Horrible experience at this Pizza Hut location I asked for my order to be picked up instead of a delivery order The Manager Sarah N was able to switch my order over however when I asked her for a physical receipt, she got upset and told me to wait 24hrs when I asked her to explain she said that she already did and then proceeded to ask me if I was mentally ill. If you enjoy waiting an hour or more for them to make a single pizza then by all means go here. Food is not that bad but they never greet customers whether someone is picking up an order or trying to place an order for carry out. There never seems to be more than 1-2 employees and they are always an hour or more behind on orders. That is too long to expect customers to stand in a lobby. read more

I ordered lunch for my store today (2/7/24) from the Gladiolus drive location in Fort Myers. They never called to ask my location when they could not find us. Instead, they delivered it to the Target in our plaza, even after they told them they did not order pizzas. Target employee then had to call us to come get our pizzas. Tried to call store to find out about the order, instead got a person located in Memphis TN who tried to call the store itself twice, and was hung up on both times. Offered no resolution to problem, and was on the phone with him when Target called to come get our pizzas. Again, nothing, just hung up on me once I told him we found the pizzas. I have been ordering from them for years for lunches at our store, but I will be looking elsewhere from now on. This store is continuously going downhill and only getting worse. read more

Funny story, I used to work at Pizza Hut. My wife ordered Pizza Hut using online ordering. She ordered at 7:20pm. The pizza did not arrive until 8:35. However, the website said that the Pizza would arrive in anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. The pizza did not arrive till over an hour later. What is more interesting is that I called Pizza Hut to inquire as to why a pizza would take over an hour to deliver and the person on the phone acknowledged, when I called, that the delivery person had not even left the restaurant with our pizza yet! So I spoke to the manager who offered $10 off. and as much as I was calling not to ask for $10 off I was calling to ask for exhaust meant that they made a mistake I accepted that as a token up there apology. however when the pizza did arrive discovered that they delivered the pizza with incorrect ingredients on the pizza. Honestly I would definitely hesitate before ever ordering a pizza from Pizza Hut again. read more

I placed my order through the app for pickup. I found this location to be very clean. The staff was welcoming and gave me an update on my order upon arrival. I had ordered the big dinner box which included a pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. Everything was picture perfect upon opening the box. For Pizza Hut, this was about as good as i could have hoped for. Delicious and fresh. I would definitely order from here again based on my experience. A great first impression for sure. read more

I ordered a pizza here and than an hour later we got a call back that the Lady canceled our order because we weren't "in the premises they deliver to" but we were a 7 minute drive. but the other delivery man delivered it. When we confronted him saying that they canceled our order he couldn't give it to us. He was very nice because he took the costumers into consideration. Wish I could have got his name. We had a pizza craving and hadn't much luck finding a place as good as Chicago. We decided on Pizza Hut and even went to pick up the pizza to ensure it was as fresh as possible. We ordered crispy thin crust. We got home, opened it up and when I bit into it, it was like someone put cheese on cardboard, literally. There was barely any sauce and it was so bad, we barely ate a slice each before tossing the rest in the trash! We will never go back! read more

I wanted to give this pizza hut no stars but that was not a option. The pizza I got from here was probably the worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered the thin and crispy pizza but it was not crispy just rock hard. We also ordered it with the cheese on the crust but we didn't taste any cheese on the crust or see any. There was hardly any sauce on it either. The pizza had hardly any flavor to it even with peppers and mushrooms on it. The wings were just average as well.
