Lately, the service has gone downhill. The hosts are consistently rude and can't seem to take a simple phone order correctly. We've brushed it off before, assuming they were just busy and mistakes happen... but tonight proved otherwise. On a slow night, my husband called in an order for a large pizza, a small calzone, and 10 BBQ wings. I stopped to pick it up on my way home from my son's sick doctor visit, only to be met with attitude the second I walked in--like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I paid (almost $40), waited, and was handed only the wings and Calzone--no pizza. When I asked about the rest, I was told "this is all I got" while she held up the receipt. Come to find out, the order was wrong to begin with--they had put in a LARGE calzone instead of a small, and completely missed the pizza. So now I have to reorder the pizza and wait--again--with a sick child in the car. After 20 minutes, I finally get the pizza... and it's the wrong size. At that point, the attitude from the employee made the situation even worse. And to top it all off, we get home and the calzone is burnt, and the bottom of the pizza is completely burnt too. This place is not what it used to be, which is really disappointing. It seems like management or something major has changed, because the difference from even a year ago is drastic. Sadly, we won't be coming back--and we'll definitely be warning others about our experience.

No hello, just to the point, "I can't believe you're gonna pay $55 for this cake" I said it's really good and I love good food, she then said "you could go to IGA across the street or Publix?". At this point I was annoyed. I said no because I want to buy it from here, I like to support local businesses. She proceeded to tell me I wasn't helping their businesses and continued to stare at me. I had to walk around the counter just to get my cake. I wanted to ask for the manager but it was late, I contemplated calling the next day but at the end of the day, I will still recommend Vasilios and their food.
