Pizza Bianco is... fine. It's not bad, but it's not amazing either--just kind of middle-of-the-road. The pizza was decent--the crust had a nice chew, and the toppings were fresh, but overall, it lacked that wow factor. I've definitely had better, but I've also had worse. Service was okay, though nothing special. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they weren't particularly warm or attentive either. We waited a bit longer than expected for our food, and no one really checked in on us after it arrived. If you're in the area and craving pizza, it'll do the job, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. A perfectly average experience. read more

Food is always great. Large selection of items even for the pickiest of eaters. Restaurant is small with a few tables that you can eat at. Always convenient as it is located in the LL of the hotel. Always look forward to supporting local businesses. read more

Their food is horrible and their positive reviews are completely fake! All their good reviews are from people that only have 1 or a couple reviews. Look at all their 1 star reviews in Google from actual people that have tens of reviews not less than 5. Their pizzas are obviously premade and frozen. Their crust isn't crisp it's doughy and chewy because it's frozen. The cheese sits on top of the sauce like plastic. Even the sauce is dry because the frozen premade pizza part. I ordered a large pizza, garlic rolls and a salad. The salad was the only thing edible. The garlic rolls aren't fresh either, they tasted like premade/bought rolls with some minced garlic, they tasted like they had turned and saw black speckling on them like mold. Of course the old man owner denies everything and says he has the best pizza. If you want to waste your money trying the worst garbage pizza in America have at it, I only ordered because I live in one of the buildings nearby and read some of his fake 5 star reviews. TLDR: it's worth it. Idk and idc where you're at, but it's worth traveling to try. You heard me @DavePortnoy Little hole in the wall joint in what is probably the least prestigious hotel Ramada on Miami Beach, albeit the oldest perhaps. Positioned in the basement, a few doors down from the hotel guest laundry depot and a few other random shops, one like myself could easily walk by and not notice the place, or not enough to stop and try. At first glance this couldn't possibly be a pizza establishment worthy of stopping for, but if that's the case, then why the line? Why else would the very globular tourist in crocs and a death metal tank top yell at you as you pass by, to stop for "the worlds greatest slice of pizza." Am I being punked? I was not. As a tourist mid way through his vacation, I had laundry to do, so I ignored the large fellow and his pleas and continued on my way down the hall. As I went about my business, I thought about what I had seen as I walked passed.. a hole in the wall authentic Italian pizzeria in the basement of a hotel, probably BARELY passing health codes, with a large patron enthused enough to yell at me to stop? How could I not? So I did. I had a calzone which was actually prepared correctly to my surprise, and to my even greater surprise and ultimate pleasure, from first bite to my licking of the cardboard container I was in genuine ecstasy. It tasted so good, that I actually felt regret every time I swallowed because I knew less was waiting for me to finish. I finished the whole calzone in probably 3 minutes flat. For reference, it's about a foot in length and probably a close to two pounds in weight. I'd share a picture, but I never write reviews, and could not have foreseen myself writing this before exiting the trance of gobbling this delightful dish down. We we're staying at the Marco Polo when hunger stuck. After a long day at the beach and pool, we didn't really feel like getting dressed up and going out. Luckily for us, pizza Bianco exists and was just a few floors down from our room. We ordered and ate there. The pizza was delicious. I also had chicken pasta with their garlic rolls. It's located in the lowest level of the Marco Polo. Very affordable, very delicious. Get the garlic rolls. They make them fresh and they're so good. Pepperoni pizza was great. We've eaten at some very high end Italian restaurants many times over and this place is just as good, if not better. We stayed in hotel 5 nights and we ate here at least 1x day! From lasagna, sandwiches, spaghetti and meatballs, pizza and desserts.... Not a bad meal, ever! Their portion sizes are very large, enough for 2. This is a very small unassuming joint in the basement of the Ramada plaza hotel. I called to place my order and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The owner was very gracious and he called me promptly. They also deliver to nearby Apartments and hotels. The food was very fresh and my salad extremely flavorful.
