We had been traveling for a while when our family of four stopped in for some pizza. Kids got a mini pizza each, and we shared a large Mountain Pizza. Great ingredients, tasty crust - not a thin crust, but a hand thrown medium crust. You can ask for thick crust of you like it very thick. I brought my family here last night and it was terrible. We ordered spaghetti and it tasted like it had sand in it; super gritty. The pepperoni pizza was so thin it just flopped down when you attempted to pick it up. My husband peeled back the top layer of one piece and the dough was not even cooked. It was greasy, thin, and disgusting. Red Baron frozen pizzas are chef quality compared to what we received last night. The only thing that was okay about our meal was the drinks. That's why this got one star and because it doesn't allow me to leave 0 stars. The workers were disinterested in providing service. The "cooks" if you'll dare call them that had no motivation and it clearly showed on their faces. Their only motivation was to check out the girls who had gone in after us. Apparently Pizza Factory is a chain in Northern California and it was our first time trying it out. I will admit the breadsticks and the supreme pizza are excellent. The pizza came out pretty quickly too. My one gripe with this place was the service. We got there at about 8 and they close at 10. When I was ready to order at the counter there was a young lady cleaning the salad bar and 2 guys as cooks/bakers. I stood there for a while and no one said anything. No "Hi," "Just a moment,"...no acknowledgement at all. It was awkward. The girl at the salad bar (which is literally right next to the counter) dropped what she was doing and took the order. Then, I had to come back for my water & friend's soda cups. Same routine. Just waited. What made it worse was that the 2 cooks/bakers were standing there staring like, "what does he want?" Like deer in headlights. The girl continued to clean the salad bar and they just stared and didn't say a word. It felt weird. While the experience was not my favorite, I will still give this place a decent rating as the food was excellent. read more

It's my bday and I decided to get pizza from them cuz their app said I got free breadsticks and something edible for my bday. They didn't honor the screen shot - I would've sent them more pics to show that the timer is ticking. I just gave birth so I am not able to get it myself. We stop in Weed after 7 or 8 hours of driving between San Jose and Florence OR. We found this Pizza place years ago and always get a pizza with sausage/mushrooms and Artichoke hearts/mushrooms. A little doughy in between, but I'll assume that was because my group of 10 walked in about half an hour before closing time and ordered pizza galore!! The staff was more than accommodating and very friendly (including letting us stay well after closing).. Service was exceptional considering there were only a few people on the clock.. Fairly decent restroom too, however, I think the lock needs some fixing (the ladies' room at least) and I'm never a fan of single toilet restrooms.. We always stop at this pizza factory in weed on our way to California. The bathroom is always dirty. There's no place to hang your purse in the girls restroom, there are no toilet seat covers, and the towel rack is above the toilet so when you dry your hands you drip water on the toilet seat. The floor and the restaurant is always dirty. I'm really disappointed in this restaurant as the pizza factory is one of my favorite restaurants. read more

I use to get pizza here fairly frequently a few years ago and the pizza was good. Yesterday I got a cheese pizza for my grandaughters birthday. As I was pulling folded up money from my wallet and putting them on the counter, the young man at th he counter kept pushing his hand toward me, as to gesture that I should be putting the money in his hand. I always put my money on the counter when I pay anywhere. This guy seemed to be put out by it. So put out that he threw my change (coins) on the counter and turned and walked away. No thank you...no nothing. Very bizarre and rude. The cheese pizza was nothing special. Yes I know it is just cheese pizza, but when I reheated it, it was more like cardboard. Very disappointing. Their pizza is not cheap either. I am local, so the next time I need a pizza I will go to the grocery outlet, who had a great selection of frozen pizza. The dude with a tude was enough for me to take my crumpled up cold hard cash somewhere else. I notice plenty of other people have had customer service problems here. We were driving to portland in december and the pass got snowed in so we got stuck for a night in Weed. we ate at pizza factory which I've been told is a chain but I had a mini pizza with seasoned beef jalapenoes bacon and mushrooms... and it was pretty fuckin delicious. Went to this place twice a few years ago and haven't been tempted back. The pizza was forgettable. The spaghetti was served in a heat&serve aluminum container like some kind of senior citizen meals-on-wheels food. They gave me a plastic fork which was not strong enough to pry the spaghetti out of the container into which it had been pressure packed. The plastic fork broke a tine and I walked out leaving it stuck in the spaghetti. Have since been back and re-attempted the pizza. Don't bother. A watery sauce on a large round soda cracker. Bad experience and won't be going back. There were four of us in our group on 6/28/17 around 4pm. I hope a manager or owner sees this and re-trains their staff. Two sandwiches and one pizza ordered. They brought all of our food out at separate times. I had to ask three times what was going on. Finally was told that one sandwich was made wrong and had to be remade. Then by the third time they realized they skipped making our pizza. In the meantime two parties that ordered behind us had already received their food, ate it, and left. I asked one female employee if she knew where our pizza was. Her response was, "I don't know. I'm not the one back there making it." The employees were absolute morons, and one in particular with the earrings looked like he didn't understand he was on the clock.
