The wings were not cooked long enough for the typical crispy buffalo wing that's typically desired. If they had been cooked slightly longer, I think we would've enjoyed them and the buffalo would've stuck much better. The ranch tasted homemade so kudos for that. If cooked right the value of 12 wings would've been much more satisfying. The salads unfortunately were a miss. Despite being great portions, there were a few negative takeaways. Far too much red cabbage, as a light garnish- sure! But it should not be every bite chewing huge pieces of cabbage. "Olive oil and vinegar" was a miss. Clearly using either low quality olive oil or substituting with canola oil, and NOT enough seasonings added for an authentic pizza joint Greek salad. And finally, the grilled chicken. Excellent portion, but a miss on texture. Clearly overcooked. Could've been great if not for that. The ribeye steak and cheese, despite taking on a great deal of real estate on the menu, was lack luster. Meat was minimal and was a stretch as "ribeye" priced at $20. My brother added peppers and onions, and they didn't seem to make it to the sandwich. And finally, choosing curly fries instead of a traditional shoe string/more crispy cut was a missed opportunity to be great. As a New York Italian transplant, I acknowledge that I'm an already tough critic. We were definitely disappointed but wouldn't rule out the possibility of coming back for pizza, or just waiting for a year in business to hopefully receive feedback and make some improvements.
