I was actually quite impressed with how well it was prepared. Nice and flaky but didn't fall apart. The bun it comes on is well proportion with the fish. Different season, same table-just enjoying some of my favorite food in the city with my favorite people. If steak frites is on the menu, it's not even a question. I'm ordering it. Every time. I'll savor it properly at the table like a civilized adult...but once I'm home and the pressure's off? Let's just say the restraint disappears because it's that good.
