I love your pizza, from this very specific location. I've ordered from other Pizza Guys locations, not the same quality or taste. So that is why I order from your location. It's within delivery range to my house, they're always on time give or take a few minutes. 5 stars for the pizza. Now, why did your delivery just tell me for the second time in the last month that I should order from the Berryessa location because it's closer? If the Berryessa location made pizza to my liking, I'd order from them. Do you guys not want my business? Am I not tipping enough? Please explain to me why you'd be in my delivery range if it's too much of an inconvenience to actually drive to my house? Ordered from Pizza Guys recently and overall it was a solid experience. The pizza came out hot, the toppings were generous, and the crust had a nice texture without being too greasy. Delivery was also fairly quick, which was a big plus on a busy night. A couple slices were a little uneven with the toppings, and the wings could've had more sauce, but the food still tasted good overall. For the price and portion size, it was definitely satisfying and I'd order again when craving an easy pizza night. read more

We have gotten Pizza Guys on DoorDash a few times. Our fave is the California Garlic Chicken pizza. The toppings are fresh and the the crust is medium crispy and medium thick. It was the first time at this location. It is on the corner. So, depending on which way you drive, know it's by Tapsilog Cantina and a barber shop. The cross street is Scott Blvd. My wife had their promo and ordered two medium pizzas for $24 online. Pizza #1 - Italian Sausage & Onion with Pesto sauce. Pizza #2 - Italian Sausage & Salami with Pesto Sauce. Both pizzas were tasty. Though, I wish the crust was crispier. Otherwise, a good pizza. I'd heard of them before, even have a location less than 4 miles away from home, but never tried it until my coworkers ordered delivery. Believe me when I say they don't skimp on toppings. They pile it on so high I can barely see any cheese. Rest assured the mozzarella is there. Sprinkle on some crushed red pepper & parmesan cheese before diving in. After all the meat & veggies, don't throw away the signature crust. Their red tomato sauce is so sweet and flavorful-- reminds me of Pizza Hut's breadsticks & marinara dipping sauce! The fam & I look for Target locations that have the Pizza Hut kiosk just for those. The Pineapple Spinach salad is ahhhhmazing! With Gorgonzola Cheese and Bacon topped with vinegarette is jus yum yum. That sided with some garlic cheese rolls or cheese bacon rolls and it's dinner. This seems to be my continued go to when I order here. The only reason they don't get five stars from me is because their website is a little hard to navigate. They offered a 25% off an order coupon if the order was placed on the website but were not clear that it was on certain items. Even on the site it was not so when I placed my order and expected 25%off and didn't get it I had to cancel the whole thing and decided to just have the order delivered. My husband and I frequently order pizza from this location and it has always been a good experience. This recent experience has been the best so far. I ordered a pizza online and I didn't realize that the pizza I ordered came with white sauce instead of red until after I already ordered. It was about two plus year ago when a YES event was sponsored by Pizza Guys and I was one of the lucky members to get to participate. I recall that the pizza was very good but normally pricing seemed a tad high. Anyway during that time I have been receiving flyers in my mail from Pizza Guys which discounts on some of the menu items. One of the items was a large Ultimate Spinach Pepperoni Pizza for $19.99. On a whim (and tired from cooking dinner mosts nights of the week) I decided on the pizza with the very reasonable price. Why I decided on this pizza because it reminded me of a Margherita Pizza (except for the pepperoni and spinach). Since the store was about 2 blocks away, it was easy to just go there and pick up the pie when it was ready. In all honesty the pizza is a good 4-4.5 rating. The pepperoni was small but abundant enough to add that crunchy meaty taste. It worked well with the thin crust because the cheese, tomatoes, red onions and spinach tasted so much better without the additional dough. Pizza Guys is definitely my favorite pizza chain, especially with the amount of unique menu offerings that they have. All of their menu items are perfectly baked, with a tender, chewy and thick crust + super fresh and unique toppings! Cheezee garlic rolls: so insanely good, and would highly recommend if you're looking for something other than your normal garlic bread sticks. They also give you a yummy marinara sauce if you want to make your rolls more pizza-flavored. Tip: microwave these rolls to get them cheesy and tender again if you have leftovers! Street taco pizza: so insanely delicious and unique. This is more of a flatbread, rather than your standard pizza, and it's absolutely loaded with toppings such as grilled chicken, cilantro, tapatio, onions and tomatoes. They also give you this super cute mini tapatio sauce if you need more heat! Only taking off a star because the service at this location is pretty mediocre. The membership rewards don't seem to work at this location, and the employees aren't exactly the most friendly or helpful. Highly recommend putting in an online pickup or delivery order instead if you want to save yourself the headache of ordering in person. read more

My family decided to try Pizza Guys because we had received an ad in the mail with various discounts. Buyer beware! We learned the hard way that the ad is very deceiving. First, the photo on the ad shows a pizza packed with mini pepperonis (similar to Mountain Mike's), but you won't receive anything like that. Ours had a very skimpy amount of large pepperoni and tasted more like a cheese pizza. Also, if you actually believe the ad stating $16.99 "or $2 more for in-store and over-the phone orders" means you will get $2 more off your order by calling them, you will be sadly disappointed. It turns out you will PAY $2 more ($18.99) for the same pizza. I don't get it. At least I now know to disregard those ads that come in the mail. read more

My new favorite pizza pizza. They have the best customer service and delivery staff. This is some of the most tasty pizza I've ever had. They have delicious sauces, toppings, and even impossible meat. They answer the phone when you call, they deliver super quickly, and my pizza is always hot and fresh. They have coupons and always have a special or something new to try. Look out round table, Pizza Hut, and Dominoes. I love supporting local and I love supporting the underdogs. They have an online rewards system that keeps track of your order and gives you points for your pizzas. They have so many different pizzas to choose from, meats, veggies, cheeses, and toppings. I got the sweet Serrano chile pizza with chicken because I can't do pork. They listened to me, I added extra sauce, and they made it perfectly. Please support this place. Nothing exceeding expectations but I would say it met my expectations. Might just be my preference but for the price I would prefer dominos or little ceasers. The delivery driver just yelled at me on the sidewalk where I came out to meet him because he could not find our address as though it were my fault. I left detailed directions in the delivery instructions and answered when he called for help. I tried to walk away and disengage, but he continued to walk towards me and yell at me about how I put the wrong street. I explained that my address was correct and reexplained the steps that were outlined in my notes. He was irate that the address was "not easy to find" and it was very uncomfortable as someone who was simply trying to get their food and walk back into their house. Horrible service. Had a chance to get pick-up/to-go/takeaway at this place during the COVID-19 shelter-at-home order, so never really got to sit down and eat at this place. Called and ordered a large pizza (half with cheese, and the other half with basil). The total came out to $20 before tip or taxes. The pizza was incredibly soggy, and the crust was mediocre. The pizza also was very greasy, and I had to take a piece of tissue and soak up the pizza before eating it, otherwise my friend would suffer from heartburn. The basil had a very weird smell that made me question its quality/freshness, which makes me think that they use dried basil or pre-packaged basil rather than fresh basil on their pizza, which I would definitely question. Honestly, I do not think this place is worth it and would not recommend it to anyone who is picky about their food, ingredients, and seasonings. read more
