I placed the simplest order for pickup this evening. 1 personal pan pizza with sausage and one with pepperoni. When I picked the order up one of the pizzas was only cheese. Doesn't surprise me tho. There was not supervision. The people working were more worried about laughing and having a good time than doing their job. Horrible experience. read more

So this is going to be a strange review, as all we did was order delivery because my wife loves their cheese sticks. I placed an online order, and as they use Door Dash for delivery (I guess it's impossible to find delivery drivers?) I received the text message that it was on the way. The driver apparently got a little lost, which is hard considering we're in a cul-de-sac on a street in a rather new subdivision. When he showed I opened the door and watched him walk towards me, he said the store called him stating I'd received the wrong order. Confused, I let him know I didn't make a call. He handed me the pizza and breadsticks and he left. Once inside I realized my name wasn't the name on the ticket, and I clearly had the wrong items. No big deal as we did order some of the things we ended up with so we just ate and forgot about it. Obviously the other people got my order first and called the store. We were done eating when I got a text saying my order was on the way. I just thought they were working on correcting the orders in their system. I was very surprised when the door rang and a different Door Dash driver had the two things we actually ordered, and he left. So even though I never called to complain about getting the wrong food (we got more than we actually had ordered) they went ahead and recreated our order and had it sent to us. I just want to recognize the store for doing the right thing without being told to do it by an upset customer. This is a bit of a lost art today so I felt it should be recognized. Tasha at the Chelsea Pizza Hut was totally rude to a gentleman that was there waiting on an order. I felt so bad for him and he did nothing wrong other than let her know he had an order. He was polite and mannerly to her. She said that she couldn't have him standing in her store for 15 mins while waiting on his order. I was there standing in her store for 20 mins waiting on my order. She is supposed to be the general manager but she was rude to a customer because of his skin color. Or that was the impression that she gave me by her demeanor. read more

This is the first time in years that we have eaten at a Pizza Hut. Use to love them as a kid especially the taste of the crust., my husband just ordered 2-3topping pizzas and if I was the management, I would b embarrassed to let something like this walk out the door. My husband got the pineapple, ham and u need a microscope to find the ham. Im very serious. One tiny piece of ham on a big pizza slice. U could find the pineapple only because the yellow contrasted w the red tomato,sauce. I got olives, tomatoes and onion(I think I saw some) and had to scrape off one slice and put it on another so that I would b eating something beside naked crust. Yes, that bad. And what happened to the crust taste that I use to love as a child? This was floured crust w dried garlic sprinkled on top and in the box. Every time we order from this Pizza Hut, our order is correct and we always receive the order within the window that they give us. This past week we tried the wings for the first time and they were actually pretty good. We ordered them with the Cajun seasoning which was delicious dipped in ranch. This Pizza Hut has come long strides from where it was. From great staff to much better pizza, wings, pzones and desserts. Take out or delivery I've tried it all lately and was very surprised and glad to say all have been excellent. So nice to have good owners and staff on board to make your dinner or lunch right. My fiancé and I ordered pizza and some wings tonight. We were told delivery would be within 45 minutes to an hour. At 45 minutes I received the text notification that it was on the way. Nothing showed for 30 min. I called the store and the manager delivered a fresh order at our door. It was wonderful. The pizza and wings were great! read more

This is the second time I have ordered here. First time order was wrong and made the family sick. I gave them a second chance and they got the order wrong, left out 2 orders of wings, order of fries and the pizza was ice cold. Called and lady said she would remake the order. Got the order and it was wrong again, and the chicken and fries were inedible. They were rewarmed and horrible. The pizza again was wrong and cold and they left out the dessert and the dips and dressing that I paid extra for. So I would advise against ordering anything from this Pizza Hut. read more

I've never gotten a pepperoni pizza that was actually decent. They always are horrifically greasy and taste like soggy cardboard. Also the "thin crust" is NOT thin crust. Very poor service!! This is the second time I've called and had the same situation. The first time I called, I spent 25 minutes trying to order a pizza. I just called, and someone picked up the phone, "uhhh....... (random noise).... um... hello?" I generally don't review fast food restaurants unless they are stellar or so poor I feel the need to issue a warning. We frequently order pizza from a large national competitor and thought let's give this other local business a shot. Ordered 2 medium unlimited topping pies, boneless wings and a box of Cinnabon for dessert. It being a Friday evening at 6 pm I expected some degree of tardiness. I shouldn't, but I did. Kept a close eye on their "delivery tracking" and 40 minutes passed, an hour, an hour and 10 minutes. All the while tracking said they were making it. Giving up, grabbed a pizza out of the freezer and heated the oven. A few minutes later the doorbell rings. I was greeted by a very sweet driver. The order had arrived. While she said nothing about how long it took, there was no need to take it out on her. Gave her a generous tip and sent her along her way. I've had bad, tasteless and soggy pizza in the past but this one wins the award. Ordering thin crust there's some expectation of a crispy crust. No here. The boneless wings while ok, had a sweet flavor and certainly not entirely buffalo. My guess is they use the same sauce bowl to toss. The Cinnabon rolls were "meh" at best. 16 hours later, their online tracking still says they are making our order. If you going to leverage technology at least make sure you are updating, otherwise, what's the point other than to create a poor customer experience. While I support local business, this one bites the dust for me. I've had better gas station pizza. Never making this $55 dollar mistake again. read more

Great pizza if you get the right order, but not worth the hassle. This location has a bad habit of getting orders wrong or being waaaay past the "ready" time. Over an hour after ordering (and it saying 10-20 min), they finally handed me my order. And this was a carry out order. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. We tried Pizza Hut out tonight and loved it. There was a lot of talk on faceboon about bad service but they are under new management and had incredible service. When I called the order in, they were very courteous and explained all of their specials and such in the most professional manner. They told me the delivery time was about 35-40 min and they were right on time. I highly recommend giving Pizza Hut in Chelsea a shot at your pizza orders. Was told would be ready at a certain time. Arrived 5 minutes after that time and was told would be another 5 minutes. Asked about when would be ready 20 minutes later and was told hadn't even put in oven yet. Would be another 5 minutes before goes in oven. Only waited because my grandchildren wanted pizza and We live about 18 minutes away. So I was there an hour after the pick time I was given. The Hawaiian hand tossed pizza was delicious with lots of cheese, yummy sweet pineapple and plenty of ham. Great for leftovers too!
