This place is popular for a weekend dinner spot. Service was okay but would have liked the server to be more attentive. Red lantern - lychee and orange martini. This was a good drink, actually felt quite strong. I like the lychee garnish to make it feel legit. Buccatini special - I liked the texture of the pasta, as you can tell it's high quality from the al dente springiness. The tomato sauce was good but a full plate of it felt a bit one dimensional.

Loved everything about this restaurant! They have generous seating inside and a really cute patio. We started with martinis-the Sicilian (tangerine and blackberry) and the Mrs. Robinson-both delicious. We got the meatball appetizer, salt and vinegar fries and caprese alla Romano to start, and penne alla vodka and pepperoni pizza for entrees. All the sauces and baked goods were amazing-we loved everything about the meal. We had some snifters of limoncello after the meal that were perfect and the complimentary focaccia and olive oil dip were heaven! Service was great-a perfect dining experience and we will be returning

High hopes for a restaurant based on aesthetics with a cool bar, parquet floors, black and white seats, and vintage photos of celebrities. Then you are seated, and forgotten! Not sure if the hostess forgot to tell our server that we would be seated in her section. The food was not impressive. The focaccia bread tasted like something I could buy at a grocery store. Calamari was heavily breaded. The pappardelle di mare was a miss since the squid pieces and crab made the entire dish slimy. The pizza fichi was just ok with the goat cheese hardening soon after being served.

Great place to be for birthday. Their food was great and reasonable price. I like how you can be at the bar to wait for the table. The bartenders were very skilled and I enjoyed the vibe. I would go again with my family and/or friends.

Finally tried this place with my kids over the weekend. Their original location is in Midtown Manhattan, so it's exciting to see them expand to Sacramento. The restaurant is nice and very aesthetically pleasing inside. We came a few hours before closing and were seated right away. If you're coming with a large group, I'd recommend making reservations since the indoor dining area is designed for a more intimate seating experience. They also have patio seating available. Our appetizers came out quickly, but it took a while for our entrées to arrive. The servers were attentive and checked in on us throughout our meal. FOOD REVIEW Calamari Fritti - 5/5 Lightly battered, crispy, and really good. Insalata Caesar - 3.5/5 It was good, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped. Tagliata di Manzo - 3.5/5 My son said the steak was cooked nicely but could've used a little more flavor. It may have paired better with the salad that came with it. Pappardelle di Mare - 5/5 Really good and one of the more popular items on the menu. Margherita alla Napolitana - 5/5 We really enjoyed this, and it ended up being one of our favorites. DRINK REVIEW Martini of the Week - 5/5 I'm not sure what the flavor was, but it was good on the stronger side. Overall, it's a great spot for Italian-American comfort food in a nice atmosphere. I'd come back to try more of the menu.

What an experience it is to dine here! I learned that there's two locations. One in Midtown, Manhattan and the one in Midtown, Sacramento. There is a beautiful vibe once you step onto the 1801 L Street Ste 10 property with their outdoor patio with lush greenery and their dining room with a vibrant and stunning atmosphere. I dined with two friends and we made reservations ahead of time. Although walk ins are welcome, they do encourage making reservations so please consider that as you plan to dine here. I LOVED my first experience here. When I walked in, I noticed the beautiful bar and exhibition kitchen. Then I noticed the black and white photographs on the wall. I loved it all. My friends who already have been here before told me about their famous martinis so I just had to order one. I got the lychee one and loved it. It is great how they have the second pour in the shaker with these martinis. I am a sucker for fries and their salt & vinegar fries are so good. I also enjoyed the brussels sprouts and burrata. Their affogato was a perfect ending to my time here. They even gave small candies and limoncello during the end of the meal and check time. I noticed they had a happy hour menu weekdays 4-6p. I need to check it out because I do love a good happy hour. Parking is tricky around this area. Expect to pay at the meter and be mindful of timed parking. Overall, definitely check out this unique dining experience at Pazza Notte for their great food and fun vibes. I hear this location has a DJ on some nights so I will be back to check that out too! Thank you Pazza Notte!

We sat outside on the patio on a hot evening but it felt cool under the shade and all the plants around us. The service was a bit slow but it may be because we were outside. The server was nice enough though. The bread provided was focaccia and it was pretty good! We got the fries and steak skewers and they were good. Pastas were yummy. Overall, great spot for date night and ambiance, but the food wasn't exceptional for the price.

Every time I come here I am blown away. If the portraits of Katherine Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor on the wall don't make you want to sing, your food sure will. Even the bread you start with is great. I started with a peach bellini which made the whole visit. Thank you to the bartender for that drink! Then I ordered the seasonal risotto with mushrooms, pancetta, mascarpone, goat cheese and parmesan. My dad got the Panna e Pancetta. The noodles are cooked perfectly and the risotto is so creamy. Well priced, evenly spaced and their happy hour is well worth the visit. Indoor table, indoor bar, and gorgeous outdoor patio seating available. Stop in and try it all!

Food was delicious here ! A wide variety of pizzas, classic pasta dishes, as well a chicken and a salmon entree. We enjoyed some Cajun fries for an appetizer and of course the delicious complimentary foccacia bread with a dipping oil. Service was 5 star all the way. From the time we were greeted, to being seated, and finally served everyone was accommodating and completely professional. I really appreciated the diversity of the staff here as well. Ambiance: I l throughly enjoyed looking at the classic unique black and white photos of celebrities on the walls. Lots of greenery was present along with an open fresh air feeling here..I was definitely feeling the old school R&B playing. Can't be mad at that ! Definitely would return here !

    Lychee Martini w/rum

First time here; stumbled in after an event next door with an appetite for pasta. Walked in, seated quickly without a reservation. 3.5/5 Complimentary focaccia bread and oil. Decent but I'm not a huge focaccia fan. 4/5 lychee martini can be either vodka or rum, they give you the extra shaker so you get almost a second drink. The vodka was good, I'm not sure I loved the rum version. 5/5 B&B brussels were delicious, deep fried and flaky but sweet. 5/5 Panna e pancetta was the most amazing pasta I've ever had. So tasty, rich, and the pieces of pancetta was just perfect. 4/5 tagliata di manzo (steak and arugula salad) - the steak was delicious along with the dipping sauce. Not a huge fan of arugula, and there was a lot of it, but it was still good. I'd opt for the steak skewers and the panna e pancetta next time. 4/5 Fusilli de capo tasted like a pizza in a pasta, super flavorful with peppers and Italian sausage. 4/5 Pizza margherita alla napolitana - hubs enjoyed it. Literally couldn't believe I haven't heard of this place and it was not on my radar. Would 100% def be back for that pancetta pasta alone. Service was great, I believe his name was Steven. The inside is super cutely decorated, large bar seating if you prefer that and good amount of seating.

Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Food: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Parking: 4/5 Came by on a Tuesday night with a reservation. The mushroom risotto is the second best pasta dish I've ever had. It was great. All of the food and drinks were a hit. Definitely get a reservation though, as they are pretty busy!

My colleagues and I can hear for a conference, and it was an amazing choice! They have so many areas for seating, choices on their menu, and delicious appetizers. My pesto pasta was amazing, and I added chicken to it, which you can pretty much add any protein to any pasta. Their service is attentive and phenomenal, and they even helped other tables take their birthday pictures. The place is beautiful, too, I strongly recommend going in the evening and drinking something outside in the summer.

No complaints on this visit and I will be dinning in again in the near future.

Im a bit disappointed in the happy hour food…read more I've been here several times for their drinks, but something just didn't click in my most recent visit. I came here for happy hour and ordered a handful of their items. Chicken Lumpia - over all I was pleased with how piping hot, fresh out the fryer it was. A bit thin for my linking but I appreciated there were 6 pieces. The sauce did not pair well. There was something off about it that isn't your typical sweet and sour; maybe the sauce was made in house. Sisig fries - decent portion of fries but fell short on the pork. Lacked an egg and didn't really meet the sisig flavors that I'm used to. You can definitely taste the zestiness of the lemon - nice touch, but other than that it's just fries with pork, red onion and green onion garnish. Hot dog - a $9 happy hour hot dog was the biggest disappointment. Sure the bread texture was good, toasted with a nice chew, but that was it. The dog itself was charged to my linking but it really didn't feel worth the money spent for its portion. Fries - 100% would get again. Cauliflower bites - I liked this too, flavor was good but such a small portion our table has to order two. Similar to the hotdog, not sure if it's worth the spend for the portion size. Despite the food not satisfying my cravings, the service was great. The young lady was helpful and was working hard taking orders, making drinks and delivering the food. The place was pretty busy at least the indoor area. Plenty of seating outside, but in this heat not sure if it's a good idea. Didn't see any misters but would be a nice touch to draw in more folks. Side note: some of the cocktails are premade, and can be overly sweet.
