I liked the mozzarella sticks w/marinara for dipping. My vegetarian pizza was decent, but not the best pizza I've ever had. It did settle my craving though. My partner enjoyed his and liked that they had shaved sausage. We ordered delivery and everything was correct, which I appreciate. The value is also really good (and another reason why I rounded up). Take it from me, a Jersey girl in the Bay Area. This is the best New York style pizza joint that you are going to find. The decor features a full wall mural of the New York skyline creates the ambiance of those beloved Italian restaurants and pizza joints that I used to eat at. The open kitchen where you can see the guys making their pizza creations in front of you, you can't get more authentic than that. Within minutes of your order, they will stretch your it the dough and place the toppings on it, and slide it in the oven. And when it's ready, your pizza is brought to you hot and delicious. Seriously, my family loves this place and for parties or just family gatherings, we will order our favorites. Mine is the Margarita. My sister's family's usual order is the Rustica, so much that the servers refer to them as the Rustica family. If you're not feeling like pizza, may I suggest the meat ball sandwich, which is legit and will get you stuffed. The sandwich is crispy and light, the meatballs are huge and the sauce is perfection. I love this place so so much!!! It's walking distance from work, so it's the perfect work lunch with a non rushed feel. We always tell them we're in a hurry and they always seat us right away with fast service. The place is so big! And actually quite busy at lunch time, but service is always so good!! My dad and I checked this place out while seeking a sit-in NY pizza spot. We tried the cheese slice, combination slice, and Sicilian. Crust for the NY style slices was crisp and slightly chewy, very good and transported us back to our NY trip. Toppings were standard...for combo though, they just tossed the vegetables on so when I picked up the slice, they fell everywhere. We also thought the sauce could be more tangy, but nothing about the pizza was bad. The Sicilian was crispy, light, and cheesy throughout (don't forget the lactase for this one people). I came here with my friend before and we really had some really good food. Last time I came in the staff was dismissive and rude and the moron behind the counter. I asked for linguine and clam and he's like we don't have linguine says we have spaghetti so I'm fascinated with the lack of understanding, but it's consistent. At least the review stands. I came across this place on Yelp's best pizza places in South Bay and decided to give it a try with my family. We ordered a whole vegetarian pizza as well as a slice of the artichoke and combo. We also got the gnocchi al gorgonzola and fettucine primavera. Although this place advertises as a "New York" pizzeria, I would better describe it as a "New Jersey" pizzeria. First of all this place is in a strip mall and when you enter, the place is filled with families and has a very homely atmosphere. It reminds me of the non-chain pizzerias that I used to visit when I was a kid growing up in the 90s. The pizza also reminds me more of what I would get in New Jersey rather than in NYC, hence my comment. I want to be clear that that the pizza isn't bad but it's definitely not classic New York style and more in the realm of "old-school pizzeria" style. The pastas were okay. You could tell they were homemade but they were also nothing I couldn't replicate at home, which is generally my standard when it comes to critiquing pasta/Italian food. I also do have to mention that when it came to the individual slices that I ordered, they simply took a slice of pre-made cheese pizza and added the toppings on that slice and then baked it for few minutes, which I thought was a little tacky. I would just not offer pizza by the slice if you are going to serve it that way. Like I've said, this place definitely fits the mold more of a family-owned neighborhood pizzeria (hence my New Jersey pizzeria comment) rather than a classic New York pizzeria. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to come here but it definitely is a place that I would perhaps visit often if I lived in the neighborhood and had a craving for pizza. read more

They have been serving authentic New York style pizza, Sicilian deep dish style, and other Italian dishes for decades. The restaurant is able to accommodate a large party or two. Also, it has many other tables for smaller groups for inside dining only. I've mostly had the NY pizza and maybe a pasta dish. Though, I keep gravitating to their pizza. Thin crispy edges, with a slight chew. But, with the savory saltiness of the cheese and tomato sauce. The more toppings you have on the pizza, the more it will be soggy. Just my opinion. Was introduced to this place by a family friend and what a place it is! Rosario and his family could not be nicer, kinder folks. True New York style pizza and very tasty. Parking is plentiful as there is a big lot in the front that even during busy times, never gets too full. A ton of to go order is also pumped out of this place. Ordered a large sausage pie and this thing was incredible. Hot, not greasy, but perfectly melted cheese and the sausage blended in with the sauce and cheese made for a great bite throughout. We also order the garlic knots which were buttery and super garlicky, which I LOVE... i even dipped the pizza and crust into the leftover sauce mmmmmmmm! The wings were awesome too, crispy and juicy, super hot and fresh and it was nice the buffalo sauce was on the wide with the ranch. Sometimes the best places are found by chance. I stumbled across this gem when I was doing errands, and I'm honestly glad I finally satisfied my pizza craving! This establishment is situated in a spacious parking lot that shares the plaza with many other restaurants. They had two rooms worth of tables, so I wouldn't worry about a huge wait. Ordering and payment is in the back, which is kinda cool because you also have a glimpse of them prepping the toppings. They have a deal for a free soda if you buy two slices, but I skipped the soda. I bought two veggie slices for ~$14, which was kinda pricey. A better value is probably just to buy a small or medium pizza. The pizza was ready in about 5-7 minutes. To my surprise, the slices were enormous with each slice being bigger than my face! I loved how it tasted and will say that it's one of the better veggie pizzas I've had. Other places are too salty or the crust is too thin. However, the crust to topping ratio on these slices were perfect. You can also do add-ons but they're pricey at $1.50 each topping for a small pizza ($2.00 for medium, $3.00 for large). Overall, great place for pizza, friendly service, and spacious seating! I've been going to the Asian supermarket in the same area for years but never made it to the pizza place even though I love pizza. So it finally happened. Family atmosphere, nice people, quick service, great slice of pizza. I would describe it as NY style. I had no real issues with anything except that I understand that a slice of pepperoni pizza needs to be $4.75 without tax but I wish that the slice was at least a little bigger so i can walk away a bit more satiated. Not their fault as I am guessing literally everything cost more for them to stay open but at the same time I need to find an option that I think is more balanced for value. Attached is a photo, IMO I think it could have been 10% wider and I would have been more enthusiastic about coming back.
