They do always try to fix their mistakes. Good pizza if you go in and order. When calling for an order 9 times out of 10 it's not what I wanted, burnt or way underdone. Always pick up your order. Delivery always takes a long time. I once waited 2 and a half hours for a pizza to be delivered down the street and the pizza was cold and hard once it got to me. By far the worst, overrated pizza place around! I ordered two sandwiches, two medium pizzas and two salads, which came out to $70!! Additionally, they gave us the wrong bread, the wrong pizza and didn't give me the extra ranch we paid for. I drove home to I've my family fresh dinner, just to find out it was all screwed up. Went in at noon for all you can eat buffet which is advertised being from 11-2. No pizza out at all. Asked when it would be put out and guy said as soon as someone orders it. Was meeting a friend who was on a lunch break so luckily I got there before her and placed an order. Half an hour later and one pizza was put out.... Then another a few minutes later. I have spoken to them about this before. When you advertise 11-2 you should have pizza out at 11 no excuses! The pizza was good but not worth the frustration. My friend had to extend her lunch since she had to wait for pizza to finish. Salad container was not even half full. Not sure what is going on with this place. I give up on the buffet. read more

I like Pizza Factory. Good pizza but about 20 present higher than our local pizza parlor. I also have a problem with there credit card procedures. When you use a credit card for your order, they prompt you to leave a tip. I think tips for "to go" food is uncalled for!!! The food at this location is great overall but the costumer service went so down hill within the past couple months. There were 2 older employees a man and a woman that were the nicest people ever, I haven't seen them in a while and wish they were back in the shop. The new younger employees have no respect for people and you can tell they're just there for the money. They're very rude, I asked for half pizza with extra sauce and the younger woman snapped at me and said they aren't able to do that even though they've done is every time i come here and then had the audacity to watch me press the tip button. I've ordered in the past and the pizza was burnt bread with no sauce but what was worse when I decided to order for valentines a nice pizza dinner with breadsticks. It was dry. Went to go pick up the pizza for my mother because it was Mothers Day. They were giving out free salad for mothers day. I asked for one and they didnt give me free salad saying I am not a mother. My mom ordered it and had her name on the online order. So I told the cashier the person who order it is the mother and her name is there. But cashier says mother is not here to pick it up. Do they expect me to tell my disabled mother to go there to pick it up? On mothers day? Such a bad advertisement and bad service. I would give this no stars. I've eaten hear several times and usually things run smoothly. Today however I placed an order online around 2:22 the delivery quoted 4:10 I receive a call from them stating they have a surge in deliveries so it won't be here til 5. I tell them I can come pick it up they tell me come in about 30-35 minutes I arrive tell them I'm here for my order they say just a few minutes it's coming out of the oven. I get home food is cold, no Chicekn on my salad.. soggy wings , cold pizza bread... beyond disappointed spent over 50 to get crap. Then the best they could do was remake it and make me come pick it up again or store credit why would I want to come back. Bunch of kids working. Not caring about anything. Literally the last time I will be coming in. The prices are not cheap so I expect quality and what we got was of the poorest quality read more

We ordered three turkey sandwiches for lunch and asked them to add onions and peppers to the sandwiches, expecting that it would be maybe 50 cents per topping to add to the sandwiches. However, when we checked out, our bill was very high. We realized they charged us an extra 4 dollars per sandwiches for adding onions and peppers. Since the sandwiches were already done, we brought them home to eat. However, please look at the photo. They put maybe one-two pieces of onions and two peppers. How is that worth 4 extra dollars? That is almost the price of the whole sandwich. We wont be returning, biggest ripoff ever. read more

If I could give zero, I would. I was quoted a 30 minute wait. Paid for the entire order 20 minutes after calling in the order. An hour after placing the order my pizza finally goes in the oven. The only reason was put in the oven was because I stepped up and asked about it. Otherwise, it would have been much longer of a wait. The pathetic manager on duty could only tell me that I was wrong and that I was quoted a 40 minute wait. This is an update to my previous review: Basically nothing has changed since I gave them a 5 star review. Food is excellent, service is top notch, and they support Community efforts. I do want to give a shout out to Kevin, who helps create these awesome pizzas. Every time I'm come here he's super friendly and makes you feel welcome. If you like thin California style pizza that looks like this emoji, this place may be good for you. I will eat it when someone in the community is giving it away as free for their catering (which almost every organization local does). But It's not anything I would pay big money for. If you want a seriously epic pizza, it's worth the extra drive to go to Mountain High Pizza in Wrightwood. We order the "Hogs Trough" which is over a 1" thick and piled with vegetables and meat. It costs over $30 but will last a family 2 days and taste just as good the next day. I'm not a real fan of middle of the road pizza ... either it needs to be EPIC or just plain cheap. If you cannot afford a hogs trough at Mile High, just get a Little Caesars and get it done for under $10. Yes we know it's not good, but it's cheap. Nothing like paying $20+ and it's only a little better than a little Caesars. Better spend the extra $10 and get the Mile High Hogs Trough. So for me it's cheap or epic, but not expensive for so-so. read more

My husband waited almost an hour for his pizza. Come to find out it had been sitting there for over 20 mins and no one called his name. When he finally inquired about it the employee said that she was sorry but she had been on her break. There were several other workers there and it was not busy. No one else, including the manager noticed a pizza sitting by itself for 20+ minutes? The pizza is amazing! By far the best pizza in the area. When you walk in the smell makes your mouth start watering. I highly recommend it.

This is by far our family's favorite place to eat at in town. The pizza is absolutely wonderful. My husband enjoys the wings and sandwiches as well. The salad bar is fresh and delicious. I'm giving them a 4 for their community outreach and their generous contributions to various causes. Their service is great, but their pizza is average at best. I personally think that they should use their decent crust for combinations that they actually taste test. The granulated meat on their all-meat pizza is off-putting.
