Because I'm a business owner myself, I understand that we all have off days and deserve a second chance. I'm excited to try them in hopes of finding a new pizza place. I also have a lot of respect for an establishment that cares about the satisfaction of their customers. I recently moved my business across the street from Pizza Buzz, that used to be located next-door to Marco's pizza. My employees and I would get pizza at least once or twice a week. Since our move to the new location, I decided to try pizza buzz for the first time since it is literally across the street. I ordered online and my pizza arrived about an hour and 10 minutes later. I used an online coupon but since the minimum delivery was $15 I had to add a garlic sauce because I was one penny shy of the minimum delivery. When the pizza guy arrived I asked him where my garlic butter was and he said to check in the box, so I did. It wasn't even the pizza I ordered. He said my pizza must've been out in the truck and went and got it. Still no garlic butter. The pizza was cold and although it was a meat lovers, it was lacking severely in toppings. I would compare this pizza to little Caesar pizza but the crust was not as good. The crust was very tough and difficult to chew. However, the pizza guy did go get me a garlic butter dipping sauce and bring it back. I think $20 was a little high for a smaller large pizza that was equivalent to a five dollar little Caesars pizza. I'm very disappointed as I am a huge pizza lover and was looking forward to trying other things on their menu, but not so sure now. The one thing they could do to improve is use a more live website where they can let people know what the delivery time expectations are because I would have gladly went and picked it up if I would've known I was going to wait that long for a cold pizza. read more

I seriously believe this is the BEST PIZZA we have ever had!!!! My granddaughter and I stopped in to eat not realizing it is a pick-up/delivery restaurant. The owner graciously fixed us a spot to sit and eat. The nicest people you will ever meet. As for the pizza....the crust was absolutely perfect and had a wonderful buttery taste. After hearing all the hype about how good the hand tossed crust is, and how good the garlic knots are, we drove all the way there to order food. Guess what? They were out of hand tossed crust. Well, I was still willing to give them a chance and i asked for garlic knots. Guess what? Out of garlic knots too! After driving all the way there, we couldnt get ANYTHING we wanted, so we just left. I'm giving Pizza Buzz 5 stars - 4 for the food and 1 for the service. Personally-I don't eat pizza, but my family does. The first time we ordered I had the Italian sub-ok but not great. My picky 16 year old son had the buffalo chicken sandwich and raved about it. We made a special request for Alfredo sauce on one of the two pizzas, and they called to make sure they had the order right. Because they had the best tasting Alfredo sauce on a pizza we'd had, we decided to order again. This time, I saw an interesting pizza- the Tandoori Chicken Pizza. There was a great coupon for two large pizzas including one gourmet, so we ordered it. NOW- I can say there is a pizza on earth I actually LOVE! It's authentic and contemporary at the same time. The cilantro is perfect with the Indian flavors (surprisingly authentic) in the Tandoori chicken. I've read the reviews about the chewy style crust but my family loves it, and thanks to the Tandoori chicken pizza that changed my view on pizza forever-so do I! I love to support local business and Pizza Buzz so far makes me remember why. All of you with the negative reviews should consider that by and large you're passing ridiculously culinary judgment on a convenient, frugal and effortless meal, delivered to your door. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Home Depot surely owns this place. When your pizza is 3 hours late and you complain, you just get a "I don't need your business a**hole, here's you're money back". Way to go. Great job for a small business. read more

Thin crust perfectly cooked, delivery was prompt, and the driver event told me I was going to love my pizza choice. You need to try this pizza. Had food from here twice now, originally ordered the tandoori chicken calzone on a whim. I hadn't seen such a thing before, and figured it'd be worth a shot. Best decision ever. Prices are a little on the high side for a pizza place, but the calzones I've had have been excellent. Will probably try their pizza at some point too. read more

This is the best pizza I have had since I've moved to this area. Their crust is the best and the sauce is delicious. I order from Pizza Buzz a few times a month and they have never disappointed. The only people who would give a bad review are those who find Olive Garden as authentic Italian and Red Lobster as fresh seafood. read more

Ordered for delivery tonight. Food made it here in time, and was still warm, the pizza wasn't as warm though. I ordered a pizza, the spaghetti and the sampler. I was hoping for better after reading the reviews. Pros: Fast delivery and ease of ordering online. The delivery guy was courteous. The food was hot. Cons: The best way I can describe the pizza is MEH. Not much flavor and kinda chewy. I also ordered 6 hot buffalo wings. The hot sauce was Frank's red hot, or something very very close to that. The wings were large though. Overall I would say the pizza and wings were mediocre at best. read more

We LOVE this place! It's family-owned and -operated and has the most amazing pizza. Our favorite is the chicken tandoori pizza with hand tossed crust. It's spicy and oh so tasty! Tonight we tried the Primavera salad and the garlic knots for the first time; would highly recommend both. We arrived here hungry and tired from a 12-Hour trek from Saint Louis; they welcomed us in with open arms and, when we told them of our road trip plight, invited us to use their tiny table so we could eat a meal outside the car. We ordered pizza with pepperoni and ricotta, a Caesar salad, and buffalo wings. The pizza was delicious with soft chewy crust that even the picky kids ate. The Caesar salad was yummy, dressing had really good cheesy flavor. I wanted so badly to enjoy the wings as I've been craving them, but they were so salty that I could barely eat 2 of them. I think they sprinkled some sort of seasoning after saucing them, which was just too much. I may order them again, but will definitely inquire if they can make them less salty. read more

First of all, Pizza Buzz has the best thin-crust pizza crust I have ever tried. It's crispy, but solid enough to hold the ample toppings provided. Second, I'll echo the prior review on the Tandoori Chicken pizza...it is quite excellent. We add paneer (a cheese commonly used in Indian cuisine) and extra sauce because we love the flavor combination. Third, the "regular" pizzas from the Buzz are superior to the average chain fare available in our area...plenty of sauce, cheese, and delicious toppings. I've never tried the alfredo sauce, but I will after reading the prior review! :-) All in all, Pizza Buzz thin crust pizza is the best around...I would recommend it to anyone! read more

Was really excited to try this, heard really great reviews....so disappointed! Ordered 2 small pizzas, spaghetti, and the appetizer sampler to try ($60!) Order was over an hour late from suggested delivery time and cold! More so the chicken wings in the sampler were raw on the inside (which I could post pictures here)! Delivery guy unfriendly as well! Definitely a must try, and way better than any chain pizza place. The crust is delicious and you can tell they use high quality ingredients on the pizza. Really loved our pizzas. Having Indian style pizzas is really good touch. Probably the best pizzas I have had which is Indian version. The customer service is top notch. We just moved to the area and during the move-in process my in-laws ordered from this joint. I am so glad they did. The delivery guy was nice and even remembered us when we came in at a later date. They ordered the Bianca pizza and the Supreme and it just hit the spot. We've been back a few times since then and will continue coming back. The Tandoori chicken pizza is another big winner for us. Great little neighborhood pizza place. I like that they have thin crust as an option and offer a more unique array of toppings (including chicken tikka masala.) I've ordered from them a couple times and though the pizza is thoroughly cooked, it usually doesn't seem super hot. The only thing I wouldn't recommend are the desserts; they taste good, but are always partially frozen. Tip: you can get some great specials on pizza if you order on weeknights instead of weekends. read more

This place makes some of the best pizzas I have ever had. They might be a bit more expensive then other pizza places but they are 100% worth it. Seems like quality ingredients and they do NOT skimp on ingredients. Top two best pizzas are the Tandoori Chicken and the Bianca.
