I've been wanting to check out this place for a while because it looks like a Classic Pizza Hut, and when I saw the "dine-in open" on their sign, I knew I needed to drop in. Alas, dine-in currently means that they let you order carryout and eat it at the tables in the restaurant. This means that it's a Pizza Hut that is mostly empty and trapped in time in terms of the restaurant itself, but if you are feeling nostalgic for an old Pizza Hut, it gets the job done. As far as the food goes, we ordered some personal pan pizzas, mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, and a few bottled drinks. They promised us about 25 minutes, but it was ready in 10. Food was tasty and fresh. You're still eating Pizza Hut, but it's exactly what Pizza Hut should be. I waited more than half hour to get my order after I was notified that it was ready. I'm guess this place is understaffed. The one guy moves quickly, but it seems he's the only one preparing food. Was there last night on November 28 and I ordered general manager of the store was there when they were making my pizza the cook had to ask how to cut my pizza she placed it in the box knowing that it wasn't right, and still gave it to me, then handed me it. Terrible experience tonight! I ordered beef topping & received pork. In addition, the pizza was underdone. The wings were also underdone & they wanted to fix it with a 10% discount. We asked for a manager & waited, and waited, as she told all the waiters who looked over at us what was going on, and waited even longer. When she finally came over, she acknowledged it was pork instead of beef, and claimed the chicken comes precooked, so there is no possibility of them being underdone. All day I was craving the Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie. I went to my nearest Pizza Hut and got myself hyped up for the cookie. I was extremely disappointed when the worker informed me that they did not have the cookie. I ended up just ordering SEASONED breadsticks. When I went to go pick it up, the breadsticks were not seasoned. I questioned the worker why they had no seasoning and he informed me that they did not have any more. My husband and I had a nice experience while dining in this Pizza Hut. Our waiter was attentive and polite. We ordered the cheese sticks, spicy garlic boneless wings and an original pan cheese pizza. All of the food was hot, crispy and tasty. Service was fast and they were generous with our side portions of dips for our wings and sticks. We came here because my husband and I were feeling nostalgic. We remember dining in at Pizza Hut as kids and wanted to give it a shot. Will never be ordering here again. One day we ordered pizza and wings at my job. When I bit into it the wings were uncooked. Called and they offer me another set of wings anytime. A couple of months later called for the wings, and they said the offer has expired. For the first time in a long time we actually ate our pizza in for a change in this restaurant. The pizza was flimsy. Although the taste of pizza was fine, it was nothing special as it didn't feel like thick pizza. We did get the pan pizza with stuffed crust. But when we picked up each slice, if we had not held it with both hands, it would've fallen all over the plate and much of the ingredients with it. For enjoyment of pizza that was not a great thing. Two workers working there were great however. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and noticed the soap dispenser was out of soap immediately our waiter got someone to put soap in the dispenser however the soap dispenser wasn't working because it needed a new battery which when I informed another employee about, immediately replaced the battery. Service like that is great to see in a restaurant . As I find it VERY important to have a clean sink and soap available at all times in a restaurant for customers as well as employees to use. Also noticed the soda was a little bit flat . I don't think most restaurants understand the importance of properly carbonated soda. Mind you this wasn't the worst soda we've ever had but on a scale of 1 to 10, because I hate the scale of 1 to 5, I would say it was probably a six. overall there's a good chance we would eat there again, mostly because the employees that served us there that night. But then again there are so many pizza places to choose from we haven't tried them all yet, so will be trying a lot of other pizza places. read more

What can I say about this location that hasn't already been said about other Pizza Huts??? Lots. But I'll keep it brief like male model underwear. #Pause This location is awesome. They do not deliver, as their focal point is their huge dining room and wait service. Their food is always fresh and accreit (Word to Khaled). Most of the staff members are genuinely polite. Not like fake nice where you can tell they're just greasing you up so you'll tip 'em good. Nah, they're just cool as all heck. If you go during lunch hours, they've got an unlimited buffet. At least I HOPE they still do. It's been about 2 years since I've done it. But in any event, it's awesome. You pay a certain price, and you literally just go up to this buffet of select pizzas and other items as much as you want... Or you can pay for a to-go container, and fill it up for like $6-7.
