We really enjoyed our pizza, especially my son. He really enjoyed the one with prosciutto, arugula, and shaved Parmesan. His girlfriend loved the Margherita one, as well. Really good pizza. We had the meatball pizza which tasted very good and the crust had good texture. Only suggestion is that they put meatball slices not crumbles. Same as you would with pepperoni. Good, not great. The meatballs felt under seasoned and maybe used too much panade because the texture felt a bit too soft. I presume the tomato sauce is plain DOP tomatoes but it could've used some salt. The pizza was good. It's stiffer than Neapolitan pizzas I've had in the past because slices were firm enough to pick up. Perhaps this is something customers requested. It felt like it was missing pillowy softness that I think of with Neapolitan. The cannoli's were okay. I can't quite place my finger on it but felt fine. Perhaps the shell texture was different than what I'm accustomed to and it felt pretty hard. I had brought my sister here and she thought the meal was very good. Service was very friendly and prompt. Michael was great and very attentive! Went in wanting a whole pizza and saw they had a pizza flight which definitely caught my attention. We started off with fried mozzarella balls and chose a pepperoni, quattro formaggi (white pizza) and a pesto for the flight. Delicious and great service. Grabbed dinner to go and overall had a good experience. The pepperoni pizza was delicious with its oven-baked thin crust--definitely the highlight! The cheesy garlic bread, however, was missing that strong garlic flavor, and the meatballs were pretty average. I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived! This time I ordered the lunch pizza which also came with a salad (not pictured). The size of the pizza was a bit smaller than their regular small pizzas but it was great for a lunch portion along with the side salad! Although I feel artisan pizza is best to eat there, I still enjoyed it for lunch! I noticed the restaurant is clean, lovely, and staff are helpful. Will be returning for more lunch pizzas! read more

I dined at Pupatella for the first time. I was excited to try their small plates and pizzas. We ordered a variety of pizzas, including their Marg, pesto, and meatball. The arancini was a little tough, and I would have liked a little more sausage inside. The brussel sprout dish has apples in it, which was interesting~? I don't think it added anything to the dish, but it didn't spoil it either. The pesto was less creamy than I prefer, but the marg was a hit. I loved the sauce and thinner crust! Restaurant passing off 10 inch pizzas as 11 inch. They claim that is the size they always serve so I assume they are constantly ripping off customers. Beware of pizza size ripoff. Take a ruler to the restaurant. Also, their happy hour and lunch specials are not good deals. Remember pizza math from elementary school? Pi*R^2 shows that a 9 inch lunch pizza is only about 2/3rds the size of a normal 11 inch pizza. Also, happy hour is dine in only. read more

They have so many choices, and also a full bar. What more could you want under one roof? Every visit great servers. Got to say they hire and train well. I've never felt so aggressively rushed out of a restaurant before. Came in with the family on a Friday night and upon being seated, we ordered our drinks and an appetizer and said we needed a sec to choose our pizzas. Couple minutes later our server comes back and says actually we need to get our pizzas in now because "there are people waiting for this table." We'd been in our seats for maybe five minutes at this point. Then when we're all just starting our second slice, beverages maybe half finished, all four of us clearly actively still eating, she asks if we want boxes. Not if we wanted anything else, just if we were ready for boxes yet. We took the hint, chewed faster, got out of the way, and gave up on dinner being a relaxing end to a long, difficult week.
