Honestly, we came here because of the good reviews... But were not very impressed. The pizza was okay. We ordered the salad bar and not only were they out of lettuce for a good 10 minutes, (not to mention other salad toppings) we also had to wait another 5 minutes for a fork just to eat our salad. Stayed at fools hollow campground and got pizza delivered right to our campsite. Pizza was delicious, we got pepperoni, BBQ, and Hawaiian. The only thing we didn't care too much for was the wings. They were a little soggy. Would still order from here just maybe skip the wings next time read more

Apparently, there isn't much to choose from in this town, so we went with the Pizza Factory and it definitely hit the spot. This is the best pizza on the mountain. We had a Pizza Factory in the town I moved here from, and was so happy to find one in Show Low. All the toppings are so fresh and yummy. The crust is perfectly cooked every time and is moist in the middle and browned to perfection on the outside. The sauce and cheese are the best. My favorite is the Hawaiian with grilled onions and cashews. Great salad bar too, and game room for the kids. The staff is professional and and always trained right. I have been eating here for 13 years, and there has been one change in ownership but the high quality of food and staff has never gone down. Whenever my family is in town I bring them here. Pizza is usually great, called in to make an order for the first time with the offer from Yelp for $2 off and the free twisty stick and the lady was rude when telling me they don't take an offer with a coupon, I told her I was taking my business elsewhere. A business should not be able to get away with this... I asked for a supreme pizza with substutions...instead of ham and bacon, I requested sausage and olives. So how did it arrive? Few times in my life have I have such an unsatisfactory experience as this. Cashier was rude and food was mediocre at best. I was berated by the same cashier for "putting too much salad" on my plate. She then snidely told me know I could not leave with any of my leftover pizza or Caesar salad. Her and the rest of the staff stood behind me to intimidate me as I ate my meal. Tried the Hawaiian pizza and the chicken Alfredo pizza. Both tasted ok, but were way overpriced. (You can get 2 pizzas, bread sticks and a two liter at Little Cesar's for the price of one pizza here.) Went in on a Monday night. There were no other customers in sight, yet I was made to feel very uncomfortable about ordering. I was told several times it would take 25 mins for the two pizzas. I was fine with that, but both people working clearly were not. I'm not sure what I did to offend them. I was patient, no special requests. We came here a year ago and were instantly turned off. The restaurant was not busy but we were made to wait for more than an hour for our food and ended up being late for our other plans that evening. We vowed never to return. Tonight, we wanted to give them another chance and so my wife and I ordered a total of two salads. We were once again made to wait half an hour for only two salads and furthermore felt that neither the quantity nor the quality of the food justified the price. Maybe we'll try again in another year. We ordered takeout and when I stopped by to pick it up, we found the veggie pizza had mushrooms which we asked be omitted. No problem .. they whipped up another one in no time .. no questions asked. The woman who took my order got the hotel room number wrong, so the delivery was delayed, after 2 calls from them. Sloppy. The driver came back 10 mins later, and literally ran from the lot to our room-we watched him, and appreciated that/ he really cared. Ordered a meat pizza and breadsticks. Absolutely awful experience. First as we were placing our order, the lady taking the order forgets our drink. Not a big issue. My husband ordered the turkey sandwich, and I had ordered the lasagna. We get our drinks situated, and then about 30 minutes goes by, mind you the place is empty, my husband received his sandwich. I'm still waiting for my lasagna, another 15 minutes pass by and my husband is about half way through with his food and I have yet to receive mine still. I walk up to see what's taking so long, and I see it popping out of the oven so I just go sit back down and wait. ANOTHER 15 minutes and still NO lasagna. My husband is done with his meal at this point and he went to the counter and everyone was standing around in confusion, but then just try to hand it to us. We asked for it to be placed in a to go as we were already irritated. They rudely did so, and I just want to say that we will NEVER be dining in this establishment again. You need employees that actually want to work instead of a bunch of kids looking around. read more

Spent about 20 minutes waiting in line to order at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Second register available but not being used. Owner/manager, who was working the first register, should have asked one of the staff who was not busy to assist. Salad was watery...consider drying your lettuce. Pizza crust was light and chewy and ingredients were fresh; however sauce was not spread evenly and I ended up scraping the clumps of excess off because it was overpowering. Very reasonable all you can eat pizza and nice selection of ready made pizzas. This is a very noisy restaurant when busy. The food is good but pricey and friendly service is lacking on some things. I asked if I could get a to go cup to take my ice tea with me and they wanted to charge me for it. I often get a to go cups and have never been told I had to pay for it. I would have said dine out to start with if I knew they were that tight.and they would have given me a to go cup to start with. What was the difference. Because I love Pizza Factory as a chain, I'm giving this review 2 stars. That being said, today's experience didn't actually earn this location the full 2 stars. First, I ordered on line, the process was pretty straight forward, no major issues there. When I completed the order, I noticed on the final page of the order, there was a paragraph that said something like, "please do not call the restaurant to confirm your order. All online orders are handled by a real person. Your food will be ready for you at the time stated." So we go to pick the food up, and it's not ready, they have no idea about the order. They tried to blame us for ordering at another location, but we still had the order in my phone to prove that it was in fact the Show Low location, at which point a girl pulls a folded piece of paper from under the register and realizes that they did have our order, they just didn't seem to know what to do with it. So after that, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our order to be made. No discounts offered to make up for the wait. Then we get the pizza and the ham and pineapple pizza we ordered was so over covered with ham that I had to pull most of it off and with that came the tiny amount of cheese that was on the pizza. I was so excited to see a Pizza Factory that we would be able to get while we were going to be in Show Low for the day, but was so very disappointed with the whole process that we are very unlikely to eat there next time we're in town :/ read more
