

The owners are friendly and very good with customer service. Pasta (I'm an Alfredo nut) is excellent. The pizza is cooked just right and seasoned well. Salad and drinks are always fresh. This place is the type of different that you can taste and never be disappointed with. read more

The reason for the 2 stars was I asked for extra cheese and I got a really skinny pizza compared to my past orders. Don't know if they have someone new doing their pizzas but please look and see if they are doing it right. $22 plus tip for a medium that is really skinny and missing the extra cheese that I ordered just doesn't cut it. read more

Absolutely horrible service! I placed my order online received a message stating it was ready fir pick up... Lies Lies... waited over 30 minutes.... inquired about my order. The employee told me to take a seat! My order hadn't been started! I requested a refund, due to the time, they told me no. I was being incredibly polite. I asked again, and was told to sit down, my order should be ready soon. I reiterated, it's fine just provide a refund so I can leave. Other customers were experiencing the same delay and rude service. It was not until I mentioned connecting with the police, did they refund me. The food is great this is like my third time ordering from them I just love their pizza but last night when I ordered my delivery driver was on time I probably had just stepped out my door and got a call that the delivery driver was there so I turn back around literally within two minutes gave them the money which was 40 bucks and my order was only $31.92 he asked did I want change back I said yes I will give you a tip out of my change he takes my $40dollars turns to walk away and said have a good night. I proceeded to tell him I need my change and he turns and tells me he has no change I tell him I could follow you to the liquor store and you can get change but you're not going to take all of my change he was upset And started speaking in his native language, as he walked to the car he miraculously appeared with change. I do not mind giving tips because I know a lot of people depend on their tips but do not lie to me and say you have no change and then come back with all of my change so in return I gave him a five dollar tip still even after he lied to me and said he did not have change. Great pizza is hard to find in Antioch these days, this has been my go to pizza place for a few weeks now. So far I have only ordered an extra large pepperoni and mushroom with pesto sauce with a side of wings and salad, it's so good I haven't been able to bring myself to try anything else. Instead of just saying it's good I'll explain what sets it apart from other pizza places in Antioch, first off and this may sound stupid but unfortunately it's the world we live in nowadays...THEY USE REAL MOZZARELLA CHEESE! Second the toppings are of quality and a generous portion of them are applied (much more than other places can say) and finally third the pizza crust is quality meaning it is hand tossed non processed pizza dough. The chicken wings, delicious in every way the skin is crisp not mushy and they are not over cooked. The salad as simple as it is most places find a way to mess it up, not this place the house salad is delicious also with a generous portion of toppings. Highly recommend this place. read more

I worked at this place for a couple days between jobs but it was too slow for me only because of MY own availability.
