I always come here to order the big dinner box when my family is craving pizza. This time, we ordered two boxes for a small gathering. The pizza is always so crisp and I love the proportion of base vs topping. Each box comes with two pizzas, one thing of wings or pasta, and breadsticks. It's been awhile since we had pizza so wanted to get good pizza for our little family to enjoy. So many choices around here but my go to when I was a kid was always Pizza Hut. I suggested it and when we looked into it, created an account online, we noticed that their deals are better than the other pizza locations' deals. $13.47 for a large pizza with 3-5 toppings w/ extra sauce. Not bad at all. We placed the order online with a pick up time. When we arrived, you can have it brought out to your car or go in and pick it up. As we have not paid, he went in to pay (we were a few minutes early) and waited for about 10mins with me in the car. He went back in and it was ready for us. the pizza smelled so good. price was even better. No nonsense kind of place. We got it home and enjoyed the thicker crust pizza. Everyone had masks on in side. We noticed from the car that the person bringing out the pizza orders for the car pick ups would have his gloves on. I order in person and wow I was blow away at the energized and attentive service, I felt at home right away! Special ordered pizzas in under 15 minutes. I was genuinely just so happy with the kind service. This has become my new go to for pizza. I wish I could remember her name but thank you for the most delicious triple pepperoni pizza! Terrible, just plain nasty! Mine showed up fast piping hot. 1 medium 5 topping. So I got pepperoni and extra cheese....wanted it to be extra cheesy. Popped the box open and looked at it and someone left that in tooooo long. Burnt to hell. The overall thickness of the pizza bread sauce cheese and toppings was not even quarter of an inch Thoroughly upset for a $30 pizza that shows up looking like a torched maxi pad. Tasted like that too!!! I tried my hardest to swallow 2 slices, by the 3rd one I was getting grossed out to the point of dry heaving. If you can't make a pizza it's time to shut the doors. I've seen kids during craft time make their own pizzas and the turned out better than this disgusting frisbee!! I will be dropping off the pizza back to the store tomorrow. This Pizza Hut is located in the Osh plaza. There are no tables at this location, so its mainly for pickup or delivery. I've ordered pizzas from this location many times, and it always came out pretty good. I love how there are a lot of toppings on each slice and the crust is very tasty. The service has always been pretty good. The cashiers are friendly and nice to chat with when I'm waiting for the pizzas. I'd definitely order from here again. read more

When I do I almost always go to Pizza Hut first as it's the closest to me and I can order online and pick it up on my way home. The staff at this location seems to have a lot of turnover, so I never see the same person twice, but they always seem genial enough when I go in. They do tend to forget things, such as not asking if I want peppers and not giving me a bag when I've ordered a couple liters of soda, but that's not a big deal to me as when I ask for it they always apologize and grab the items I need. On a side note, and this isn't location specific, but Pizza Hut has gotten really expensive if you don't order one of their latest combo specials. read more

I only ordered pizza hut because the of their new Applewood Smoked Bacon stuffed crust. Ordered the pizza and went into the store 20 minutes later. After paying for the order the manager says "I'm sorry but we don't have the bacon stuffed crust so we made it a normal stuffed crust"!
