Customer service is so horrible, when it gets late "anytime after 9:30" mind you they close at 1am because no one wants to answer the phone, then when you do get someone on the phone the put you on hold and will not come back to the phone. Right from the start I should have just left. 1) stood at the front door and not greeted 2) I had to flag down a manager who was eating 3) the pizza was cold and not at all fresh. 3) I asked for a pepperoni pizza and they said no ! I ordered online for future order. Supposed to be delivered @7:30. I find out at 8:15 that Doordash had stolen my order. I wasn't made aware they were involved being that I ordered directly. Wow! What was for a long time a favorite place for bread sticks and salad has become a dump. Salad bar is sparse, been waiting for nearly 30 minutes for my daughters pasta. And all with 6 people in the place. And now, as a few more people are coming in, they are being seated practically on top of us while there are empty booths and tables all around the place since there appears to be only one table server. The others must be outside with the delivery crew. The worst part, listening to the wait staff and a man who I can only assume is the manager for the evening, arguing right at the cash register as she tells him she can't be fired and says he called her a b@*!h two times. I tried to order the day before and was put on hold. While I was on hold I drove for 6-7 minutes to the store and walked in to find 3 people working in back one looking at a computer and the phone ringing off of the hook. The guy answered and put the person on hold - which i just laughed, hung up the phone and left the store. I had a great experience here and am surprised this location doesn't have a higher rating. My family and I dined in. The wait staff was super friendly, the food was yummy and served very quickly after we ordered it. The main reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because neither the men's or women's bathroom had a changing table. But the waitress (I believe her name is Joy) let me use a booth to change my baby's diaper since there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Then the hostess was nice enough to take the stinky diaper to the outside trash for me, even though I offered to take it out there. And then when we left and forgot our leftovers, Joy caught us as we were leaving the parking lot to bring them to us. Overall great experience! read more

Ok our pizza was hot and our delivery guy was so nice! However one part of our order was left out. That is not the reason for the one star! Mistakes happen, and our delivery driver corrected it very quickly! The reason for the one star is that the poor sweet kid tried to give us our tip back when he brought the rest of the order. My question is did his manager make him feel like he needed to do that? If some compensation was necessary (which honestly it wasn't) it should come from Pizza Hut not our delivery guy. I'm guessing that he didn't put the order together at the restaurant so it wasn't his fault. Again the delivery guy was very professional and nice! This store messed up my order again and when I called to complain the manager cursed me.

Two stars because the place needs a good scrubbing and the waitresses smelled like ashtrays. The pizza was good and tasted like Pizza Hut should taste. I ate here well after lunch and there were dirty tables, dirty floors and not to mention the place looks dirty and dark. It needs to be pressure washed with Clorox inside and out or better yet a fire would clean it up well but the grease on the floor and walls might cause to hot of a fire. I went there to pick up my pizza and right at the front entrance was all the drivers sitting there smoking and it just smelled terrible. It just smelled like an ash tray and I could not get that thought out of my mind. To me it is just a turn off to smell that before you walk in to eat or leave (unless you smoke of course) Good management should not allow that to happen. They were friendly inside though. read more

First off, I don't complain a lot and this the only time I've done a 1-star review. I called in an order, and the kid on the phone had such poor speech skills I LITERALLY could not understand him! He mumbled his words together and used words that aren't in the dictionary. I literally had to politely ask him to repeat himself several times even to determain what he was saying based on previous pizza ordering experiences. On top of this he was rude, and shouted back at me like I was an idiot when I politely asked him to repeat himself. the problem is I still couldn't understand him after he said it louder, he did not get the concept of slowing down and speaking clearly!!!! Anyway I finally told him what I wanted and my address and phone number, I figured that was what he needed, but then said I was going to pick up, because I didn't want any more confusion. I really don't understand how someone like that could be allowed to answer a phone at any business. I got there to pick up my pizza fast, because part of me was worried I would have to reorder. and it was close to closing time. I got the pizza and it was definitely not fresh made, it was old. It looked like someone else no showed an hour earlier and they just slapped my toppings on it. If it wasn't old that is even worse.
