Rainy night in Show Low, so the hotel receptionist recommended this local pizza chain, instead of the regular Domino's. The expected delivery time when ordering was 35 minutes, yet we received the food after 1 hour and 20 minutes, and two more phone calls to check the order's status. Now, about the food - Cesar salad was ordered without the chicken and arrived with (I forgot to mentioned the question about what kind of dressing we want for Cesar salad!!!). The salad was fresh but the dressing was tasting like ranch and not like a proper Cesar salad dressing. The pizza was bland and the dough soggy. chicken wings were dry. Overall I thought the pizza was great. The sauce has great flavor and is plentiful and the bases has a nice crispiness. Got the free bread sticks from their offer on here and those were danky too. Lastly I'd say the atmosphere is decent for a low key pizza joint and service was great. read more

I love there buffet! Positive: the pizza is great! and I like the salad bar. If you want just pizza I would go for the pizza buffet, a drink comes free with the pizza buffet, the people are friendly and the atmosphere is fun (there is a pretty cool arcade) Needs Improvement: I think that the salad bar should be included in the pizza buffet, I think $9 is a little too much for pepperoni pizza and salad bar. read more

Nice family pizza restaurant. It was a tad loud the time we went because of a kid's b'day party so conversation was a challenge for the four at our table. Certainly not the restaurants fault but I tell you this so you know that this is a definitely a family place. We had pizza and calzones and everyone enjoyed their meal. Our waitress was new at her job and we had to motion to her a couple of times to get her attention but she was friendly and was trying hard. Here's a fun local pizza joint. Prices aren't bad, service was fast. I liked the breadsticks and the pizza was fresh. No chain pre made dough here, at least I couldn't tell if it was. They have an arcade for the kids and kids at heart as well as large tables if you need it. I enjoyed the family style dining style and would recommend it to anyone that had little ones in tow. Ordered their Sunrise Special pizza, supposed to come with bacon, pepperoni, ham, onion, green pepper, and mushroom. They said it would be 45 min to an hour, understandable on a Friday night, It came just shy of an hour and a half later, that didn't bother me so much as it was a Friday night. Unfortunately when the pizza did arrive it was 98% mushroom. It is hard to find any bacon or ham, and the pepperoni and onion are there once you dig through the mushroom. I am not very picky when it comes to pizza, and usually love when they load up on toppings but for the mushrooms to be a half inch deep on the pie was one of the more disgusting things I have ever been served. For a cook to actually let a pie go out of the kitchen looking like that is just sad. Their delivery area is ridiculously small. We were six miles away and they wouldn't deliver. We went some place else for delivery.

We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner after a round of golf. Our first time in Show Low and I love pizza! Friendly service and great pizza! I got the Greek pizza and it was loaded with toppings! The crust was perfect and not a speck of grease on the pizza plate. Boneless wings were wonderful too! Ordered Delivery because we had just got into town and we're resting in our hotel room and thought it would be nice not to have to get dressed and go out to eat. Read some good & some neg & some iffy reviews. But at this point I felt it was worth a gamble. Phone ordering went well. Good telephone skills and our total amount due and approx wait time given. Paying over the phone was easy. Love that we only have to tip the driver when he arrives.. (mouth begins watering now, even though the price tag of $40 was a bit jarring) Delivery was faster than expected (under promise, over deliver is a great business practice). Our order was nice and hot, salad cold, and he didn't forget anything. That guy earned his tip! What we asked for: One topping lg pizza (hoping to have leftovers for bkfst or lunch next day- who doesn't love cold pizza for bkfst!) Also, 10 BBQ wings and an Antipasto salad. What we get: 10 BBQ wings, meat cooked well, but with flabby skin. (Gives me the shivers thinking about that bite still). (My husband was so hungry he ate 4, but that's it) Lg pepperoni pizza, generous toppings, seems they gave us extra sauce, which is not such a turn off, but immediately reminded us both of the sauce that canned raviolis, or Spaghettios has. Again, we're so hungry my husband eats two pieces. (His complaint was his one pet peeve, when a pizza is not sliced clean through so you end up tearing slices apart and usually in half & the half that stays stuck in the box somehow held onto toppings for entire slice. Which turned out good for me because I ate that one half that was "sans toppings") This pizza was however, cooked all the way, so that's good. My fav part was the pizza bones. (Pizza "bones" as my family has always called them, are the crust ends that some folks don't eat when they have pizza. They usually pile up and look like little bare rib bones. And if they're nicely cooked, great for teething babies the next day! Haha) Antipasto salad was the biggest fail IMPO. Upon opening takeout box I see a full box of chopped Iceburg lettuce, topped with four 2" rounds of salami & ONE peperoncino. Then the meat & cheese (unidentifiable, but appears to be maybe a stack of one piece of turkey or chicken lunch meat with a slice of white cheese in the middle of the two "meats", (like you'd lay out on bread for a sandwich) then sliced into quarter inch sections. That's it. Plus Italian dressing on the side. I guess I was expecting it to be like our Italian restaurant back home. I expected some pickled veg, (like cauliflower, carrots) maybe pickled pearl onions or sliced sweet onion or maybe a few olives. I would've been better off buying my own head of lettuce, meat, cheese, Greek or stuffed olives & pickled veg. But then again we were exhausted, so really, we paid for the convenience. But we can count it as another lesson learned. I'll never order Delivery Service from there in the near future or order any of the above items. $45 hard lesson learned. The huge Christian cross on the wall is really creepy. People shouldn't advertise their religions at their place of business. Keep that crap at home and/or in your place of worship. Very cavalier attitude toward covid pandemic from staff and customers. Pizza places back where I live can learn something this place has down: you can never have enough toppings. I ordered a large pepperoni, mushroom, and black olive and the pie was blanketed with toppings. The service on the phone and at the counter when I picked up was perfect. Needed a pizza kind of late in Show Low and Pizza Factory was quick and delicious (and open)! We ordered a large pepperoni and the pepperoni was really crispy which was yummy. It was plenty for four adults and I'd order it again. We didn't stay to eat but the restaurant looked fun and spacious from what we saw picking up. In town for work and decided to give this place a try. I ordered a small pizza with your basic supreme toppings and an order of garlic bread. The pizza wasn't bad. The main issue was the toppings didn't seem cooked. Very sloppy. The sauce was decent. The garlic bread was nothing over the top. Standard French bread with garlic butter spread and cheese. While visiting Stow Low for work, I decided to order out some pizza. Ordered the chicken pizza and a bottle of water. When the delivery guy arrived, earlier than anticipated, he didn't have my water and showed me that it wasn't on the bill. It was clearly a mistake that I had made. While offering to run down to his car to get me a free bottle of water, I told him not to worry about it. Two minutes later, I get a knock on the door and a free bottle of water.
