I ordered a pan pizza and clearly they gave changed the recipe. The new recipe taste like the pan pizza. Pizza Hut needs to go back to the original pan pizza crust. The pan crust was what set them apart!!!!!!! read more

I spent $17, buffet did not include drink. We got there shortly after the lunch buffet started, with very few options, and they only added one fresh cheese pizza while I was there. I stayed for about 45 minutes thinking they would put fresh, hot pizza out and that's all they added. Fresh breadsticks were added right into the old. If you're looking for a pizza buffet out south, I highly recommend Circle City Pizza! I've never been disappointed! Pizza is on constant rotation and the salad bar is so much better, oh and the drink is included. (I think $12). read more

To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing to file a serious complaint regarding one of the most upsetting and humiliating customer service experiences I've ever had at Pizza Hut--an experience that occurred in front of my young son at your 5914 E Tenth St, Indianapolis, IN 46219 location. Two weeks ago, I placed an order totaling $65 and some change. When I got home, I realized the pizza was completely wrong. I returned to the store and waited again to get the order corrected. Although the food was eventually fixed, I contacted corporate afterward to report the issue. A representative offered me a $20 credit, which I accepted at the time. I received an email confirming this, with the manager's name listed. When I later returned to the store to use the credit, I was told it didn't exist in the system. Even after showing proof of the email, I was dismissed. What followed was shocking: the manager and another employee (a visibly pregnant woman) escalated the situation and threatened to call the police on me--and actually did--right in front of my son, simply because I firmly and calmly asked for the credit I had been promised. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not raise my voice, act aggressively, or interfere with anyone's duties. I was speaking in a calm but assertive tone. I have pictures of the employees involved, and I have screenshots of the confirmation email promising the credit. I was on the phone with Pizza Hut Corporate Customer Service at the time of the incident, which prevented me from recording video or audio. Your store's camera footage will confirm everything I'm saying, including my calm demeanor and their excessive, uncalled-for reaction. This was not just poor service--it was embarrassing, unnecessary, and traumatizing, especially for my child to witness. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, and I have never treated a customer the way I was treated that day. I am formally requesting: A full refund of the $65+ I spent on the original incorrect order A full internal review and disciplinary action regarding the staff's behavior A written response and resolution from Pizza Hut Corporate I am a loyal customer and truly love Pizza Hut, but this incident was one of the most disrespectful experiences I've ever endured--and in front of my child, no less. They limited seating and gave us lots of space to goof off... er... eat. The garlic knots were da bomb. Piping' hot so be ready for lots of reverse blowing! The pizza was SO good. Stuffed crust is always welcome at my table :) The place was clean and had social distancing stickers on the floor and on the doors. I don't normally leave reviews however, I pulled up to the window to pick up my order. There was a girl in the window with a grey jacket on she didn't say anything. She just opened the window and stared at me until I said something to her. I told her my name and she just closed the window in my face. When she handed me the box she didn't say anything then either it was just a weird interaction. Waited several minutes to be seated, finally waitress came out to seat us. She was friendly. We were the only people on the restaurant at the time, so it was very quiet. We ordered drinks and she came back about 5 minutes later with them. She took our order (pizza and breadsticks). We sat there for almost 15 min after ordering before we got our food. She brought it all at once instead of bringing breadsticks first. The food was hot, but not up to the quality we have seen in the past from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut wasn't exactly what I had in mind when I stopped on the Southside of Indianapolis to run an errand this afternoon. This is an older Pizza Hut with the traditional "hut" shaped restaurant and comfortable dine-in options. I was hoping that a buffet option would be available, but I was running late and there was no such option. I will admit that prior to writing my review, I read through the other reviews and am a bit surprised to see negative comments regarding staff as it's the staff that have largely motivated my writing this review. When I arrived, I was pleased to see two signs identifying accessible parking spots including one specifically designating it as van accessible. There was an obvious effort to have created a curb cut and it would easily meet ADA requirements. I entered the restaurant and immediately arrived at a "Please wait to be seated" sign. Being in a wheelchair, I laughed. I was escorted to a table and ordered my usual unsweetened iced tea. I checked out a menu, but noted that there wasn't really anything that screamed out being a lunch item. I asked the server and was told about a personal pan pizza special - up to 3 toppings and 3 breadsticks for just under $5.00. I wasn't told that the drink was included, but this would later prove to be the case. The food was typical Pizza Hut food. If you like Pizza Hut, you'd like it. If you don't, then you won't. I found it to be fresh and tasty. The breadsticks came with marinara sauce. While I was sitting there, I saw a gentleman come in and ask for a manager. This person had an obvious disability, but it didn't seem like he had a complaint of any type. The exact nature of his disability wasn't readily apparent, but it included a communication challenge that made it difficult to understand him if you weren't listening. I will admit that when I first heard the manager on duty, I thought he sounded just a touch dismissive. I was quickly proven wrong. I sat and listened as this manager patiently chatted with this man, who I caught on had worked at another Pizza Hut washing dishes and was trying to find a job after that location had closed. This manager directed the conversation well, was patient, gave legitimate feedback, and was at least somewhat knowledgeable of disability as I heard him talking about potentially calling the person who needed to be reached by using a TTY. In short, I was impressed. My own service was attentive and professional. I was offered a refill of iced tea, though they did bring out sweet tea instead of unsweet. They offered to replace it, but I decided to accept it. For less than $6, I had a good meal and time to relax. Additionally, I got to experience someone in supervision (I don't think he was the actual manager and I heard him direct this person to the hiring manager) who was patient, kind, and helpful even when the communication was challenging. I placed a carry it order at 8:17, the very unattentive cashier worker brought me my half right order out at 9:07..mind you carryout orders are supposed to be ready in 20 min.. then I explained I need the rest of my order please and she goes "oh you ordered those" i kindly hand her my receipt that she didn't feel the need to look at before hand. Stopped here today to pick up three large pizzas to bring to a business lunch. The staff was very friendly, offering to help me bring the food to the car and providing cups and plates at no charge for me to serve my guests. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Over the last two years we've ordered 4 times from this location. Food is decent but service is horrendous. Out of the four times Weber ordered, I've gotten the chicken Alfredo pasta, which per the menu, comes with 5 breadsticks. We have NEVER received breadsticks. Not once. I can understand not giving them to us one time but 3 for 3?! What an incompetent location. Is it just that you don't care or you just want to save money by cheating your customers. Absolute WORST Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Staff was rude and dismissive from the minute I got there. I arrived at 8 pm, they close at 9 pm and were already taking down the salad bar. I asked the waitress if I could have the salad bar and I was told no. I then asked what beer they have on tap and she said no one there had their liquor license. Really? Not one person at a place that sells beer & wine has a liquor license? I have no doubt she was lying to me for whatever reason. We visited this location with a group of 11 people 20 minutes prior to closing. We checked to make sure it wouldn't be a problem so close to closing. We got a double thumbs up from Chris the waiter. His service was thru the roof!!! We didn't feel rushed, we were made to feel at home. The food was awesome! He took our orders by memory, no notes, and not one wrong item!!! read more

Serious employee issues!!!! We arrived a little after 4PM on a Friday and we were the ONLY dine in customers. There was only ONE drive thru customer that came through during the hour that we were there. The employees allowed a non-paying person to yell bitch and fuck on the phone with his girlfriend/wife discussing his desire to obtain his clothing and break up. He was there when we got there and there until right before we left. A few minutes before five they told him he MAY not be able to continue occupying the booth once they got busy. Really???? He didn't leave. How about kicking him out and treating your paying customers with some respect or even yourself?!?!????? One of the employees' shifts was ending when we arrived. We asked for her, but she apologized that she was leaving. The only server left was the WORST employee EVER. Besides deciphering the speech of this toothless oddity that on other visits has served us still frozen garlic bread and stolen our order from the pass and our server to give it to others, she still is there. We were last night served slightly warm garlic bread with cheese that had not even fully melted. After an hour we were served two lukewarm/cold pizzas, which we took to the counter and gave back. Well, after screaming the server's name' several times so she would appear. We gave the pizzas back to her and honestly I expected she would tell us we could heat them up at home as she did on a previous visit. They did comp what we had ordered but not eaten at the last minute and told us there was only one cook. I guess he apparently can't handle two orders. After countless excuses from previous visits that are always delivered nonchalantly (our oven burns the pizza, our oven doesn't fully cook the pizza, we are busy, there's not enough employees, she's 70 years old, etc. etc.) and 5 previous visits they did comp, we are done with excuses!!!!!!!!
