I don't think I'd be able to eat here more than 2/year based on intaking that much sodium in one sitting. I'm a bigger guy and don't leave much on plates very often, I ended up throwing over half my meal in the trash because of the high salt. Zaxby's, if you're listening, it might be good to back off the salt a bit and offer packets if people want more.

After finally receiving part of my order, I realized I was missing multiple items, including a drink I paid an additional charge for. I was charged for items I did not receive. I tried to resolve the issue by going inside, but the doors were locked around 9 PM despite this location being advertised as 24 hours. I then went to the window and spent over five minutes knocking, calling out, and trying to get someone's attention. Employees were standing near the window, and one employee looked at me, rolled her eyes, and turned her back toward me. The manager, David, eventually came over after hearing my knocking from across the restaurant. However, the interaction did not feel like a resolution or a positive customer service experience. I was told the employees could not see me, but that was difficult to understand because they were standing near the window and could hear me trying to get their attention. What was most upsetting was that shortly after I walked away, while I was still in the parking lot, I saw a white male customer approach the same window. He did not knock or call out, yet he was noticed and helped immediately. After being told I was not seen, witnessing that difference in treatment was extremely concerning and left me feeling like I was treated differently because I am a Black woman. I want to make it clear that I was respectful the entire time. I was not rude, aggressive, or disrespectful toward any employee. I was patient even after waiting a long time and even after realizing my order was incomplete. I left this location in tears because of how dismissed and disrespected I felt during this experience. I hope management reviews this situation because every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect, receive the service they paid for, and feel valued regardless of who they are.
