Yelp says they are 6.3 miles away from my hotel, first Pizza Hut did not know where my hotel was, look I'm on a vacation and the local Pizza Hut did know where my hotel was, heck how am I supposed to know oh I know it's called GPS. After a few minutes of putting up with this non caring Pizza Hut employee said " we don't deliver there" look Pizza Hut If you did go six miles to deliver food to a hotel, which by the way has other hungry people here, you would have better reviews and more than one star. Horrible service tonight the guy who did phones on 11/19/22 was EXTREMELY RUDE And he kept hanging up on me and denying my calls. They got my order wrong :/ when I asked for a manager he did not put me on with one and hung up. Disgusting service. Very dissapointed. read more

I was going to leave a going to leave a bad review, but everyone else already did. Made a pick up order 5 hours prior to the pick up. The order was not started when we went to get it. Staff is friendly and the food and service is awesome too! I been in Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin is for a whole month and Pizza Hut is definitely the place to go for when I'm craving pizza! Oh and the best part is is that they deliver too! :) read more

We thought we would give Pizza Hut in Sturgeon Bay a chance to redeem themselves. We NEVER order during the day shift, because of a very rude employee (Jenny). My husband & I called in an order for a Detroit style pizza. My brother-in-law also called to order a Detroit style pizza. When we got there we called to tell them we were there, but after a few minutes my husband realized that they'd only bring our order, we'd have to go in to get bro's order. Bro had texted his order #, so I went inside to get it as well. I was given our pizza, but was told that the other would take a few more minutes. I brought our pizza to the truck & explained about the few more minutes, then went back in. I paced a bit, then sat down & played a few games of Candy Crush (I lost). Finally I was told it would be 15 more minutes. I told my husband, who went in to ask why. He was told there was some sort of mix-up, that the second pizza had been made, but they didn't know what happened to it. My husband complained that by the time we'd get the 2nd pizza our pizza would be cold. No comment from the staff. When I was given the pizza I got 'Sorry about that'. When we got home, our pizza was barely warm. Detroit style pizza means the sauce goes on top, roughly a dollop on each piece. The sauce was dried out, the cheese didn't make much of an appearance, the taste was non-descript. I gave it 2 stars as my bro-in-law said his pizza was good. Ordered a pizza for delivery to beach harbor, I called after about an hour of waiting and they said the delivery driver couldn't find us and had left. Then we asked if the driver had tried to call she said she doesn't know if he has his phone on him then proceeded to say he called us and her to say the driver couldn't find us. The number they had was wrong. She said they can send it out again but it would take a very long time. Keep in mind it's already 10pm and no where else is serving food. She then hung up on me after I asked for a credit and when I called back she immediately gave the credit and hung up. read more

"A thin crust pepperoni, onions and mushrooms had little of any of those ingredients, or cheese, for that matter. It was left out so it wasn't hot when I picked it up, admittedly 10 minutes late. Tried to do a delivery order today 1-31-17, and the employee on the phone told me the "Lovers" brand of pizzas doesn't exist. He had supposedly never heard of it in his three years of employment! I said, so you mean it was discontinued? No, he replied, there's no such thing -- even though it's heavily advertised on TV and is listed in the online menu of this store. What, has this guy been sweeping floors for three years? Now, if the problem was a miscommunication (I think I may have ordered "sausage" lovers when I see it's actually called "meat" lovers), it would take only minimal brains and competence for him to clarify what item I was after. It's his job, not mine, to memorize and repeat the exact terminology Pizza Hut uses to identify its products. Never again! read more

We were very disgusted with the food handling in this location after watching the staff. We dined in so as we sat waiting for our food, I watched a woman who was going between the back prep area and the front to help those walking in to pick up orders. She was making what appeared to be the stuffed pizza crusts in the back, no gloves-no handwashing. She'd come to the front cashier area to handle orders and payments (so money handling) and then returned straight back to touching the fresh food without washing or putting on gloves. She touched many things while working from the racks to money, to the cash machine, to wiping her hands on her apron. Then we watched after she was done with her job and moved the crusts to another area, another employee sat on top of the work area where the crusts were being prepped. We were disturbed by the lack of food safety precautions taken here and lack of quality or care for our health. So gross. read more
