Place is clean and the employees are friendly. The pizza, however, is a major disappointment. The only thing I taste is Parmesan cheese, which I don't like . I asked if they could go light on the Parmesan. The employee looked confused and asked if I meant mozzarella. I couldn't eat more than two small pieces. Came for lunch, self-seating, was served quickly and waitress was friendly. Got the lunch special with BLT personal pizza--very unique pizza as it has a layer of flatbread over top so you can eat it like a sandwich and is stuffed with bacon, lettuce, and tomato like BLT should be. I want to give it the full five stars...if we went by food alone it would no doubt be there...however the service lacks friendliness at times....sometimes they are great, others they seem not to care. we generally don't have a problem with speed of service, it's the friendliness...the story about Pizza Cottage tells how they make you feel like family, but it's far from it. Great pizza! Always consistent. Thin crust with cornmeal on the bottom with a slightly sweet sauce gives it a great flavor! Try the garden salad, a cheese pizza and the dessert pizza. Great combo. Eat here regularly. read more

Went through or try to go through drive-through drive up window whatever a couple weeks ago they were having all kind of problems finally after a phone call from my wife to them and I went inside and waiting probably close to 55 to 60 minutes!! (They told my wife 20 25 minutes on the phone when she ordered) Got home was very unhappy with the product we had a large pizza and a sub ( could not eat either one) I called the manager they did give me a punchcard for a free one topping pizza which we had a two topping pizza and Italian sub! Three stars only cause it's good pizza. Service sucks first time having a party there and the waitress sucked she brought us drinks and our pizza then never came back. Well we had our hands full and was coming back for the cake we weren't even out the door for five mins and the employees were in there chowing down on the cake... manager gave us a $30 credit. So we went in tonight and with our luck got the same waitress and she still sucked got our food and drinks and she never returned. They really deserve a zero star. We called ahead for dine in pizza yesterday evening and stated we are 15 minutes away. We reserve a medium pep and cheese with 1/2 sausage and mushroom. When we arrived we were seated. My wife told them preordered under Roger's name. Well, by the time the waitress got the drinks and waited on who ever was in the restaurant and even stood around talking with employees our pizza came out about 15 minutes after we were seated. No one there knows what a hot pizza is supposed to be I guess. We didn't say anything cause it was late and we were tired. Pizza was like warm yuk. We ate it but disappointed. Delicious pizza! My favorite is just the plain old cheese pizza. The crust is crispy, the sauce is a little sweet and whatever they season the top of the cheese with is perfect. This place does not deliver (only to businesses), but no matter. It's a favorite for us to pick up and take with us for dinner with family. read more

This is my favorite way to have pizza....thin crisp as a cracker crust, fresh toppings and plenty of them, flavorful sauce ( not the sweet kind), served to me by folks that wanted to come to work. This place smells so great , if you are not in the mood for pizza, one whiff....and that will all change. Great place ! Never had a bad meal here. If you've never been here... I highly recommend getting a couple of small pizzas of different varieties and sharing them. The Philly Cheese-steak pizza and the Hawaiian are what we usually get. The salads always seem to be really fresh as well. The chicken is also good too. The PLT sandwich is strictly for pepperoni lovers. Great taste loads of pepperoni. I haven't had the BLT pizza or the Taco pizza. Which I've heard are delicious. As far as these service complaints... it's hit or miss(like any other place)with mostly younger employees but usually pretty decent. They pipe in classic rock satellite music at a reasonable volume so "Yeah!" to that. It seems to be very family friendly as well with larger size booths and free standing tables. read more
