What has happened to the Pizza Hut we grew up with? I grew up in the era of the Bigfoot pizza. When Pizza Hut gave Playstation demo discs but most importantly...the pizza was GOOD. Look at the pics. How does that look to you? I can assure you, that if you think it looks good, it tastes no better than it looks. It was like they popped a frozen pizza in an oven or microwave. waited 27 minutes for 1 pizza, ( was told it would be 15-18 min), during the day, no one in the restaurant, there were only 2 people working the whole place, even though they took my name and number over the phone, when i went to pick it up, they had given my pizza to someone else. not going back to this location. the restaurant itself had some neat history type things in it, but no music, only 1 of the 3-4 tv's were turned on, no pinball machines or arcades, none of the oldschool pizza hut charm like booths and glass lights, etc. they dont serve beer either. no wonder most pizza huts have switched to delivery units only. read more

Still only one star. Don't even waste your time with this place. 9 months ago this place completely screwed my order up and didn't even compensate me. If it's still posted on here please read my review. Not long after I left my review someone from their we care team reached out to me. I explained to them in detail what happened and they even agreed that it was handled improperly. They said to give them a chance and they'll even give me a $20 credit that will just be added to my account the next time I try. I explained to them that it may not be for a while since this particular Pizza Hut completely let me down. I was assured my credit would be there anytime I was ready. I asked (on the phone) even if it's a year from now? And I was told yes. Fast forward 9 months. It's Halloween night. My wife and I took our kids trick or treating. They wanted pizza. I told my wife, "well, we have that $20 credit we never used". So we decided to see if Pizza Hut could make our last experience right. First off we couldn't even order on the app. First it said the zip code was incorrect then it said the type of crust we wanted wasn't available. We even tried selecting them all. Nothing. So we decided to call. The woman on the phone seemed nice enough. Said we could order what we wanted. We ordered and paid over the phone. Was told 25 minutes. We live down the street so exactly 25 minutes go by and we figured when we get there to pick it up it'll be ready. Nope! So not only did we NOT get the $20 credit I was promised, now our food isn't even ready and the kids are hungry and it's a school night. So I'm literally sitting out here in their parking lot waiting for my food to be ready so my kids and eat and go to bed. I'm almost dreading receiving my food at this point because it seems like they can't get anything right. Like I said in my last review, it's beyond me how this place stays open. Location maybe. It's so accessible and easy to get to. I don't know. I'm so fed up with this place I don't even know how to truly express that in this review. Absolutely the WORST Pizza Hut. I wish they'd close their doors and something better would open up In it's spot. Don't waste your time or money on this place. It's just not worth the hassle. Go somewhere better. Which is anywhere! Don't underestimate this place. I didn't even know about this location. Came by to grab some carry out for our son tonight. Dining room was being tidied up and the staff was very welcoming. Our order being made is visible in the kitchen. The gentleman helping us even made sure our Cinnabon Rolls were fully covered in icing. I received a redeemable offer via the email I provided whilst ordering online, following Pizza Hut workers forgetting to check on incoming online orders sans food. Obviously Corporate sent my redeemable offer, only failing to add credit to my account at the Pizza Hut I order from. Kathleen was cordial, however she couldn't assist me beyond offering apologies as she could not pull it up. I did attempt to order and accept the redeemable offer, the site prompted me that my offer was in the cart, ONLY THAT IT WASN'T. I will still order from them though. read more

I've called three times, after all the button pushing each time my call was routed to a main call center somewhere? I've asked to speak to the store and every time they transfer me it goes back to this main call center. I'm sitting here now again for 10 minutes on hold waiting... Time to hang up. Ordered two pizzas online and they were delivered freezing cold and completely disheveled in the box. We threw them out. I called to complain and get a refund and was told to come in the next day to speak with the manager. I went in and the manager told me he could only refund if I brought the pizza back. I complained to corporate who only routes you back to the same horrible store. They have never responded despite two (2) attempts to complain to corporate. I placed an order and arrived to the pick up window when I encountered an employee by the name of Mona. When I asked her about my breadsticks for my order she stated that I didn't order any breadsticks I pulled up and got out of my vehicle to go inside because clearly on my confirmation email it says I ordered breadsticks. She went too the cashier machine printed out a paper and said there's no breadsticks and when I told her that my receipt has breadsticks that's what I ordered she said we'll I'm off the clock meanwhile she's yelling at me and not letting the current on the clock employees take care of a professional matter. She became abusive and unprofessional when I explained to her she was getting argumentative disrespectful and ultimately putting my unborn baby at risk she said I don't care if you're pregnant or not she continued on yelling at me and her co workers that were present who ultimately handle my breadsticks professionally. She is an abusive co worker and employee to the public. She is a danger and a ticking time bomb you know those employees you see fighting on tv and claim Victim this is that girl. I can not believe the amount of unprofessionalism I encountered with her. I'm not sure if she was trying too show off to her friends who are in the video. I will enhance this matter too corporate or to any evaluation necessary until this matter is handled. We got a large hand tossed pepperoni & pineapple pie today. I have been eating at this Hut for at least 20+ years. The taste of the sauce was kind of bland, or maybe too little sauce. Overall it was good. However I have a gripe about the little things they no longer offer, or charge for. I already knew they charge extra for the red pepper they use to give at no charge. Today I found out when I asked for 4 paper plates, that they no longer off that. To me it's kind of pathetic because those plates are super cheap. How much would 4 cost? hmmm maybe 5 cents to make a customer happy. I just waiting for the next change, maybe a fee for a to-go pizza. Bottom line dont "dime & nickel" your customers. I understand the food business very well, and it's extremely challenging! If you are a franchise owner, please pull some shifts in your store, your employees will ultimately have more respect for you, Plus you will probably find some cost cutting ideas while on the floor with your employees. New to this area. However, I placed an order as always using my app. $36 for two large pizzas is lot of money. By the time this company adds on service fees, delivery fees and tip..... wow! Many companies are offering free delivery during this time of COVID 19 Pizza hit should follow suit. I think the average for large pizzas should be about $10 each especially when one of them is just a cheese pizza. We were hungry. We enjoyed it and service and delivery time was acceptable. I don't think I'll spend that amount the next time and perhaps picking it up would be a better alternative. The guy delivering made a no contact delivery and did an awesome job. Spoke to Santiago, who claimed to be the manager. Once I stated my concern, all he said was "You've filed your complaint," and just hung up on me!!!
