I'm not going to say that Pizza Hut is my favorite, but it's not my least favorite either. Trying the new pepperoni pizza melt doesn't change my mind on them, but it makes me wanna say "really? Really Pizza Hut!?" It just seems like you're trying to do a cash grab with these things! Putting two slices of pizza together then throwing them back in the oven till they get chard and crispy, seems like a stupid yet smart idea! But not like this! Spent 35 bucks on pizza and wings but no longer do they give out complimentary packets of Parmesan cheese, pepper flakes or jalapeños like other pizzerias do. There is now an additional charge imposed on those items. They also leave out olives on their supreme pizza. It is just another form of shrinkflation if you ask me so probably won't be going back there anytime soon. You end up Paying more for way less in return. read more

Honestly, we did not receive our pizzas until 45+ minutes after placing the order and I was not bothered at all. I thought to myself "it's Friday... known to be a busy night for food orders". I called 40 mins after the order was place just to check the ETA. They assured me that it was just about to walk out the door. The delivery man came and immediately apologized and had mentioned he was the only driver on duty to deliver while also admitting they were short staffed. I was grateful for his service and to the store in it's entirety for providing myself and my family dinner for the night. The Pizza was flawless! So far I'm really disappointed and hungry! Ordered my pizza an hour and 50mins ago and I'm still waiting. I call the store and they said the driver went out 25mins ago. And then 3 mins later I get a call from the driver saying that I didn't give a specific address.... I didn't say ave, st or crt. Never had that problem with dominions.... Pizzas are usually fine, but I ordered the Marinara and Alfredo pasta pans. Marinara is good as always, but the Alfredo tasted and smelled rancid. I tasted it twice and had someone taste it too to confirm. Called the store to let the manager know. I explained to him that the pasta tasted like the cheese has gone bad. He said it was ridiculous because they just opened it. Well, either somebody left it out for a long time before cooking it, or they're serving expired food. As a frequent customer of Pizza Hut over the years this place will no longer receive our service and it shouldn't receive yours either. This evening we received our pizza order where the employee did not have a pen or our credit card receipt. After searching for a pen in our house we signed a random receipt. Than 45 minutes after our order we saw a light flashing into our front entry way and living room. It was another employee with a second delivery that we did not order. It is highly inappropriate and unsafe to go shining a light into someone's house at 10PM. We than proceeded to call the manager to discuss the events that had happened and she was not friendly or attentive at all with our concerns. We have always chosen delivery because there are homeless individuals sitting outside this location and it appears to be very unsafe. We will not be back and neither should you. read more

This place does a great job making pizzas and when it comes to taste, it's top notch. However, I don't eat meat unless its halal or kosher, and one time I ordered a veggie pizza here, and found a piece of chicken on one of my slices. That was disappointing.. soooo upset! I found a fly in the crust of my stuffed crust pizza. I called the store and when I asked for the manager they put me on hold then, 2 seconds later someone answers the phone sounding really nervous and jittery almost. I ask is this the manager and they say yes anyways we proceed with the conversation and he tells me he can give me a credit for next time. why would I want a credit!?!? Ordered 2 large regular pan pizzas online for delivery from this Pizza Hut only to be called shortly thereafter to inform me that they were "out of large pan pizzas". Seriously?? I asked why their site wasn't updated with this information, which shouldn't be a difficult task, and was told, "We aren't allowed to put that we're out of something on our website or we get flagged for it". Seems like should be more concerned about customer service & letting customers order and pay for products they don't even have, especially when they tell you it's going to take up to 5 business days to get your payment refunded to your card. Talk about poor business management. Seems like with other stores in town, if they ran out of pizzas (still boggles my mind that this is a thing), they could obtain product from another store & replenish when they receive their order for supplies. Not sure if it's a management issue or what, but seriously disappointed in how this order went. Asked to speak to a manager & was told one wouldn't even be in & available until Monday morning (this is Sat. evening). Wouldn't recommend this Pizza Hut at all. This place has the worst service ever. Ordered pizza and after it was 45-1 hour late I decided to call. The manager gave me the run around and said she didn't even have my order then decided to switch up her lie said she tried calling my cell phone even though I had no missed call.
