UPDATED 3/29/17!!! - Ever since the Phelan Pizza Factory Owner took over this location a couple years ago, the pizza has been AMAZING! There haven't been any issues with the staff. Thank you Pizza Factory!!! Pizza gets 5 stars, and it has been consistently good! But the new management sucks! They insist on training employees how to place orders with real customers. The first time I called them after they had just reopened, it took 9 minutes to place an order! I had to repeat the order 3 times! Every time the girl repeated the order back to me, it was incorrect! I could hear the manager in the background telling the girl what to do (why didnt they stick me on hold? unprofessional!) . After repeating my street name multiple times, the manager had to take over the call, and she was not overly nice. I have never been so frustrated placing a pizza order in my life, and the manager didn't offer any coupon or discount or anything. I should have hung up. There is no reason why they can't train people how to place an order before they are open. Most anyone who has an ordering system has a way of putting a fake order through and is able to delete it afterword. Clearly the new owner has limited business experience. Since that first call, we have had a couple other issues... One time we ordered pizza sauce on the side and didnt receive it. We have been going to Pizza Factory for years and loved this place. NOT ANY MORE. They are way overpriced and the food is not that good. Just the fact that it is convenient kept us coming back after the new owner took over. We paid over $55 bucks for skimpy topped pizza , small salad and drinks. My husband went to the salad bar to add some croutons to his salad (which was not all you can eat) as we have done in the past and the previous owner allowed. A girl in the kitchen SCREAMED at him to say away from the salad bar. It was totally embarrassing to be yelled at like a you are a bad child in front of the entire restaurant. My husband just looked at her and said I just paid $60 for dinner and cant take a spoonful of bread crumbs? They were so rude, and there was a total lack of professionalism. The manager then came to our table with a tiny white paper cup that held 5 bread croutons. Its not like we were piling our salad with all kind of goodies from the salad bar. Any way all said, that was our last visit to Pizza Factory in Hesperia. Small portions, not that great food and worse of all BAD MANNERS from the staff. We will buy our Pizza from the Factory in Phelan where they treat you respectfully and have some manners. As I reading through YELP I see that there are numerous customers who feel like we do. We went in for a pizza. It sounded a little expensive at the time but we found a special. 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $22.00. After sharing a pizza I can understand why they are expensive. This has got to be the best pizza I have ever had in the High Desert. The mushrooms were fresh and there was enough pepperoni to get some with every bite. We will be back for the 2 for $22.00. Perhaps we came on a bad day. Nowhere to sit as tables had not been cleared. Cleared a table ourselves and asked for something to wipe the table. Floors- filthy, sticky- trash here and there. Chewing gum under the table where we sat $37 for a large 1-1/2 item pizza, small chz pizza, garlic bread, and 2 small beverages. Waited 35 minutes for our food and had to change the order to "to-go". Staff was apologetic. For that price and the wait we could've had it delivered to our door. Average, overpriced pizza. Restaurant is being run by kids in their early 20s. read more

I called to place an order the young that was helping me placed me on hold then a lady got on the phone and said she was taking over from that point she asked me to start my order again I finally placed my order at 7:30PM. I was told an hour and 10 min wait. I called at 8:45PM to check status on my delivery. The girl on the phone told me that he just left he will be there in 10 mins. I waited 12 mins and called again, this time I spoke to a manager and he told me that they never placed my order. They told me that they called me three times and I didn't answer my phone. I told them not true I never received a phone call. The manager Emanuel told me that he was so sorry didn't say he was going to rush a pizza to me or anything so I decided to go somewhere else. Oh well they lost a customer. Oh and the 10 dollar fee is insane I only live 7 mins away :( this company has gone down hill. Hope they change up management. read more

I love the way that their Pizza taste. Their crust is amazing and my pizza always comes out the same way that I ordered it. The staff is great, always working with a smile on their face it seems like. Especially this young kid, I believe that his name was Geo but I could be wrong. When he takes my pizzas out he is always smiling like crazy!!! Anyways, Pizza Factory is a wonderful family friendly place and I would definitely recommend it. read more

Ive ordered twice in the last week and my goodness I haven't been so impressed when it came to pizza. Last night I ordered pizza and twisted breadsticks and the breadsticks smelled SO GOOD they didn't even make it back to our house, which is five minutes away, cause my family and I gobbled them up on the way home. Then the pizza, oh my goodness, it didn't just look beautiful but greeted my tastebuds with pleasure! The crust had the perfect breaded crunch to it, the sauce was tangy and the perfect amount, our toppings were also perfect, not to much and not too skimpy. My husband had haiwaiian and I had pepperoni and mushroom and boy was it good! If you like a pizza with a lot of flavor I would recommend their Bulldog Special- it's my FAVORITE, pepperoni, ham, bacon, onions, green peppers and mushrooms, mmmmmm my mouth is watering thinking about it. Trust me, I know pizza and these people know how to make a perfect pie! I'd also like to give a huge gold star to their awesome customer service. A girl named Morgan took my order the past two times and she is so sweet and very professional! Vince, Steve, and the rest of the staff is also a very friendly and eager to help. Food was amazing but the service was the worst I have seen i a while. The guy at the register seemed stoned, like he was stuck. They brought us our large dinner salad for 5 people with one fork no food plates and for a large salad the gave us one little thing of ranch so first I asked for forks the guy points and said they are by our drinks ok I walked over there and all I see are knifes ok now can I have forks and plates? He hands me one fork two plates I was like ok cool. We can share forks then So I asked so one ranch for the whole salad he said yup we charge for more, I was like I don't mind being charged for ranch but really one little cup of ranch for a big ass salad for 5. He's like oh I can give you some more for free we won't charge you I was like can I also have my forks and plates now. Next as we are eating four people just walked in went straight to the back for like 5 10 mins then walked out with 2 pizzas a soda and a bag but now one charged them these guys just had a fucking party in the back and now get free pizza what the fuck is going on there. Yesterday was my very 1st time visting a Pizza Factory. I have to say they have the best pizza by far. My husband often says im a food critic because im often giving positive or negative feedback on drive thrus or resturants. I cooked professionally for years and i have very high expectations. Pizza Factory definitely met my expectations. Since its just me and my husband i never usually pay more than $20 bucks for delievery. Yesterday i ordered CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA It was absolutely delicious next time i would just request for a side of alfredo sauce. My LARGE PEPPERONI PIZZA was amazing just the right amount of sauce decorated with pepperoni everywhere. OMG the ANTIPASTO SALAD was delicious for $7.99 you can feed up 3-5 people. Everybite had delicious Italian deli meat and provolone cheese, the dressing was also great. The PIZZA BREAD was decent. In addition my driver arrived on time with plates and extra napkins the food was hot and delicious.. PIZZA FACTORY ROCKS!!! Ps.
