I'm not one to post 5/5 reviews, but I can't find anything that would knock down the score. The pizzas are loaded with toppings. The toppings have good flavor, and the regular and the thin crust is tasty. I just wish the crust was a bit more crunchy, but I'm a fan of toasty pizza. Sampled the salad bar as well. Lettuce was fresh and good quality for a pizza house, not a watery mess that you normally get at your chain pizza places. There is ample seating as well as a party room. They also have several games for the children. They are also very locally geared as pictures adorn the walls and tables of local school sports teams. Staff was courteous. Eating area and restrooms were clean. Hard to find fault here. read more

Just stopped here for lunch. The all you can eat lunch special is a great deal! Pizza is amazing. We also got a hot turkey sandwich, which was by far one of the best that I've had. The employees were very welcoming. Will definitely be back next time we're driving through. read more

I was ordering take away for delivery (they only deliver after 5pm). I kept getting put on hold and I was eventually disconnected. I called back and was given a discount on my pizza because the computers were out. The girl on the phone was nice but seemed undertrained or overworked. My food arrived on time but they forgot our sodas so we had to wait another 20 minutes. I've only been here twice but every time I go, I'm met with curt and not very good customer service. The food tastes like its processed and the 'all natural' chicken is totally pre-cut and out of a package. If I wanted that, I would have drove to Newman to get Little Caesars. I am a huge fan of our local pizza place, Perry's Pizza. This chain place is just what it is, mass produced thrown together food with no love or concern for the customer. Great Pizza. We stopped by to watch a game and get some pizza. Beers on tap, pleanty of seating, and great pizzas. The staff was welcoming and it was a nice segway for our trip up north. read more

I live in gustine CA. So what we have here is either Pizza Factory or Perry's Pizza. Really they're both one and the same. Same sauce,same toppings, same outrageous price. I called pizza factory and asked for Canadian bacon(HAM) instead of crumbled bacon bits(HAM). Well sir that's a specialty item. That's fine...not that big a deal. The town of gustine is small. I could drive from one end to the other in 3 minutes. Why it takes them an hour to deliver is beyond me. One single topping pizza for my vegetarian gf. ( Talking about a CHEESE PIZZA. Over 16.00. why? That's right cause they can. I will find a reason to go somewhere else. read more

Been there about 3 times , 5stars on bad costumer service .walked in an nothing, waited for a couple of minutes. I had to talk to them first to get some service.I'll rather drive to san Jose then eat at pizza factory . Did not have a good experience the last time I was here! Food took for ever to come out. The pizza wasn't cook all the way, the bread sticks were re-heated whitch the owners admitted to me is how they do them. I called the corporate office, to get my money back as this place can be spendy, only to find out they are independently own and operated so a refund would have to come from the owner. There was a LOT of back and forth and the owners finally agreed to a refund. As all of this back and forth at this point had been the corporate office speaking to them on my behalf I was told the owners would be sending a refund. Low and be hold when it came down to it they didn't ever refund me. I contacted them my self and basically got the brush off. In all fairness I was told one of the owners was having medical problems at the time. I'm sorry for that but at the same time any of the managers should have been able to refund $46. read more

Since the new ownership we've been 3 times and we would have given 5 stars because the pizza was very good, BUT we got 2 different kinds of pizza last week and they were super greasy....it literally took about 20 napkins to soak up the grease....AND IT WAS A MINI! I don't know what happened that day. We were sooooo disappointed. I wonder if we can ask for less grease next time. read more
