Gyro was delicious and surprisingly it came with fries and they weren't bad either. We were able to get the free cheesecake by mentioning yelp as promoted. However the cheesecake was not spectacular. I have to give credit where credit is due...this place is a winner! The delivery was on time, the food hot, tasty and so not greasy, a welcome departure from most take-out/delivery spots. We had the Margherita pizza, a real delight that's chock-full of tomatoes, cheeses and herbs. The garlic knots were outstanding with a side of creamy ranch. So I'm back to update my review and I'm actually very upset. I was so excited when I saw that Pizza and Gyro would deliver to my hope through the slice app, normally they won't deliver if I order directly from them. When the driver arrived, he knocked so loud, it was almost as if someone was pounding on the door. There after he told me that his boss said that they wouldn't deliver to my address again. When I attempted to tell the driver to let His boss know that the service shouldn't be offered then, the driver turned away and sprinted to his car, ignoring what I was saying. I'm very disappointed in the service. There aren't very many halal fast food options in this area, especially ones that will deliver, hence my excitement. read more

Tried this place today as I was craving a Gyro and schwarma. Bottom line is both were lacking much more than a few pieces of meat each. The schwarma had way too much sauce to taste anything but the sauce, and neither were what I would call anything but average for around here. Valentinos has a much better gyro with plenty of meat, fresh pita and other ingredients. I have yet to find a decent schwarma around NoVa that is even in the same ballpark as what you get overseas. Shame. I had high hopes after reading all the positive reviews, but it seems my hunt for good gyro's and schwarmas continues. read more
