WOW. I haven't written a Yelp review in YEARS. Literal Years. But this experience warrants a review. We went on May 6th in case any management or owners read this. (Not that anyone seems to care based on all the previous negative reviews). This place is run by some pretty angry teenagers. I asked for a beer and they rolled their eyes and acted like I was crazy. Ummm what's the issue? Pour the beer and move on. I asked for my salad plate.... Again- eye roll. Is it so insane to ask for my salad plate?! The poor people next to us ordered a chicken pizza and it had zero chicken. Another poor lady waited an hour and got the wrong order. Some man ordered wings and waited an HOUR. The reason I had the time to observe all of this is because you have A LOT of time to kill waiting for your order. So might as well people watch. Everyone in that place is angry. The customers, the teenagers. Everyone. So if you want to be angry- go to the Cameron Park Pizza Factory! Where everyone is angry, you wait an hour, and once you finally get your pizza it's bland! I love how who ever is handling your responses just can't admit that you take the order yourselves then pawn off on doordash. Let alone lie about keeping the tip, you don't give the dasher any tip I'm not stupid. It's also no surprise to me that it takes a while to get my order when who knows how poor door dash is paying the dasher for any order that you send their way, but please continue to lie that just makes you look like the most trustable place, I'll take my business to wallys or pizza guys or mountain mikes. Ugh. I want to love Pizza factory because I love the pizza but I just CANT go back after tonight's experience. First- the whole place is remodeled, but funny because the video games seem to still not work. Aka You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. Second- they were cutting and weight the dough out in front of the public tonight. Yuck, first time I've seen this, but so gross. Don't they have a back room to prep the food? Third- their online orders come out in a printer, and the printer was not working: so when they got there, they didn't even start my pizza. I had 2 year old on the break of a meltdown and can't wait another 30-40 mins for my order. Great, now they couldn't even Process a refund for me in store, I had to call x number to request a refund . Forth and final- Bri was the "team lead" - she can't manage anything. She had to be barely 20 years old, which honestly I don't care about age but She had no idea how to manage a complaint or offer customer service. Completely incompetent. She was completely CLUELESS. It was seriously like talking to a wall. One star is only if I can get to the pizza - it's good. Ps - Formaggio Pizza Express in town center is amazing!! I went directly there after this experience, and literally vented to them about everything and they totally turned my mood around with the family owned customer service. I have always been a fan of this Pizza Factory. I have hosted several birthday parties here and have always recommended them to family and friends. Not after tonight. I placed an order for pick up at 5:45pm. I arrived at 5:30 and was told my pizza would not be ready for another 15 minutes. Checked back at that time and was told my pizza would be ready in another 6 minutes...so about 5:55pm. At 6:10 I had an employee tell me one pizza was done and the other was just going into the oven. But would be ready in 5 minutes. It is currently 6:20. I have been waiting for a pick up order for almost an hour and still don't have a pizza. It's especially nice watching people who came in and ordered AFTER I ARRIVED...currently eating a dine in pizza and the order I put in 30 minutes before I arrived at the store is still not ready. Not cool. Not even a little bit. And to add insult...my pizza was wrong when I got it home. I can't make this up!!!! read more

This is absolutely disgusting. I had a bandage in the crust of my pizza. Manager made me feel like I put it in there. I gave them the chance to make it right before contacting the health department and leaving a review, but the manager couldn't do so! Last time I came to this Pizza Factory, I ordered a pizza and sat for an hour waiting while it was on top of the oven they never told me or brought it to me it was ready until I inquired and they found it. Pretty disappointing! Tonight I decided to try Pizza Factory again so I came in and I ordered a pizza, 45 minutes later I asked when it would be ready but it could not be found the employees argued about someone giving it to DoorDash. Employees were more busy talking about personal things than paying attention to customers. I don't recommend this place. Management is extremely lacking! Omg!!! Finally got my pizza after they gave it away or forgot about it and it was the wrong one. When I brought it to the employees attention three of them stared at me and didn't know what to say. They asked me what to do. I said give me what I ordered for my money back please. I was as polite as possible but these poor workers don't have the proper training to be working here by themselves. read more

I've always driven by Pizza Factory franchises but never tried them. I decided to try their pizza today on impulse after grocery shopping nearby. I ordered the pizza for take out. I was the only customer when I walked in. Not a big surprise since restaurants had just started to open up because of Covid19. I ordered the "Factory" combo. The pizza was decent. The toppings were plentiful. The crust was good but it wasn't anything to write home about. It actually reminded me of COSTCO pizza. Maybe the 20 minute drive home took away some of the crust crispiness but it was ok. I'd go back and dine in to see if the pizza is better piping hot rather than getting steamed in a box on a take out order. I'll probably try the chicken wings too. read more

We just had our daughter's birthday party there it was for 14 kids it came with pizza making which they each got to work with their own dough and put the sauce and cheese and pepperoni they want it they also were given a hat and apron that they can take home so that was exciting for the kids in our package it came with 60 tokens which is like equivalents like $15 and it also came with a scoop of dryers ice cream which they were several flavors of dryers ice cream and their arcade is all automated so you would take the ticket and feed it into the ticket machine and then you get the receipt and scan it and then it has a prize machine so it's small but it was great obviously it's Covid time it was excellent for us I ordered pizza for the adults and we had a separate area in the back of the arcade where we could see right through the window where the kids were at and it felt like we had the restaurant all to ourselves they have a drink machine there where are you can choose several different drinks different flavors and the kids package came with the drink as well Lucy was the person who helped us and she was excellent so I highly recommend it we had a wonderful time read more

Would give ZERO stars if I could honestly. I tried to place an online order 3X but for some reason system wouldn't accept my order so I called and Waited on hold for 20 mins and no one came back to the phone to place a pick up order and mind you, the guy who answered the phone was very rude asking if I could be placed on hold. The girl preparing our food wasn't wearing a mask. Since we are still in the middle of a pandemic this bothered me. It bothered me enough to say something to her. I asked her why she wasn't wearing a mask while working with food and she said she had a "medical exemption" and she didn't need to wear one. In my mind, if you are unable to wear a mask during these times you should be unable to work in food preparation at a restaurant. It made me very uncomfortable. read more

Took my family to Apple hill called in an order on the way home to Antelope figured we would stop for a family outing the Gentleman with the eye issue was rude from the beginning. I felt the vibe walking in we were not greeted with hello or anything but we bypassed it my family is mixed my husband is black and has dreads he is a police officer...... today's he's dressed normally... I'm white we have a mix of kids my husbands waited while My girls and I used the restroom to pay for our order mind you we are the only ones walking in everyone else is already seated I grew up in a small town pizza factory use to be our go to when we had outings and being we don't have one near us I thought it would be cool to take my kids out. We come out of the bathroom and my husband went into the bathroom and the man never once said anything until I walked back out and I got to the counter he asked that everyone pull there pants up now while this may sound like some it really wasn't my nephew yes he was sagging a bit much and we told him prior to walking in but when you can feel someone is judging or racially profiling you know it and I'm not one to automatically say someone is being racist but trust me you just know. No one said anything nor stared as far as patrons go I don't know if this is just one of those towns but would never recommend in the day and age we are in it is sad that we even have to deal with this. My kids were sitting at the table waiting on us they weren't jumping all over the place or acting with ignorance so to be treated in such a way based off looks is sad. I hope the owner of this establishment teaches diversity within the work place I know this town is probably primarily white but regardless I'm sure a lot of tourist pass through and being a business owner my self I know the tourist make up a large portion of revenue. The fact there was no hello upon walking in and the gentleman I acted as if my husband wasn't at the counter from the beginning was an issue asking about the pants understandable but when you treat customers as if they are hoodlums and judging someone off appearance won't get you far. It truly was a shame. Definitely need to do better. Oh and just to clarify only my nephew was sagging my husband doesn't nor do the other boys so for him to say you guys towards my husband was as if he was saying him as well or as if he was looking at us all as hoodlums. read more

Okay, so we lived three brothers. And I've been to many pizza factories. This isn't ranked high. The customer service was absolutely amazing. 10/10 for friendliness and helpfufllness. The salad bar? Gross. The selection was small and needed more. Also, it was hard to reach most everything. Ranch tasted like water. Macaroni salad was very bland but kids must like it. The pizza? We ordered a Rubicon meaty medium. It looked great. But it was soggy with grease. The oven must have been too high as toppings were burnt on ends and bottom crust was gooey (probably from grease.) I'll give it another try or two. They have cute games at each table that made our wait go by sure fast. However, no curtains made for a blinding bright evening light. So, service was good. Food wasn't good. And ambiance was difficult to sit through. Video games for the kids is awesome. read more

First visit... When I got there the staff was busy making pizza orders but made sure to greet me and let me know they would be right with me. The place was clean and the food came out fast. Friendly staff, great food at a good price. Games for the kids, TV and beer for the "big kids" ;) Wonderful place to take the family for dinner and just found out they deliver to my house! First time here! This place is pretty good. I'd say it's more of a place to take the family, instead of really high quality pizza. The atmosphere is great and there are lots of arcade games inside (don't sit by the arcade games if possible! The kids are extremely loud and obnoxious that play them hahah). There are also TV's throughout. The pizza was okay. The crust was my favorite part. The only reason it's getting 3 stars is because it took a reallllllly long time (45+minutes) for them to get out one medium pizza & an order of breadsticks. Overall, it wasn't too bad. My review is for the manager that was on shift last night, she was a young lady. From the moment we walked in she assisted us with kindness and efficiency, helping us with our needs. Then between our soccer party and another soccer party and just regular customers coming in they were quite busy, but without their regular services such as a soda machine due to being under construction and then having issues with the games not working she handled the pressure well and was definitely on top of things. I also would like to point out that she was really good and getting her staff moving and busy at all times! It's so wonderful to see a manager on top of things, thank you! read more

Pizza Factory is my favorite New York style pizza place in Cameron Park. The selection is always steady with the classics of cheese only & pepperoni, for those days where you just want to be basic. However, the daily selection of their specialty slices change, so you can choose something different along with your basic slice. I came here for lunch and I had a pepperoni slice and a ham , I wAs told the wait was a little longer (7 minutes) because a new pie was coming out. I said ok, no problem. Who doesn't love fresh pizza anyways?! I got home and it was still hot! First bite was all I needed to know that I was going to fall instantly in love with this pizza. Just moved to the area and am trying different restaurant's. Pizza Factory had a gluten free crust option which was incredibly nice. The crust was OK but come on it was gluten free it was better than most. The toppings where abundant and really had good flavor [I like more cheese but my family call me a large mouse]. When I when in to pick up the pizza I was given an accurate time for pick up as my pizzas where being taken out of the oven. I really like how friendly and masked the employees where. Sadly, the only machine that dispenses drinks was down and for my son and husband.. Over 1/2 of games that didn't dispense tickets were out of order. Seemed pretty busy. Nice and polite staff. I love this place. I coach a lot of youth sports teams in EDH and have had bad experiences with other pizza places. This one is always welcoming and gives free pizza to the team when the parents order something. No drama. It's a little bit further to drive than EDH, but well worth it. Pizza and salad bar are top notch. The kids love the ticket games. They give away so many tickets it is easy to earn a prize. Good times. read more
