It turns out Hayk issued me a gift card for more than what the nasty soggy pizza cost, but the phone number that the gift card text came from went to spam (I use Google Voice), so I was unaware he had done so, after having played phone tag with each other a few times. Now I just need to remember to keep a close eye on the employees while they prepare whatever I order, to make sure their cleanliness and hygiene issues are no longer a thing. We shouldn't have to worry about such things, but sadly, others have also commented about this locations lack of safe food handling skills or common sense. All we can hope for is that Hayk really does take this seriously, and makes his employees watch video of themselves doing unhygienic things. I'm sure they are not doing it on purpose, but they have to realize that since customers can see them preparing the food, even if it is someone else's food, that they can, and should be held accountable. Called for pickup - ordered 2 small pizzas (equivalent to a medium size pizza). It was cheaper to buy 2 small pizzas the way I wanted them than to order a medium and split the toppings, FYI. Veggie pizza was 8 out of 10. Pineapple and Mushroom pizza was 7 out of 10. The chicken wings had good flavor but a little overcooked so they were dry. After driving 40 minutes round trip to pick up our pizza, I discovered one of our pies was wrong. Our son, who will only eat pesto pizza, was in tears as he saw his only option was tomato sauce. It was too late and would take too long to go back to the restaurant. It turned out a delivery driver had taken our pizza by mistake and another family was confused to receive a pizza with pesto sauce. This was an honest mistake, but Pizza Man would not offer a refund, only an electronic gift card with store credit. That would have been fine had the gift card worked. But it could not be accepted for phone-in orders, only through the web ordering system, which refused to accept it despite an hour of trying and calling Pizza Man for help and failing repeatedly. We were never able to use our store credit and were never made whole for the wrong pizza, on top of that I wasted an hour struggling with the bad gift card on the bad website. I will never patronize this business again. (This happened in February but I just remembered I could help about it.) read more

After trying Pizza Man again I've added another star The service was great I both called and ordered online for pick up. I hadn't noticed a message that my order was ready for pick up and they called me to check that I was on my way. I wish I had gotten to try the food right away but it was still pretty yummy even cold. ( that was likely my fault for not heading right over after I ordered) I do wish the pizza was actually welldone or had some crunch to its crust. The fries are yummy too but just regular fries and nothing special at all probably wouldn't get them again. The greek salad surprised me for the good, on size and amount of toppings for the price and the feta was mild in flavor we really liked it. The flavors are good enough to say if im in the area I would stop back and get some fresh pizza and salad again. This was our first time ordering. We ordered several pizzas for take out. The Eagle Rock store was clean and the service was friendly and the pizzas were ready on time. The pizzas were delicious. The only issue I had was that the pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza was not evenly distributed. Some slices had maybe 2 pieces of pepperoni and others had 3 or 4. I think that the person making the pizza should have noticed that and put some more pieces to even it out. I'm looking forward to trying some of their specialty pizzas. We got the Persian and the sweet chili garlic buffalo wings. They were good! We got the pan crust, it had a nice light crunch to it. The sweet chili garlic buffalo sauce had a nice flavor with a very mild spice. I would have liked more heat for my own personal taste. Overall a good pizza spot. I give two stars because the pizza itself is pretty decent, and the people who make the pizzas are nice. However, the call center lady was rude when we placed the order and gave our credit card info verbally by phone. Soon after, there was some fraudulent activity on the card. When I called the supervisor to let them know of the *possibility* that the fraudulent activity could be related to the call center, instead of reassuring me that they would at least look into it and thank me for letting them know (all I was trying to do), the supervisor was very dismissive and rude to me as well. It was an extremely unprofessional way to respond to my attempt to let them know what happened in case it happened before or ever happened again. If you order, I suggest using the online form or paying at the register. All I can say to start this is AMAZING FOOD! I have been going to pizza man since my times when I was pescatarian aka didn't eat meat so I had to find a place that had vegan options which they did. All the options on their menu are fantastic and they are probably one of the only few places that put shrimp on your pizza. I tried them based on a mailer that was sent and I'm so glad I did. I hosted some friends and we got the BBQ, boneless wings, fried ravioli and a custom pineapple and bacon and everything was very tasty, quality ingredients. My guests all complimented the food. The fried ravioli was delish, even for breakfast the next day the pizza was tasty. A friend picked up from the Eagle Rock location and he said that the staff was all really nice. This place is in the same plaza as one of my favorite donut spots (Colorado Donuts) so it was easy to find and to find parking. We ordered online which was easy and it was ready in about 25 minutes. It's a small storefront with a large back room for the ovens and to prep the pizzas and food but not really any dining areas so it's mostly for takeout. But it was clean and roomy. We got the Jumbo 16" Deluxe pizza which comes with peppers, sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onions and olives which we left off. We also got the thick crust which was $2 extra but worth it. We also got an order of the garlic cheese breadsticks and a chewy gooey cookie. Not sure what the difference between their regular chocolate chip cookie and this one was though. I guess it was a little less done so it's gooier inside? Anyway, we thought the pizza tasted great! They didn't skimp on the toppings and the crust had a nice crisp and chew to it. The breadsticks were also very good with a strong garlic flavor. It wasn't too oily and was clearly made fresh. We definitely will be back considering the value of what we got. read more

I used to buy pizza from here before but I got grossed out when one day I brought home a deluxe pizza with hair as part of the topping. I was eating a slice and there was a peace of hair melted with the cheese.
