First we ordered online and we couldn't pay with either one of our debit cards, but mine worked when used at the store. Take pizzas home with cheese sticks and open my wife's and it's a sausage, onion and green peppers. She's an extra cheese kinda girl. Mine is correct and the cheese sticks are fine. I have to take the whole thing back to the store, show them their mistake and get the correct pizza. Now I could have demanded that they remake the whole order because the rest of it would be cold but, While they are making the cheese pizza I ask the young lady to put the right pizza the wrong pizza and my cheese bread in the warmer while I wait. She says sure no problem. I ask her i f I can keep the wrong pizza since I had to drive all the way back to get the right one. She says yeah that would be fine. My pizza gets done and the young man gives them to me and I ask about the wrong pizza and he says oh no we can't do that. I say ok and open the new pizza because the box looks to big. It's a large instead of a medium. He says oh yeah she messed up and made you a large. I get home and the wife goes to get some and says this is not extra cheese. So they can't take my payment in the app, and they screwed the order up not once but twice. Rough day for the Hut. We got 2 pizzas and they were cooked so well done that every ounce of flavor had been cooked out of them. It was as dry as if I left it in my fridge for 3 days. I really like Pizza Hut as a franchise but they had a bad day here. Either the cook wasn't paying attention, or he likes his pizzas cooked so that there is no moisture left in them. Went to pick up my online order. Was handed to me said you're all set. Get all the way home to find out I have no wings. I was told you can come back and get them or we can give you store credit. Asked to have them brought to me or my credit card refunded. Had to "get the manager" what a joke that is reiterated same thing then offer 50% store credit on the wings if I didn't come get them? Wow great customer service all they had to do is drive them to me after the mistake or at least refund the card since I now had half a meal for my family. Was very clear in what would make it better and no care in the world. I have been there so no name calling no swearing just facts but I guess they "had to win" maybe they will close more stores at this rate. read more

Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had . Thin crust was like cardboard, with no exaggeration! A frozen $5 pizza would have been better . Just stopped in to this Pizza Hut on vacation. Its one of the only places to grab something quick that was still open after 9pm. The service here is excellent - friendly, polite staff who are very efficient at what they do and extremely customer focused. Also noticed that the team overall seems to work very good together. Back of house looks clean from my view at the counter, as does the store overall. It's a small carryout, which is fine because we're just here to grab n go but they deliver also. Robert was on phones, register and delivery and Ian was on orders, register and back of house and they both were killing it with their service! Great experience especially compared to the reviews for the other fast food joints in the vicinity. Glad we spotted it. Haven't tasted the pizza yet which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. read more

Will be leaving two separate reviews, as I am not sure the exact location of the Pizza Hut we got delivery from, but it was some of the best service ever, literally. The food was piping hot and quick, the delivery woman was delightful(didn't catch the name) but she wore a bright smile with dark lipstick and was very polite, quite literally the most pleasant delivery experience in my 30 years. I used to not be a fan of Pizza Hut, but they really have stepped up their game. I tried a pizza with the crust seasoned with Parmesan and stuffed with cheese and it was so good. They also have really good brownies and cookies. Try it out, you won't be disappointed ! read more

It is Valentines Day & I understand that restaurants are busy. I decided to order pizza and wings for my kids. It all showed up & I had spent $40.87 on food. The pizza was fine & the wings had a drizzle of sauce. I called back to the restaurant & spoke with an employee named Steven who sarcastically giggled & told me they were like that bc they probably were out of BBQ sauce , so I asked him to check. He put me on hold & came back laughing saying we have the sauce.I explained to him that I would gladly wait for them to bring some correct wings since it was originally an delivery. Steven said well it'll be about an hour or 2 just for delivery & if I could carry out it'll be an 45 min wait. I said can I speak with your manager & then he hung up. Now I'm upset due to the fact I've always spent $40 or more & this is how they thank their customers. I then decide to drive to the store with the unsauced wings & talk to an manager named Emily. Emily says ma'am all you had to do was shake up the wings for the sauce to cover them as she did start to shake them in my face & proceed to hand them back to me. I told her that I drove 14 mins & the wings were cold & I would like some fresh sauced wings. She snatched them from the counter as if my service didn't matter & told me to just wait. When she came back with the fresh wings I asked Emily for the corporate number & she stated that you can call corporate , but they will do nothing because we're extremely busy. Yes I left & thought to myself that this location must be extremely high on drugs because that's the only explanation to treat paying customers in that manner & I order every week & they just lost a good customer & I'll be letting people know how this location treats their customers. read more

OK, usually it's below me to eat at chains, but since I'm staying in sprawltopia Flagler County right now, it's inevitable. I tried to go to two non-franchise pizza shops and they were both closed, at noon, on a Monday! I love Florida! So I mosey on down to Pizza Hut because I know they love making money and order one of their new Pizza Mia pizzas with extra pepperoni. The pizza kinda had a sweet flavor to it which I thought was kinda gross because pizza sauce should be more spicy than sweet. And their "whole milk mozzarella" had no real flavor, but what should I expect from Pizza Hut anyway. We ordered some hot wings too and they of course were lard covered, grade F chicken wings that probably came from Mexico City. Guess I'm a little spoiled by good food, I'll try to avoid the chains in the future. On the positive end, the service was great! On time, only 15 minutes as quoted and very friendly people there. I came with my sister and my 2 year old niece and the employees were very friendly with them so it was a good experience other than the food quality. read more

Ordered a curbside pizza pickup. I arrived and texted the word HUT to the posted number 445-1185. I got a response asking my name and kind of vehicle I was in. After 20 minutes, I called customer service and they texted them as well. Finally I went inside to the RUDEST person named Mike (if in fact it was his name). I asked about my order and he flopped two boxes on the counter. They were ready almost a half hour and were cold. I wanted my money back and he said they don't do that, but offered a store credit. After such POOR service, I will never order from this poorly run place again. As an added note, I had to give it 1 star to leave a review, otherwise I could not. BTW, Domino's at St Joes Plaza had our order ready and for 7 dollars cheaper! read more

I'm super picky about my pizza but the pizza came out perfect and in the exact amount if time quoted. Restaurant appeared clean and well managed. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I ordered a pizza online today, paid with my credit card, received a confirmation number and a confirmation text message. I then waited an hour and a half and received no pizza. I called the store to check the status and they said they never received the order. I double checked my credit card account, and I was charged for the pizza. They did not offer to help me in any way or even try to research the matter. They just said, "yeah, we don't have any orders for you." I am now on hold with the number listed on the pizzahut.com website. I have been on hold for ten minutes with no answer. So, they took my money, gave me no pizza and were very rude to me on the phone. I understand if they had computer problems, but they could have at least tried to offer me a resolution. I ordered a $10 dinner box, delivery. The guy was 45 MINUTES late!! The pizza had turned into a soggy, undercooked, mess. The cinnamon sticks were hard as rocks and the bread sticks were no better. The food was so gross, there's no way it could have tasted any better even when it was fresh. I called and asked for a refund but of course they don't give refunds. So instead, I took a store credit. A couple weeks later, I used my credit. This time ordering a stuffed crust pizza, carry out. The last time I had a stuffed crust pizza, I remember it being delicious. It was quite a few years ago, however. So I get my pizza home and let me just give you the run down of everything that was wrong; #1) The crust was clearly under cooked. What should have been a golden brown crust was a pale white. It looked like dough. Probably because it was still dough. #2) The sauce was sickeningly sweet. Has PH always had such a sweet sauce? GROSS! #3) The cheese that "stuffed" the raw crust tasted like liquid processed cheese. Picture a melted white Velveeta cheese. Yeah, exactly like that. It was NASTY! $3) The cheese on top of the pizza wasn't much better. The only way I can describe its flavor, is fake and plastic-y. I've never had a pizza I didn't like. even the worst pizza I've ever had was decent enough for me to finish. I couldn't even finish one slice of this monstrosity. Two disgusting, inedible pizza's and a loss of $13. I'm not sure if this is a problem with PH in general, or if this location is just really, realllly awful at it. This Pizza Hut is so-so. Part of that is because it's a Pizza Hut, and part of that is because it's this Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut isn't very consistent in its quality. I'm the only person I know who still orders here, because everyone else has given up after one of the really bad orders. The other day, though, I brought home yet another bad one. It was the current limited time specialty pizza, the garlic knot pizza. Man, first of all, those garlic knots were GROSS. They tasted like too much bread with a little block of cheese inside. And then there was the pizza itself. The toppings were a mess. The pizza was a half-and-half, and parts of one half were over an inch into the other half. Also, the side that only had one topping had almost none of it. It was mostly a cheese pizza half rather than having pepperoni on it. And then there was the grease. Low on flavor, high on grease. We threw it out after just a few pieces between us. Just garbage. Again, some of that is Pizza Hut's fault in general, and some of that is clearly the quality issue at this location. Who is in charge of making sure pepperoni is evenly distributed across a pizza or that a pizza supposedly straight out of the oven isn't cold and dough-y? My friends are probably right: Just avoid this place. Go to Joe's New York Pizza or something like that instead. There's just no consistency at this Pizza Hut, and for all of that grease, it just isn't any good half the time. read more
