    Tiramisu

We shared two pizzas and a salad. Pizza was delicious as well as the salad, fresh, simple and flavorful ingredients. Service was slow and disappointing. We were seated right next to the pizza chef station and oven at the center of the restaurant. There seemed to be friction between the pizza chef and the servers. Tiramisu for dessert was served in a moka pot. Affogato was served in a bowl with two scoops of vanilla gelato. Both desserts were good.

Decided to check this place out since it was downtown and a few minutes from where I live. To start we waited around 20 minutes for seats at the bar. The ambiance of the place really speaks to its Italian roots with different decor around the restaurant. Even the TV display was a tourist POV of their day in Naples, Italy. Our server was amazing and was kind to recommend us different menu options seeing it was our first time visiting. We went with the lasagna and the boscaiola pizza. The lasagna was tasty and delicious. The pizza was good, the soft droopy center just wasn't to my liking but was still great taste wise. The game changer is the side of chili oil, definitely a must add to both the pizza and the lasagna. To round off dinner we got the pistachio cake, seeing it from other yelp reviews we were sad to not see it on the dessert menu. (we got lucky it was a special of the day). Overall great time here will be back for that lasagna for sure!

This place is so hit or miss. They either take forever or they are extremely fast. They either pour you a decent glass of wine or pour you a half pour. I just witnessed the people next to me waiting for their food for an extremely long time. While they yell in Italian to each other. Very weird vibes. Awkward to say the least.

We stumbled across the spot since we wanted Italian for dinner for date night. We decided to order two appetizers the meatballs and the focaccia bread. Wow what a combo they went very well together and the meatballs were absolutely delicious I think this place has the best meatballs I have ever tried in any Italian restaurant ever. I got the Italian soda and it was refreshing! I appreciated the little lemon they added. The pizza was absolutely delicious as well. It is obviously what they are known for. I have to say I was not a huge fan of their gnocchi. I felt like the flavor was a little bit everywhere, but it was still alright. It just wasn't a flavor that I'm particularly familiar with. I probably wouldn't order it again, but my partner liked it. Service was really great. Our server was able to bring us a refill on water and he was very attentive. Even though he had a packed second floor. I definitely will be back. I felt like it was really good and very fresh, which is hard to find nowadays for Italian restaurants. Also, the service was really good. Anyways, I just wish I knew about the spot sooner. I think everyone should go here and try their pizza as well as the meatballs ! Def will be back!

Stopped by while in Santa Rosa on a business trip, and this turned out to be one of the best brunch spots in town. The inviting outdoor seating is what caught our eye first -- we literally sat down because of it. Inside, the space has a unique Italian-inspired design that feels both warm and stylish. The menu leans heavily on pizza, but we opted for pasta and were pleasantly surprised at how well it was done -- fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, Loro Di Napoli is a spot I'd definitely return to if I'm ever back in Santa Rosa. Perfect for: a leisurely Italian brunch or pasta lunch in wine country.

It felt like a slower day as we were sat down almost immediately. We gave our order quickly and we only ordered one pizza- no drinks, no apps, nothing else and our order took forever to arrive! Pizza was good, but we waited for over 40 minutes- checked in with a server only to be told "it's coming right out the oven now" and then another 10 minutes to pass and another server tells us the same thing "it's coming out now". Yeah I don't care how good a pizza is, it's not worth coming here if service is so bad. It shouldn't take an hour for it to come out. It seemed more likely our ticket either didn't get stacked in the correct order or something happened and they forgot to submit our order. This being so central to Sonoma valley and wine tasting spots- we were almost late to our next appointment.

We had a fabulous dinner last night! I've been wanting to check this place out since it opened! Service was excellent and ambience was as well. There were 4 of us in our group and we shared 2 orders of bruschetta. So good. In total we had the bolognese pasta, meatballs, and calzone. Calzone is loaded with mushrooms so next time I'd likely leave those out but it was fantastic. Everything was great and meatballs were Naples quality. This place is a great date night spot! The couple sitting next to us had a shrimp scampi that looked amazing as well overall we had such a great experience!

I could not wait to try this restaurant out. It was my birthday and Italian food is one of my favorites. We ordered the antipasto plate and some pizzas I got the margherita pizza which I loved. The brick walls and intimate space gave it a cozy feel. Service was top notch, we had everything we needed and more. We got the Tiramisu served in a moka expresso which was genius. It was delicious and perfectly made. I highly recommend it. It's so good to have this downtown. I can't wait to go back!

Truly delicious pizza! I absolutely adored my pesto pizza- I ate way more than I needed to because it was just that good. They also severed their tiramisu in an adorable little coffee pot. I'm not usually into weird plates, but this was really creative and cute. Only downside is that this location's menu is a lot smaller than their sister restaurant in Petaluma! I came in wanting something more meat-based, but our best option was pasta alla bolognese (which wasn't quite what I had in mind). The menu seems much more catered to vegetarians or people who don't care about not having a lot of protein in their meal.

It was raining today but that didn't stop me from joining my friend at L'Oro Di Napoli. It was my first time there. The team of workers were friendly and fun. Our waitress, Tiffany was fabulous, friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and delicious. The salad was made of fresh ingredients, delightful. The lasagna was delicious and a huge portion. It could definitely be shared! I took leftovers home. The dessert we got was a lovely, light, tangy and sweet pie. This restaurant is located in downtown Santa Rosa. It's a small establishment. It has a lovely intimate atmosphere. I liked the cozy ambiance. There's plenty of parking on the street - depending on the time of day. I highly recommend L'Oro Di Napoli. Enjoy!

We came here for a quick get together with some friends. We ordered burrata, lasagna and pizza. Food was good, service was good but the place gets too loud as they packed a group of 10+ people upstairs on top of people already sitting there. I've had better pizza to be honest.

From the outside, it's a pretty unassuming building. When we walked in, I got more of a diner vibe than an Italian restaurant. The décor is simple and straightforward without a lot of frills, but we were there for the food, not the décor. We were seated almost immediately, and our waitress was friendly and laid back. She also let us know that we had arrived just in time for happy hour, so naturally we had to order some drinks and appetizers. We tried both the red and white sangrias, which our waitress had made fresh that day. They were refreshing and hit the spot. To start, we ordered the calamari and shared a Caesar salad. We also enjoyed some of the house focaccia bread. For our entrées, I chose the Lamb Ragu while my wife went with the Pappardelle Bolognese. Everything arrived in a timely manner and came out hot and fresh. The calamari was crispy and well prepared. The focaccia was good, although I would have preferred it served warm. The Caesar salad was flavorful and the perfect size for sharing. The lamb in the Lamb Ragu was cooked perfectly, and the pasta had a great texture and chew. The Pappardelle Bolognese was hearty, meaty, and equally well executed. Portion sizes for both dishes were just right and satisfying without being overwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a pleasant dining experience. My only critique is that both pasta dishes could have used a little more seasoning, particularly salt, to make the flavors pop a bit more. Aside from that, Eddie's delivered a good Italian dinner with friendly service and good value.

So as we were making our way home from Windsor,my buddy told me about this deli that was described…read moreby some as the most authentic deli in the area, which is saying a lot considering how close we were to "wine country" So we decided to stop and at first glance from the outside it doesn't seem like much but once you walk in,you get that feel that your meal is about to be spectacular. The place had all the feels of an authentic Italian deli-I could not wait to get my hands on one of these sandwiches. I was torn between going with my usual at any Italian deli which is just a classic Italian but for some reason,I've been on a tri-tip vibe for a while and I saw they had BBQ tri-tip on the menu so I just went with that-I added pepper jack to my sandwich.($17.94) It wasn't very busy when we ordered so the food didn't take long, maybe a 6 or 7 minute wait and our food was in front of us. This deli is interesting in that they do a lot of stuff in-house including homemade chips and we had some-so tasty-great addition to our meal. They also have a pretty extensive freezer section with homemade pastas and sauces that a customer can take home to prepare at a later date. So let's talk about the BBQ tri-tip sandwich. It's always wonderful when you run into a small business that just truly excels at their craft and I feel Canevari Deli is one of those places. They made this sandwich so well, excellent balance of meat, cheese, bread and condiments. It was a job well done. I'm having really good luck lately of finding amazing restaurants that are out of town and unfortunately Canevaris is one of those places-this is the type of place that if it was near me I would go there every week, the people who live in Santa Rosa are quite lucky to have such a great deli so close to them daily. In closing ,if you find yourself in the Santa Rosa area and you want to help support a true local business, stop by Canevaris and enjoy yourself one of their daily offerings-I'm sure it will be a wonderful experience.

That being said, it seemed quite busy in there but they were able to move through people pretty quickly. The lunch time crowd would ebb and flow. We grabbed their take home for that day. We also got a tuna sandwich, a spinach cannelloni, and the polenta with pesto for our lunch date. Luckily we were able to grab a seat at a small table. The polenta still solid, the pesto was pretty good with it tho I like it both with and without. My partner really liked her sandwich, said the flavor was on point. The cannelloni was solid also. Well balanced, good amount of ricotta, finally got to try one from there. The take home for Valentines was tritip, lobster ravioli with a lemon cream, a ceasar salad, garlic bread, and we went with the tiramisu. The flavors were great. Everything was prepared and packaged well. The directions were easy with clear instructions included with the food. My favorites were the tiramisu and the ravioli. Neither were too rich or too sweet.
