Was happy to have finally stopped here - just in time for Pizza Hut to bring back 30-40 locations to retro fit. Anyway, perfect stop on the way back through town as a pit stop. In the middle of nowhere but clean and has the buffet. Just be sure that you know it closes at a certain time as that was not on their goole page when I searched it - shouldve known better. Food was good, our server went away for about 5 maybe more minutes when I needed a drink but I made it work. No real issues. read more

Stopped here while heading back from Chicago for lunch. Like stepping back to a simpler time - the inside is designed like the 80s/90s Huts. They had a lunch buffet but we got there at 2 and the buffet closes at 1:30 - but they had it still set up. The waitress told us we could still order it but the food had been out awhile. We settled on ordering food instead and got a pepperoni lovers stuffed crust and an order cheese sticks. Lots of memories flood back with the place looking like that and eating the food. Not a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but had to take a visit to one of these few remaining "classic" locations. Interior is exactly how I remember it: salad bar, Pizza Hut lunch buffet line, and the nostalgic stained glass lamps and table cloths. I saw a lot of reviews about bad service, but we had no issue. Our waitress was great. Service was a tad slow but wasn't anything too bad. Food was honestly better than expected, still what you'd expect from a Pizza Hut, but I enjoyed everything. Got a variety of items: Buffalo and BBQ boneless wings, cheesy garlic breadsticks, pesto margarita tavern pizza, Italian meat pasta, pizzadilla fold over thing, stuffed crust supreme pizza, and a sheet pan brownie. Everything was decent. My favorite items were the breadsticks and the pesto margarita pizza. I'd probably pass on the pasta. Overall, fun spot. Glad I got to relive a memory from the past. I wish I had stopped in during lunch hours to try the buffet. read more

The waitress/host was not very welcoming. She wasn't happy i wanted a refill and I had to remind her she forgot my breadsticks and she gave them to me when we were leaving. Her customer service was horrible but the food was pretty good. I may not return to this location again unfortunately. read more

Gave me the incorrect pizza when I came in to pick up my order. The young man realized it was the wrong pizza as I opened it up to check the pizza. He switched the pizza and advised he had given me the wrong pizza. I took the pizza and left after the transaction was complete. Once I got home I opened the box to realize I had been given the incorrect pizza again. TWICE. When I called to complain I was advised I would need to come back and get the correct pizza or no other option. I was advised "we're not allowed to give no more credits". I rarely do an online review, but this was so over-the-top I couldn't resist. I ordered a large pizza with three toppings, delivery, about 45 minutes before closing time. Which I did not realize at the time, I ordered around 1015 and they close at 11. It took about a half an hour to get here, OK that's cool I'm not in a hurry. I take a look at the pizza, and think, man... that's about the least impressive amount of toppings I've seen in a decade, but OK. I'm really not too picky. My son and I start eating our pizza, and I realize it tastes really dry and doughy. Whatever - now it's 11 and I'm not going back out. Then I start thinking, it's not just that I'm hungry - This pizza is literally terrible. Upon further investigation, there is NO sauce on it. Zero. So, an under-cooked pizza, with skimpy toppings, and zero sauce. And I don't mean a thin layer. There was no sauce. We go straight from Crust to cheese. I go to call the branch and: "Hi, Pizza Hut, sorry but we're closed" Click. It was a few minutes past 11, so I wasn't even expecting anyone to answer. and why on earth would you answer just to say that? Anyway, I wouldn't go to the Elm Rd P. Hut close to closing time. It's Pizza Hut so the pizza is as expected, which is good and consistent for their chain. The dining area is decent and can accommodate for a larger group which I find to be a plus. The staff is almost always nice and hard working even if there is only one for the dining area. The restaurant is kept decently clean and food is out in a timely manner. Every blue moon I'll get the lunch buffet, which is the bomb diggidy and gives you all the options that you want and even more than you probably need. All in all, good consistent pizza, roomy dining area, and friendly staff. read more

Awful service. The dining room was busy, but that is no excuse for bad service. Orders got messed up. Rude greeting when we entered the doors. Ordered a salad from the salad bar to find there was no lettuce and when asked to refill the lettuce, they blew off the request until over 20 minutes later. Overall a terrible experience. read more

Pizza Hut is good, if you ask me. I have never had a problem with it, but I also don't go in expecting gourmet italian. When they came out with those fancy pasta dishes, etc., I opted to stick to the pizza and have never been disappointed. The only issue I can really pick out is that when you dine in, you pick up a pretty distinct Pizza Hut scent and carry it with you all day. I've never dined in any other location but this one, so I'm not sure if it's just a Pizza Hut thing or if this location has particularly bad ventilation. I would like to know who the owner of the Elm Rd/Warren OH Pizza Hut is, because they need to be aware of the fact that they have employed the worst excuse for a Manager that they could possibly employ. She has the WORST customer service skills I have ever witnessed in my life! I have a family of 6, and I order probably an average of four pizzas from there every 10 days. I have always had a pleasant experience with the previous Manager, but now there's this woman Manager who has no idea what it means to be a Manager, nor what it takes to keep people coming back to their restaurant. She has a terrible personality. She messed up my order then tried to make up some b.s. story so to not take responsibility for HER MISTAKE! Now, I've got someone else's order, (which none of my kids will eat), a houseful of hungry kids, and I'm forced to deal with a so-called Manager that could care less about the company that she works for! How Pizza Hut's upper Management could think that this woman has what it takes to represent their company is beyond me! I would love to be able to speak to her Supervisor or the owner of this particular Pizza Hut. read more
