This is the best buffalo chicken sandwich that I can ever remember. You really need two buns or just slip it with someone else. I don't know how you can eat the whole thing in one sitting. Place is casual but cute. Updating our first visit. Service was fine but waiter was so busy. They gave too many tables for one. It was Fathers Day weekend so lots of big groups. Food was good again. I had black and bleu salad with house vinaigrette. I give it a 5 except I warned the waiter to just tell the chef next time I wanted Medium but I really love some pink just not bloody. He advised me to order Medium Well but I refused and ordered Medium. Still after all that, No-o-o Pink!!! All medium brown. Waiter wanted to return it, but I never do that. Just don't ask me how you want your steak cooked if you ignore the answer ! Our table of four liked our food very much. However, The noise was so horrible we could hardly eat and three of us ended up with a headache! We will never ever eat in the back room again. Two groups of about 20 put 10 plus kids unsupervised at the end of their tables. You guessed it! Both ends of screaming hyper poorly behaved children were in our direction. Finally we moved outside to try to catch up with our friends. After 10 minutes, whoa---- the kids followed us out. They had a cute play area with bean bag toss & other games. It was a lot of food, service was great. And the place was a buzz. We got the fried green tomatoes, which wasn't my choice and might mention on the menu (i didn't even look at it) that it is chucks instead of slices. I personally like my thinner slices of tomato for that slight hit of green tomato flavor but these are juicy and thickx I'm not tomato crazy anyway so don't take my advice on not liking these, if you like a thickly sliced fried green tomato these are for you. I would have thought i had covid when my meal arrived. There is no flavor to the main dish unless you are using a sauce. I think they don't want to over season the food so they under season it. I know most people add salt or pepper or hot sauce to their food but i have literally never done that, out to eat or at home. You can say that's my own fault, and that's fair. It might be the batter out food was fried in that needed at least salt and pepper. They could also do themselves a favor and make a better tater sauce. I don't know if this was homemade but it was very heavy on the Mayo and light on flavor and did nothing for the fish. The superstar of these photos is the coleslaw. I don't even eat coleslaw and i devoured this coleslaw. Paired perfectly with the fries for the fish and chips. Our waiter was very lovey and friendly. We also had desert a lava cake and a strawberry short cake, absoutely no complaints there. read more

Parking is never an issue as they have a large parking lot. The service is always great with friendly staff and hostesses. It's a great spot to catch a sports game or have dinner with family! Earlier this week I met a friend for lunch. She lives in Chelsea and has eaten at Station 31 a couple of times. We got there about 11:45 and the parking lot was full. Even though there were a lt of people, our wait was less than five minutes. They have veggies, a couple of salads, and some sandwiches. And, they have a nice bar. It was a bit noisy, but that can't be helped as it is just one huge room with different size tables here there and everywhere. A nice place for lunch. read more

I was so impressed with station 31! The atmosphere was very fun and I loved all their Christmas decorations. I don't remember our waitresses name but she had blonde hair and was absolutely fantastic very attentive and thoughtful. I took my two kids and it was very kid friendly. They even brought them little Christmas ornaments to make. Most of us got the burgers and they were huge and delicious. Had the friend green tomatoes for an appetizer and they were great too! We went to station 31 tonight to eat and they told us we couldn't sit because the seats were for regulars. The chairs were not pushed forward and the counter was cleaned. They told us we needed to move and could sit over on the far corner against the wall. I'm so thankful Station 31 has come to Chelsea! We went to the tree lighting at Old Baker Farm Saturday night, and my kids had been hearing everyone talk about Station 31. We had to try it! Located in an old firehouse, the space has been completely gutted and renovated. Honestly, we had to ask our server, because the space looked so new and clean. I couldn't believe it was an historic structure! They doubled the space of the old firehouse, adding room for plenty of extra folks. The menu was made up mostly of bar food. We ordered burgers and wings. The wings are sold by the pound, and you can only order one flavor per pound (my son wanted to try the lemon pepper and mild buffalo, but because he was only ordering a pound of wings he went with mild buffalo). The mild buffalo sauce on the wings was buttery, tangy, and not at all spicy. The wings were fried to crispy perfection while still being tender and super moist. They really did a good job on he wings. The burgers were outstanding and HUGE! Super juicy at medium well, I was so very happy I ordered the burger and fries. Mine came with tons of cheddar cheese, thick and crisp bacon and super fresh lettuce and onions. The burger was super tasty, and the seasoned and battered fries were super crispy and tasty. The salad was mediocre mainly because the dressing was poor quality. That's a hit and miss thing and not really something to that normally would generate a bad review. Thinks we're overpriced but the thing that pissed me off was they added a nearly $7 "service charge" to the bill. No one could explain what this charge was for except that it wasn't a gratuity. When I ordered I expect to pay the price agreed upon. This is unethical and probably should be illegal. read more

When I crave a wedge salad, I go to Station 31! It's absolutely the best, and almost a meal by itself. Our typical order includes fried mushrooms, the fried catfish plate with either sweet potato fries or garlic fried red potatoes, fried shrimp plate (at least 10-12 jumbo), a burger (any kind - they're all delicious, but no mayo please), and the Philly cheesesteak. We've also had the Kamp Carbonara. But it's always the wedge craving that brings me here! And the Snake Handler on tap is huge plus. read more

We eat here when on this side of town and we get something different most visits. We got nachos which were really good but what restaurant serves nachos and does not include salsa. We had to pay $3 for 3 tablespoons of salsa. The only reason I mention it is because salsa should be included with Mexican type dishes. read more
