First we asked if they still had their secret menu, which was a long time local favorite (we used to live here and haven't been back in 10 years). The server was incredibly crasp and rude. She said the cooks don't know how to make it and " they plan to keep it that way" and went off on a rant about how it ruins the grill etc. The answer no is fine but the way that she started the interaction was unreal. She could've easily said oh yeah that was a local favorite. We don't do that anymore. I asked for water she again was rude and how she said it and just pointed where and said get it yourself. I asked how many wings come in the boneless wing set. She said 8 ounces and I said oh is that like 6 to 10 pieces? Very rudely she said "it's 8 ounces. I can't give you the amount of pieces". It was crazy how she said it. I was so frustrated. I just wanted to know if it was five pieces or 20 pieces not specific.‍‍. My husband tried to ask her about sauce, she was so crossed being rude with her answer. We could tell we weren't getting anywhere with her. My mother-in-law only ate one wing, my boneless wings were so soggy and drenched in buffalo sauce. They were beyond gross. The fries were terrible. They have garlic Parmesan, which is what I ordered. THEY ARE NOT GARLIC PARMESAN. They are drenched in buffalo sauce, which is weird with a little cheap Fake Parmesan sprinkled. The kicker-- you can only pay cash! They force you to use ATM machine withdraw cash. I think this should've been stated beforehand on the menu. It says they accept cash credit debit. What they mean by that is you can use the ATM machine pay a fee and then pay cash. Anyway, I could look past the service because at the end of the day her attitude was just a grumpy, unkind older woman. But the food was terrible.
