I always love coming here, especially for the flat traditional pizza and wings they're consistently delicious! What really keeps me coming back, though, is the incredible service. Huge shoutout to Kourtney, who was absolutely amazing. She has such a bubbly personality, always checked on our table, kept our drinks refilled before we even had to ask, and greeted us with the warmest smile. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it made our visit even better. The manager Chris, was also fantastic!! There was another tall manager with tattoos who was super friendly and on top of everything as well. It's clear this team takes pride in providing great service. I don't know if it's just my luck, but every time I order takeout, there's always something. I've only been to this place twice. The first time was about a month ago when my husband & I ordered the Second City BBQ deep pizza. It was absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce, and that's all I could taste. Yesterday was my second pickup order, and this time I got the Canadian bacon/pineapple deep pizza. It was great. The only issue was that I asked for Parmesan and red pepper flakes, but it wasn't until I got back to my hotel room that I noticed I'd only been given one packet of parm cheese. This is the best Chicago Fire location by far; I've tried them all. This location has the best staff and cooks. As far as staff, all are great, but sit in the bar and have Dillon as your server. Super friendly and efficient, and fast service. As far as cooks go, the chicken wings are by far the best at this location. There is no better chicken wing found in Folsom, btw. Also, the hand-tossed pizzas are amazing. So glad they added this option. If you want a pizza to go, order here instead of Round Table or Mountain Mike's. Easy pick up, and wayyyy better. I would give it a 10 star if I could for customer Service!! Allison at Chicago Fire was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about my gluten and dairy allergies and was already answering our questions before we even had to ask them. She knew exactly what accommodations were needed and even pointed out things we wouldn't have thought to ask about ourselves. We loved the gluten-free pizza and so happy they offer vegan cheese. Allison went above and beyond by making sure the pizza was prepared safely, including having the dairy-containing sauce removed and leaving only the BBQ sauce since it fit my dietary needs. This place is huge too! My parents came with us for the first time and loved everything from the wings, salad and pizza!! We arrived at the eatery at the height of the Saturday night festivities. Even though we were told that our table would open to us after 45 minutes, we actually sat within our seats after 30 minutes. Our host was impeccable, the food had wonderful presentations, and both the deep dish pizza along with the salad and thin crust pizza had us wanting more. This restaurant wants their patrons to experience the Windy City. No doubt they accept the decor and the food as acceptable. I have been fortunate enough to have visited Chi Town on a number of occasions. Chicago Fire is more than just a place to get Chicago style pizza. It delivers a slice of the city to the people. My office was having their Christmas party here so we went and checked it out for lunch one day. On Mondays its 50% off wings and the wings are delicious. I got a wings and their pear salad and was impressed with their food quality. Our work party was all you can eat pizza with limit on salad and wings. The pizza was delicious and service was great. We were immediately seated when we arrived. Then, after a few minutes, our drink orders were taken. The place was darkly lit, but just enough that you can read the menu without squinting. Nicely decorated surroundings as well. My kids decided on the food we were going to get...wings for starters, and two deep dish pizzas for the main. The food tasted great! The wings, especially, caught my attention - crispy outside (even with the buffalo sauce coating) and still soft and nice inside. The service was excellent. Our server was always on hand, checking on refills or on anything else we needed. I love this place. For the amount of food they serve and for the price they charge, I think it's very affordable. I am from chicago and quite picky and judgmental about anywhere that claims to have Chicago style pizza. This place is a solid effort. They have giardinera, which is a requirement. Both the thin crust and deep dish are pretty spot on. The only thing I would say is that it's common in Chicago for thin crust to have thicker amount of cheese. The Windy City red blend by boeger wines pairs nicely with the pizza. My dad got an Italian beef sandwich and that was on par, too. My son isn't old enough to eat pizza yet, but he was eyeing it as if he knew it was the good stuff! Inside it reminds me of pizza places back home. Lots of Chicago themed decor. The pizza was amazing! So I had a 30$ gift card. My thought was after I purchased my meal I would leave the gift card in hopes of getting some cash for gas. I purchased my meal and the manager proceeded to give me a 20$ bill out of HIS wallet. Mind you the bill is 11 and change. There's 18 and change left. Chris hands me back the gift card and says have a great day. I refused, before this I showed him my short YouTube video on how I spent half a year to the day in a coma. They made a mistake on my pizza I said can I get a hand tossed pepperoni with olives and pineapples when the pizza gets to my table there's no pepperoni so how did they fix it? They said they're gonna warm up pepperoni and put it on top of the pizza. Hubs was hankering for a deep dish pizza on a Friday night. Well then off to Chicago Fire for us with me taking along a Lactaid pill. We ended up at the Folsom Palladio location. We waited 27 minutes for a table in the dining room. Not a bad wait. But I noticed the hostesses were monitoring capacity, the restaurant had more tables than servers. They limited areas of seating, we wanted a table but were given only a choice of two person mini booth. The interior waiting area was comfortable enough with its cushioned bench seating and views of the TVs, and they had outdoor benches as well. The customer service was great. Ariel was our server. 5star service. We ordered the deep dish multi course dinner for two $33.99. It comes with a small deep dish, choice of Cesar or primo salad, and choice of mini delight dessert or cheesy bread. Everything tasted darn good. The primo house salad was a big serving size. Fresh, basic ingredients mainly romaine lettuce. The star of the salad was the croutons. They were a few in there but by golly they were delicious. Seasoned well, and the perfect crunch level (not hard, or underbaked). Tasted home made but I am not sure if they actually were. We ordered pepperoni and Italian sausage ( fyi additional charge for the added topping, the price is only for plain cheese. Additional toppings are $2.50 each. I was assuming the price included one topping until I saw the bill). Anyways, the deep dish does take longer to bake, but those extra minutes are worth it. It came out with a hot with ... a golden crisp edged crust, as expected a thing of beauty cheese stretch, flavorful pizza sauce, and tasty bottom crust. Mmm. We ordered the dessert, it was a chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream and whipped cream with a cherry on top. Sweet decadence. Mmm. My lactaid was working overtime. All worth it ;D The parking situation is not ideal for folks unable to walk far. There are no temporary spots near the restaurant to unload. The parking structure is around the corner, a bit of a walk. And at around 10pm on a Friday night in the lot, I saw a man peeing against a car, a car speeding around with people hanging (waist up) out of the sunroof, and two cars racing against each other to get out of the lot.
