Pizza factory wings are getting better and better every weekend that I go back to watch the football games! Especially my Niner gang let's go Niners! Keep up the great work y'all..

Since day 1 they have always had great service. Has probably been 4-5 years since i started ordering here after Perrys consistently lacked in customer service. Many times i called perrys and asked for extra sauce only to have a cheese pie delivered. Not once has Pizza Factory failed to fulfill my order correctly When eating in, the ambiance has always been good. The dining area clean & the employees have been great.

Seating area consists of 3 tables, and they've got one of those mini arcade games for the kiddos as well. Overall pretty small dining area but Gustine isn't a big city so didn'texpect a ton of seating. Menu is displayed on a couple of monitors in the wall as you come in. The pasta is cooked in an open kitchen right behind the counter as you order. Pretty neat to be able to watch them make your order. Ordered the Volcanic Fettuccine because who doesn't like a spicy Italian dish right? Got it in a bread bowl with added chicken so cost was just shy of 20 bucks because of the upgrades. Didn't end up eating on site because it was really close to closing time for them and didn't want to be "that guy" so took my order home. The fettuccine was really good, cooked well, and the sauce was actually spicy. Not as spicy as I was hoping it would be, but it did have a nice kick. I'd definitely have it again. Overall, nice family run place with home made pasta. Would have ordered a pizza, but they ran out of pizza dough, since it is house made they don't have any extra in the fridge/freezer like you'd expect at a lot of places. If you are in the Gustine area looking for some really good home made pasta check them out. Definitely worth the drive.

Some random American music was playing, I think. I like that the room felt a little old and a bit dark in tone, but that there was also a decent sized window that provided some brightness to contrast it well. The service was fine, I have no complaints here. The main thing that I'm not particularly fond of based on a single visit to this restaurant is the food. To start, there are a lot of things to choose from on the menu, and you can choose what meat that you want with your pasta. I don't particularly like that kind of set up to begin with, because there's a chance that I could choose a combination where the flavors don't really complement each other. I don't want to have to be a professional chef or even need to be knowledgeable in food in order to know what tastes good on the menu. In regards to the actual food itself, I thought it was weird that my raviolis already were kind of cold when they came out. In addition to that, none of the food I received striked me as particularly bursting with flavor. The flavors felt muted and a little bit dull. It wasn't bad, I just wouldn't call it a superb fine dining experience. If I'm back in Los Banos, I would want to try this place again, but I think that I should ask the server what I should order instead of trying to craft it myself.

I wish they had realized that there was a big volleyball tournament coming to town and mostly staying at the La Quinta next door (also a fabulous experience FWIW) and increased their staffing because the well intended servers were busting their butts but totally unable to keep up. Honestly though, the food was so good I'd deal with it again and still won't deduct a star for it.

This visit happened to fall on Mother's Day weekend. We had reservations for both Saturday and Sunday, but we stopped in on Saturday to cancel that day's reservation since we'd already eaten lunch and knew we wouldn't be hungry by dinnertime. On Sunday, when we checked in for our reservation, I was impressed -- the hostess remembered us by name, which says a lot considering how many guests come through the restaurant. We were seated, and soon after we were greeted by Eleanor, our server. She was warm, attentive, and never made us feel pressured, which was a huge improvement from a previous visit. She answered every question I had, including how they cook a medium‑rare steak (every chef has their own interpretation, lol). She also gave an honest answer when I asked whether the vegetables used at dinner come from their greenhouse. The service felt genuine, and the food was excellent -- a much better experience than my last review. This visit was absolutely worth the return. Kudos to Eleanor and the Kitchen at The Mission.

So, as you're driving down the I-5 and looking for a place to get delicious sandwiches, this is the perfect spot! And, while you're there, stock up on wide variety of handcrafted sausages, brats, beef sticks, bacon, marinated meats, dry rubs and more! We brought an insulated bag with ice packs to put them in. We grabbed some for family we were visiting in Sacramento and stopped again on our way back home to stock up. We tried the Brisket and Ribeye sandwiches. The bread got soft fast, maybe a little too soft. They were both hot sandwiches so not sure if it was from a little too much bbq sauce, juices from the meat or how it's wrapped. The brisket and ribeye were tender and juicy. I liked the Ribeye a little more since it had mushrooms, bell peppers and onion. I would have liked the bread to be more toasty since we ate the sandwiches there. But, that's my preference; I love more texture in my food. Loved the variety of sausages, brats and beef sticks that we got. The bacon was a lot thinner than we're used to. We bought lots of their dry Wolfsen's seasoning since it's one of my bf's favorites! You can tell a lot of regulars come to the place because of the happy personal greetings many were getting. I love that kind of atmosphere. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer and the tradition and mushroom ravioli main dishes. While the bruschetta is flavorful and had plenty of topping, and the homemade bread delicious on its own, I was expecting the bread to be more crisp and thinner cut slice than a thick wedge. My traditional ravioli was delicious and very plentiful, I had a full to-go container ready for leftovers the next day! I also tried my husband's mushroom ravioli in a cream sauce and I actually enjoyed it a little more than the traditional. Overall the homemade ravioli was delicious and reminded us of another place we used to frequent in the San Jose area that had their own raviolis too, but we agreed Noni's was even better! We will be back another time to try more dishes!
