This is by far the best Round Table I've ever been to, and I've lived in multiple states. The salad bar was super fresh, clean, and fully stocked. The employees were incredibly nice and even waited until we left to clear the salad bar since we showed up within the last hour before closing. The pizza and wings were great too! Just passing through town and used to eat at Round Table Pizza when we lived in Calif. LONG ago. We loved Round Table so many years ago and was shocked to find one here on our way back to Seattle. This place was the same quality, same great food and good prices! I was amazed that ALL the girls/guys that we encountered (when asking questions / ordering) were EXCELLENT! The food was very fresh and pizzas baked to perfection! They had a big BDAY party as well, but all staff were on their toes, running around helping everyone they could! This place is normally excellent. We went last night. They had no clean forks put out cheap little plastic forks and didn't have enough of them. The salad bar has really suffered they've removed some of the staples that we have always liked. Hopefully the Manager that they had last night will change because during the two hours we were there they still did not have. Other than specialty/boutique pizza spots like Wicked Pie, this is the BEST PIZZA in the South Hill area. It just is. We've tried it all over the last few years living in Puyallup - and hands down, Round Table is just the most delicious. it gets everything right - the best cheese, sauce, toppings, crust. I can't give zero stars & even that would be too generous! My non-verbal disabled child was making "bird noises," per the employee. I was shocked at what he was saying but told him that my child was stimming & talking. He then said "oh I didn't know but if I can hear it in the kitchen then so can all the other customers and it's disruptive." I replied "And were paying customers too!" We got a refund & left. Dang, I just called in and ordered a pizza, garlic chicken with veggies and extra cheese for pickup, I was a little early, maybe 5 minutes. Wait time was 35 minutes, so I paid for my pizza order even with a tip to boot. she offered me a free drink and told me it hasn't been cooked, take a number and we will bring it out when it is ready. Went there today 4/09 and honestly all the women that were serving today were just amazing! Not only that but Tina who works there went out of her way to help me with my 2 toddlers. Pizza was great! I love Round Table Pizza. They are one of the last honest pizzas! I love the fact that they still use real Canadian bacon and haven't strayed from that. I also love the fact that she can add a salad bar for next to nothing when you order a pizza so that is a good thing as well. The salad bar did shrink in recent years, but it's still delicious! The pizza is delicious as well and they're specialty pizzas are great. The service is good. I was just there and they brought everything right to the table where my father and I sat. The ambience is normal for a pizza place, but probably on the higher inside of most pizza places these days! read more

Round Table pizza is great but service at this location is poor if you want beer or wine. Only one or two employees per shift are old enough to serve alcohol and that person is always busy so you end up waiting a long time for drinks to arrive. I've had to go back up to the counter two and three times to get someone to pour me a beer. The underage people always act embarrassed and say that they forgot about my order, then the 21-year-old apologizes all over themselves as they serve my drink. Other locations don't have this problem, so I avoid this one if I can. If I can't, then I wait at the register until the 21-year-old employee is done doing whatever else they're doing and can get our drinks. On the bright side, slow service means that I buy fewer drinnks, which helps to lower the cost of eating here. read more

I'm not frustrated or unhappy with the product, quality, or necessary the staff. The staff has always been friendly and great. My issue at this point is the process. I must be the unluckiest person here. This time we arrived to pickup a to go order and after mistaken me for another Mark that had an online order was then unable to locate ours. No the other Mark didn't pick it up by mistake. After about 5 minutes of trying to figure out where it was, as they made the statement that they could see the wing order in the back but cannot find the pizzas, they concluded that when they had a printer issue ours didn't print and that caused them not to make it. Now, they immediately started to make it so I had to wait 10-15 more minutes BUT... This is not the first time our order that was done online has been messed up and not put in the oven until after we arrived and had to wait the same time as if we just walked in and ordered it. So this is where I think they need to address this a little better. Do something for the customer to make it better. Never has that been done. We could have just ordered delivery and if something was messed up then they have to fix it. When we come to pick it up, and not be early but on time, and then have to wait like we basically are dining in, do something... So for instance we had a 6pc wing. Say sorry for our hiccup so we doubled your wings, or something. Heck, just something. We are tired of the usual, we are sorry, we will fix it now. Heard it before multiple times. Again I want to stress. The food, quality, and workers are a 4 star. As a Cali native, I have had a life long love affair with Round Table Pizza. Today, I was headed to my favorite local pizzeria and I noticed that this location was open for takeout and delivery. I quickly pulled over and went inside the place my order. I was greeted by a sweet gal behind the counter and immediately noticed how nice, modern, and clean this restaurant was and that it had an AMAZING arcade, like the arcades we grew up with! Unfortunately, it was closed due to COVID (makes sense) but I'll definitely be bringing my family back here when normal dining resumes someday. My favorite pizza here is the King Arthur which is a supreme pizza loaded with tons of fresh toppings including onions, pepperoni, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, etc., and an order of garlic parmesan twists. It took roughly 25 minutes and the pizza came out hot and looked perfect! Prices were reasonable as a large supreme with six twists came to $32 after tax. This is a great Round Table and the pizza tasted as great as it looked. I will definitely be back! read more

Just got back from eating here tonight, we had a good time. The pizza is good, and a large was enough for a family of four. The arcade is a plus, Gives you something to do while waiting for food, which for us was not a long wait. The staff was nice, and the restaurant clean. Try and go here when it is not so busy if possible, it gets hectic and crowded during sports seasons, and as others have said, the air conditioning or fans need to be used. Not the best experience, we visited on a Tuesday night, the most of the tables had no one sitting tat them but had trash and dirty plates on them so we couldn't sit at them. We finally found a table and squeezed in after placing our order. It was almost $150 for three pizzas, for 4 and a couple salad bars. Super expensive. We visited the salad bar and were not super impressed, it was small and looked as if some of the items shouldn't be eaten, some of the salad was brown, not sure if I took a thermometer to some of the items they would be at the proper temperature. We were waiting for our pizzas and got approached multiple times with employees asking if we ordered an item like they didn't know where they were going. We actually had chicken wings sat down at our table, we never ordered wings, we told them and they grabbed them and proceeded to give them to the right customer. You had plenty of employees with longer hair not pulled back, just flapping around, they had a hat on but it also has to be pulled back. Not sure we will return, nothing special here outside of expensive, overpriced pizza, the employees do not know who ordered what even though you have numbers, and food safety is a concern. Pizza is always pretty decent here! I like coming for the salad bar. It's nothing to fancy, but it gets the job done! The wait staff is always pretty nice too! The salad bar was half full, and no breadsticks so we had to buy them. Which sucked! The awful part and I have attached photos below- we were here for over an hour, plenty of workers and it was DEAD! We sat next to a messy table our entire visit. First photo was taken when we got our food- which mind you we had already been there for 20 or so minutes and next you can see that we have eaten and the mess is STILL there. No excuses. I ordered from Auburn Round Table a few nights ago. I ordered the "special", which was bbq chicken I think and the other was meat lovers, both large with 2 2-liters for delivery. We got the pizzas about an hour and 15 minutes later. The pizza was really good too. The reason for my one star was because after I ordered and got off the phone I never received a total. When I got my pizza I didnt get a reciept either. I paid with debit card over the phone and gave my delivery driver a 5 dollar tip. I was curious how much the pizza was so i looked at my charges. First off, it said $72.72 and about 2 hours later it bumped up to $77, taking out the tip I assume. I was blown away, Ive never eaten $77 dollar pizza until that night and I hope to never again. It's been a long time since I went to a Round Table, but remembered it was always good and there was one close to our house. We just left there and the food was terrible! The crust was semi-burnt on both pizzas. The sauce and pizza itself had absolutely no flavor, it was truly disgusting. We ended up throwing away half over both pizzas. Not with the money; we will never go again. Also, they either don't have air conditioning or don't have it on and with it being 80 degrees outside tonight, we were all sweating inside the restaurant. I thought after their reconstruction it would have gotten better but it's a lot worse. I am very disappointed to have wasted our money there. read more

Let me start off by saying that the pizza is very tasty. The staff was friendly and appeared to be trying their best. the issue was I ordered my pizza and the website said it would be ready at 5:19 p.m. I understand that it may take a few extra minutes so 5-10 minutes I'm not really going to be upset....30 minutes later I am actually getting quite pissed. I was told that the wings I ordered were finishing in the oven. To me it seems obvious that the forgot to put my wings in until my pizzas were done and that is when they realized the mistake. This has happened before, but I gave them the benefit as they had recently reopened (two months) and needed to work out the bugs. Both times it was 30+ minutes after the scheduled completion time. If they can fix the timing issues I could be swayed to increase the stars.
