This chick-fil-a is always busy but they are also efficient. My one advice is that they need to do more team building exercises on their listening skills. It is rather frustrating to give them my name, spell it for them even every single time, and yet they still never seem to get it right. I have been called Sarah, Janna; and even Janice. It doesn't matter if I go inside and speak to someone in person or at the drive thru they won't ever get my name right. I guess what finally has made decide to say something is the last time I was there I told them my name, they said Hannah? I said no but it's Hanna with an S in front. So from that conversation they put my name in as Karen? I think they were making a jab at me and I found it a bit rude to call me that just because I corrected them on my name. It is literally every single time they get it incorrect. Please stop asking for a name if none of the employees don't bother to get it correct. They seem to go by car color and type anyhow. Dirtiest and slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been in. There was food all over the floor, trash in the kids play area, and all of the dining tables were sticky. I ordered a one strip meal for my toddler and it was he size of a nugget...the 3 yr old noticed a difference. I saw one table wiped down the whole time we were in there. I always count on Chick-fil-A when in a new area for their consistent cleanliness but we will bypass this one from now on and I suggest everyone else do the same. read more

Since the food cost as much as dining at some finer dining establishments, it's just awful that you can't sit and eat your expensive chicken and their chicken is not that great anyway it's more hype than anything. The food and service is excellent. They need to step up their game when it comes to cleanliness. The floor needed sweeping and the tables are wiped but why does the seats never get wiped and the table is wet from wiping? I don't want to sit on crumbs! And I don't want to put my food on a wet table. And I also don't want my feet on dropped food and dirty napkins. Carry the wipe dry clean towel and broom dustpan at the same time. When wiping the table wipe the seats. Dry off the table and the seats. Mop under the table when necessary ( dropped ice cream) Then sweep under the table and seats. read more

Food was fine as usual, however the customer service was terrible. An older lady was no help at all and seemed put out that we had a bus of well behaved cheerleaders. When my food was delivered the lady delivering didn't even put it down in front of me, but on the other side of the table and muttered "PLEASURE" not "MY PLEASURE" - just PLEASURE. Probably the dirtiest Chick-Fil-A we have ever been in. They weren't even that busy and had about 10 employees behind the counter. Not one of them out in the dining room. The girls at the counter could clearly look out and see all of the trash on the floor. Also the floors were so greasy that someone could easily fall. I finally saw a manager come out from the back as we were leaving and I casually told him that the dining room needed some attention and he said where and I said everywhere and he didn't even say thank you, I'm sorry or we will take care of it. I travel a lot for my business and Chick Fil A is my go to for breakfast and lunch. I use the app regularly and most always have a good experience. Today was not one of those times. I went to the counter to pick up my mobile order and realized I had forgotten to add sauce to my order. I stood for a moment and was ignored by one cashier. The young lady filling mobile orders brought one up to the counter, looked me in the eye and turned around to go back to what she was doing. I continued to wait while cashiers ignored me. She turned back around as the lady from the dining room was coming to the counter. I said to her, "You looked at me right in the eyes and ignored me". Her answer was, "I have a job to do. That's her job!" Pointing to the lady from he dining room. I was shocked and asked if she was really speaking to a customer like that. She repeated what she said. The lady from the dining room asked me what I needed. I asked for a manager. The young woman came back up to the counter and said she was a manager! At that point I just walked away. I've eaten at many Chick-fil-a restaurants. Yes it's expensive for what it is, but it's always consistently good and fresh. This one did not disappoint in the least. Clean, efficient, and with neat, courteous, well spoken employees. Not a saggy pants, face piercing, tattooed extremity, foul mouth, or sideways hat to be seen. I'll go back just to see that refreshing sight. Worth every extra penny, and more, in my book. I know, I know, don't judge on appearances, yada yada yada. But sue me. I personally don't care to have someone who looks like a thug or skank handling my food, because I figure if they don't care about their appearance, they surely don't care about hygiene or my food.
