I would say 5 employees (teenagers) saw us and did not say a word until at least 5 minutes later. The reason we were ignored is because they were cleaning. But that's not the worst part. After she stood right in front of us to finish folding about 8 towels without saying a single word to us. Which is SO RUDE!!! Oh my hearttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!! Where do I even begin with such TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!??? Okay, so I was asked to throw a baby shower long distance. After my first phone call to Pizza Factory there was ZERO doubt that they were going to be the PERFECT place and man did they deliver. Keaton was helpful from DAY ONE, 2 months prior to the shower. He texted me from his personal cell with photos of the location and venue so I could prepare the decor from 5 hours away. He texted me while he was on vacation to let me know he was still accessible if I had questions ( so thoughtful ) and took my calls (to the restaurant) hours before they opened. Bailie and Mckell* were also there day of and checked on us frequently from the moment we showed up at 11am to set up for the party at one. They brought PLENTY of food so quickly as people arrived and were so friendly to all of our guests making sure they were helped, even though we opted out of having a traditional type of server/ service. The space was so clean and open with plenty of tables and chairs for 40 people and even with an unexpected lunch rush, we felt so valued and taken care of. As a person who loves to throw parties at a restaurant, THIS Pizza Factory is HANDS DOWN the friendliest, cleanest, most helpful, tastiest, affordable, delicious place I have EVER hosted a a large party at. Great salad bar. Pizza was ok for what it was. Their menu says pizza Margherita. Pizza Margherita is a classic Italian pizza. So classic the Italian government dictates how it should be made. Simply tomatoes or tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and leaves of basil. The pizza at Pizza factory is basically a vegetable pizza. It has no relation to a traditional " Margherita Pizza". Came here for dinner around 5:30pm on a Saturday. It was busy but they move quickly. You order and pay for your food and they bring it out to you. It was not a long wait at all. They have chicken wings pasta salad and breadsticks with a variety of dipping sauce. Pizza was decent but way too much cheese. The chicken wings only have one flavor with seasoning. It was good to have ranch to dip. Overall if you're looking for mediocre food with no long wait come here. read more

The worst pizza we've ever had. GF and I stopped in because I remember when the place was a different location and great. Pizza sauce is basically tomato sauce. Cold toppings and tasteless dry crust. Really good pizza. Not sure if it's the crust or that they layer the toppings over the sauce and the cheese last but it was really tasty. The salad bar was great as well. We were in town for the weekend so we'll have to come back and check out their pastas next time around. Had a pizza - regular crust. Came out in a very reasonable period of time. Too much cheese for my taste and 2 pieces filled me up and left me feeling stuffed for hours. Good amount of our selected toppings were put on - appreciated that! This isn't a Papa John's pizza for sure. I enjoyed the very casual ambiance. I had a pick up order for 7:15pm, I got there a little late (so it should have been ready) and when I got there they had me wait in the long line to pay for my food, only then did they proceed to get my order together very, very slowly. I went to College in this small town... They had a phenomenal place called the pizza factory. This was always a campus favorite. Over 40 years later I came back in the same restaurant is still in business. It's owned an operated a bit different.... Which I don't like. However, the food is phenomenal. I've been here twice now. The first time was decent. Price point was reasonable and the pizza was fine. I wanted to try their deep dish so I ordered one tonight and I was extremely disappointed. Their version of a deep dish pizza is just a regular pizza except there's more dough. This isn't deep dish pizza, it's just bready pizza. And on top of that, the pizza itself had bald spots where there wasn't even any cheese or toppings, whereas in a deep dish there should be a thick layer of cheese and sauce. Lest I forget the overcooked, rubbery chicken and the jar sauce that was probably more intended for the local jail inmates. Wife had a calzone....calzone being a term I use loosely with this place. My husband and I decided to go to the Pizza Factory for dinner. After looking at the menu I decided to get pasta with white clam sauce, my huband ordered pasta with meat sauce. Go to the counter to order and the cashier was confused as to the white clam sauce. I told her that it was on the menu and asked to see the menu again. The menu she handed me had the white clam and the one below it marked out with a sharpie. Ok, I then ordered the alfredo sauce and added mushrooms. We both also ordered a one-time salad bar and sodas. We sit down and get our salads and drinks and noticed that the table next to us still uncleared from the previous diners. I then also immediately noticed the presence of flies. The Pizza Factory in my opinion does have a good salad bar. The food however, in terms of their pasta was not good and the noodles tasted days old. The alfredo sauce was so thick you could have used it for wall paper paste. No flavor. My husband's dish, spaghetti with meat sauce was really bad. The noodles were over cooked and the sauce tasted like it had come out of a jar or boiling bag. It was the first time, in a long time, he barely ate any of it and did not want to take it home. Right before we left someone finally did come and clear the tables next to us. Lots and lots of files. Horrible experience. The wait was insane, two things in our order were wrong, and I waited an hour for my corrected meal. I finally had to go ask about it. It was sitting on the counter. By then, my family was waiting in the car, so I transferred it to a to-go box and asked the girl for a fork. Nope. No take-out forks. What? They literally have a drive-thru. Honestly this one of the best places to eat in town! I've been many times and I always leave completely satisfied. There's a nice feel to this little restaurant that is great for any occasion. Visiting in Cedar City and decided to try the Pizza Factory here. Was really disappointed to find out that they're raspberry lemonade at this location is syrup and thawed raspberries in a cup and you add Hi-C pink or Orange lemonade. The St. George location serves freshly made raspberry lemonade. The garlic bread sticks were ok but again not the same quality as St. George. Pizza was delicious and the services was good so I gave them 4 stars. If you're going to be part of a chain the quality of the food should be the same. read more

We were hesitant to come here after seeing the 2.5 star total reviews but really glad we did. Obviously we aren't the only people that were glad because it got pretty busy while we were eating. Our food came fairly quickly, the workers were nice & positive, and the pizza was great! We got a half margarita, half BBQ chicken pizza & neither disappointed! Loved stopping here for lunch today. The food was fresh and flavorful. The breadsticks are AMAZING!! The restaurant was clean and inviting and all the servers and cashiers were so friendly. To sum it up in a word......average. I don't know of too many pizza options when traveling through Cedar City, so if we want pizza we usually go here. The restaurant was clean, and appears like a typical pizza joint. We were seated quickly, and our server checked in on a few occasions with us. We love the breadsticks.
