Pizza factory in Valley Springs nearby is pretty good but not this one. Place is neglected. No games for the kids, no unsweetened ice tea, no oil & vinegar dressing for the salad bar, etc. & most importantly the cheese had a weird unpleasant taste that I didn't experience in Valley Springs. Went at 7 on a Sat night and it was dead. Besides my party one family came and got an order to go and there was one lady by her self and that was it. About 20 minutes after she placed her order she asked if they had started the order because there was no activity. They told her they forgot about it and would start it. She asked for her $ back and left. Its not like they were busy. The place was like an episode of kitchen nightmares. My 11 year old said he would like a job there when he is older because he wants a job where he can get paid to just stand around. read more

I live in San Andreas and like others have stated, there aren't many places to eat here. I have been to this pizza factory quite a few times and every time I am disappointed...since they have new ownership it has gotten worse. I will say I was excited to see what the new owners were going to do to make it better, better service, a more quality pizza, etc... The last time I went in will be the last, new owners are rude, they seem annoyed to have customers. Sorry to say you lost one of your "new" customers. read more

My family ordered a pizza with no mushrooms because I am severely allergic and added artichokes. Before leaving my husband inspected the pizza to find no artichokes, the female employee then told him, "there are artichokes they are under the cheese on top of the sauce so they don't burn." When we get home, the pizza had mushrooms under the sauce and no artichokes at all. When we brought the pizza back and voiced our complaint about the issues related to my severe mushroom allergy, we were asked to leave and never return. The manager even cursed my husband out. We definitely won't be returning. Everyone makes mistakes, but there was no reason to behave (especially in front of children) in that manner. read more

Since the switch to the new owners , I am truly impressed. I use to go out of my way to go other pizza places because their pizza would make me gag. These guys have stepped it up . The pizza is cooked different and it always perfect. Not too saucy but just right. Always willing to make accommodations , and they now deliver during certain times of the day. Not only is their pizza good but their wings, bread and cheese sticks , sandwiches and pasta has all improved. The customer service has changed for the better, I am a regular and it's nice they remember when my husband and I come in. Since the change of ownership, we have only seen improvements . We have had nothing but disappointment the last few visits here. They rarely have their advertised delivery services available and when they are available, it takes an hour + to get our food. We live less than a mile away but getting out with two kids is harder than some could imagine. They have repeatedly forgot things we've asked for such as ranch and even forgot to send change with the delivery driver. We have received cold food and even if we call in for pick up their wait times are ridiculous. We will only be going back if there is nothing else open and available on our cheat nights. read more

Stopped Saturday at 11:00. They had just opened. Just wanted a quick bite before we headed back down the hill to home. We ordered a small salad and a medium veggie pizza to share. It was PERFECT! Salad was very fresh and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy crust and plenty of fixins... And we are huge sauce fans so asked to a bit more and it was spiced very nicely. Went here for the lunch buffet while driving up highway 49 and was really disappointed. The pizza in the buffet was cold. One of the other guest mention to the staff that the pizza was cold and they continued to bring out additional pizza while leaving two partial trays of cold pizza out on the buffet line. 2-23-16. Took a nice drive to San Andreas and on the way back stopped by this pizza factory. Let me start by saying I had to put one star to even write this post but if I could I'd give a negative 5 star for customer service. The employee named Sarah was the most rude and inconsiderate person I have ever came across. She was nasty and rude as soon as we walked in the door. She yelled at us to move to a different register because she couldn't hear us. I ordered a beer and showed her my ID. She walked away and never got me anything. I had to ask a different worker for the beer I had order d and already paid for. This employee has no business working here. Whoever is in charge at this restaurant should really reconsider her position at your company. She was not happy to help us. She was completely annoyed that we had walked in the door to order a pizza. I hope this gets resolved soon. read more

Outstanding pizza right in San Andreas! The new owner makes the best fluffy, pastry-like crust and his sauces are stellar! The pesto sauce is great (and I'm not a pesto fan), but my favorite is the creamy garlic sauce on the vegie pizza with sausage added, and my husband likes the marinara sauce on anything! They offer a $7.95 all-you-can-eat lunch special during the week which includes the salad bar - very fresh and lots of toppings. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope everyone will show their support! read more

I recently gave Pizza Factory in San Andreas yet another chance to make me & my friends a good pizza (which is not hard since I love pizza so much!), but once again, the pizza was not even what I ordered. When I complained I was told to bring the pizza back & they'd make the pizza the way I ordered it. When I got there, the girl opened the box & saw that five pieces were missing & told me she had been instructed to remake the pizza only if there were just two pieces gone, so I asked the young girl to call her supervisor for me & she refused. My friends & I went down to Valley Springs to the Round Table Pizza & had a delightful pizza for less money. The next morning when I took the pizza back, the owner of the place was rude, she eventually told me that she would give me a half off coupon but when I commented that they were unable to get the order correct she told me it was because we had complained before that she would not make it right with me. Obviously, this person has no appreciation for her customers, nor does she have much respect for her business. I for one will not be eating at Pizza Factory in San Andreas ever again! The pizza is too high priced, the young teenage girls can't take an order to your specifications, and to top it all, they do not stand behind their policy, "Satisfaction Guaranteed". read more
