Where to begin? Pizza Factory has been a staple of Phelan living since I was too young to appreciate the quality behind the food I was being given. The salads are disappointing...but come on, let's look at the main event here. Hot cheese that falls away in strings as you grab your slice, a crust so perfectly balanced between chewy and crispy that you wonder who sold their soul for this level of divinity, and - joy of joys - leftovers that somehow manage to taste almost as good microwaved as they were fresh! The service is fast and friendly, too. I wish I could give it that extra star. Maybe, in the near future, I'll arrive to see a better selection of fresher greens on that salad bar...but for now, I'll just let myself get carried away with the pizza. We ordered the Pizza Blast special - XL 2 toppings pizza, with family salad (bar), choice of breadsticks, and 2 large or 4 small drinks for $29.99 plus tax. We ordered pepperoni and sausage. Tasty toppings, fresh ingredients, very nice and helpful staff. New style Coke dispenser with all the different flavors. Picnic type tables with only bench seats throughout. The main reason I "only" gave it 4 stars was because the pizza crust wasn't sturdy enough to support the toppings. Cheesy breadsticks were really good. I still consider this a very good review. If you eat pizza with knife and fork, you might give it 5 stars. Not a fan of bench seats, but it gives it a casual atmosphere. My butt is just too old to be comfortable in them. Mediocre food, Overpriced, Terrible service Was visiting relatives in the area and decided to get some pizza, yelp had good reviews for them so I thought I would try this place out I ordered 2 pizzas breadsticks and an order of wings the total came out to $56 which I thought was really high but i don't mind paying if it's a high quality pizza I was told the order will be ready in 20 min, I get there 20 min later and the order is not ready, no big deal, they tell me it will take about 8 more min and offer me a complementary cup of water while I wait (never have I ever been offered a Free cup of tap water for waiting, how generous!) Any way 8 min later they gave me the pizza and breadsticks, I ask them about the wings and they ask if I ordered wings with them, when I told him yes he goes back and checks and then tells me that they forgot to make the wings and they will take an extra 8 min. after getting the pizza (after waiting forever) i was extremly disappointed in it, the pizza had no flavor, the alfredo pizza did not taste like it had any sauce on it, and the other one did not tase like it had any marinara, cheese was extremly bland and the whole pizza was bland, i have had $5 pizza from pronto pizza in san bernardino that was 10x better, and the wings were not much better, they were soggy overall this place was extremely disappointing, i would rather have little ceaser's $5 crappy pizza than go to this place again read more

This place used to be great unfortunatly they remolded and apparently lost something. My pizza bread was luke warm when it came out. I started eating otherwise it would be cold in no time. My mothers calzone was a different matter. I nearly finished by the time hers arrived at the table. The problem with this was several people who arrived after we ordered got their food before her. They are really good. I live in Wrightwood but the pizza here in town is bad. Watery lasagna and crust doesn't even come close to Pizza Factory. I have had their lunch buffet which is tasty with a lot of choices. Good wings, bread and other pasta dishes. It is worth checking it out. read more

I'm not a regular but we were excited for some independent pizza... the women took our order (salad/pizza/wings) then after we paid told us it would be 35 minute wait (might have been good to mention before we paid). Thankfully we were planning to dine in and passed the time with pinball. We are really kids at heart. We got our food and the salad (ordered no olives) had olives... the wings we ordered boneless and they gave us bone in. I was so hungry at this time I picked the olives off my sand which and ate them. They brought us another order of wings (about 10min later), they were the wrong flavor. Before I even had a chance to eat one the lady came running back saying this isn't what you order and took it away. 15 min later I am sitting here waiting and still haven't received the right order of wings! The staff was all nice but the wait has been kinda a bust, the food was ok, fresh but nothing amazing and I can't comment on the habinaro mango wing as I have yet to get the order I paid for! Actually came here to meet a perspective DJ for a wedding we are planning for October. We'd never been here before so we tried one of their popular combinations, an all meat pizza on a thin crust. It was actually really good. Apparently they make their own crusts and sauce, they are very generous with their cheese and sauce. The other people ordered a ranch chicken pizza. Apparently that is their specialty. They have bottled beer and beer on tap. I drink orange or wheat beers, and they were out of both. I will go back again, and try some of their other specialties. I had looked up Pizza Factory beforehand, knowing that I'd be in the area, and decided to try it out. I came here for a late dinner (9:45pm) after my gig. I write this review on my laptop, so there is free wifi (password protected). The place is pretty spacious. There's the main dining area, filled with wooden picnic tables. Given the size and all, the room echos and can get rather loud as the place gets full, but there are also side rooms too. 2 pinball machines and 3 old arcades line one side of the dining area, and a television screen showing sports on the other. Individual men and women's restrooms in the back. The guy's restroom stank a little... The first thing I saw when I looked at the menu hanging from the ceiling - the Phelan Phling, which is a pizza with 18 toppings! Wow. Perhaps if I had a large party with me, I would brave it out to try. Instead I ordered the Panther Special, which is Canadian bacon and pineapples. There are 5 pizza sizes, ranging from individual pan to giant. I went for a small pizza, which ended up being about $7. And while it's difficult to wow me on pizza, I will say that the pizza wasn't greasy, made fresh to-order (saw them tossing my pizza dough) with melted cheese and a crust that was slightly toasty yet soft. Overall, a well-made pizza. There are 4 drink sizes, ranging from small to giant. Note, the small size is essentially a kids size. Soda dispenser on the side, as well as Gold Peak Iced Tea (sweetened), as well as what looks to be home brewed tea (unsweetened). The staff is friendly: brought my order to the table, as well as cleared it. Sure there's a Pizza Hut across the street, but Pizza Factory seems like a great local hangout spot. Growing up in the area, I've been eating here for the last 25 years and it's always always amazing. Now that I live in LA, I try to go whenever I'm in the area as I'm totally addicted to their sauce. Rather than the marinara, I ask for a side of warmed-up pizza sauce to dip my breadsticks into before I dig in to their glorious, soft crust and ooo-so-gooey cheese. So disappointed with the pizza factory tonight. I ordered dinner online at 400pm and the app said it was a 90 minute wait. I placed my order and waited over 90 minutes. Finally decided to call and asked for the manager. Kaitlyn answered and said called to let me know they were NOT offering delivery. I never got the call and waited over 90 minutes. She never tried calling back to try and reach a person. She didn't offer anything to me for the mishap. This Pizza Factory is a great restaurant and always has great food. I eat here at least twice a week for lunch or dinner. The pizza crust is fresh and hand tossed to order by well trained, friendly employees. The toppings are also fresh and they do not skimp on them at all. The salad bar is a town favorite with about 20 different ingredients to choose from. I've tried pretty much everything they offer from the antipasto to the roast beef calzone, everything is very good. The only heads up I have to give is for the pepperoni. For some reason, any pizza cooked with their pepperoni will include a lot of oil. It really is the oiliest pepperoni I've ever had and you'll see once your tray is empty what I'm taking about. It gets busy around 5PM and can take 45 minutes or longer especially on Fridays but it's worth the wait anytime. Don't be a tempted by "The Hut" across the street, you'll regret it, I have before. read more

The pizza that I like to order is $45 but it's worth it, it tastes as good as it smells. It feels like I'm walking into a small mom and pop store when I go in, not a chain. The people that work there are really cool people. The location is great too, there's not a whole hell of a lot of cars moving around outside which is nice when you just ate a large pizza all by yourself, and you're bordering on mentally disabled from lack of blood flowing too the brain.
