Pizza My Heart is a Bay area pizza chain that serves very tasty slices, salads and drinks. This location opened up over a year ago, and we're so lucky that it's really close to the house. Our older son loves getting the Hawaiian slice, so we pop in every few months to grab some slices as a family. The customer service is always nice, you order at the counter, and they throw your slices in the oven to give it a little extra crisp. The ranch is free, whether your dining in or taking out. This location has one of those cool soda machines with all of the options as well. The decor is full of surfing art and mementos. Crispy, flavorful, and true ingredients. I have tried so much pizza in my life and Pizza my Heart is my top 3, every time I go it's always up to standard. This location is one I frequent a lot, parking is always available, and the lines are a medium sized 5 minute wait to order. You can definitely tell they are a California made brand from all the surfing decor and alt-rock/ coast music. The usual that is ordered is a half Big Sur half Pesto pizza with roasted garlic, and a beer to pair it. The crisp and freshness of the dough is there, the toppings are always fresh, this is the only place I have seen where the olive oil pools (this is a very good thing for pizza lol). Short lunch break and craving pizza! Got the salad and slice combo that came with an included fountain drink. The salad selection was from a pick of packaged salads- I chose the chicken caesar salad to munch on first. Wasn't all bad, didn't finish it. The person who took my order was pleasant, explained the pizzas and was here for me. I arrived after 1pm on a Monday and was the first in line. After my order, there was a long line. My pizza choice was the Veggie Pizza with a Zero Sugar Cherry Lemonade. So good! I am sugar restricted and this made my meal! The pizza was okay, stiff crust and chewy artichokes. My small table facing the door seemed a bit dirty, so I sprayed it down with my hand sanitizer and wiped off with their plethora of napkins. Good visit! read more

We were in the area running errands and both wanted pizza for lunch. Pizza My Heart was right there, so we decided to give it a try and WOW we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the service was great and super friendly. We ordered a 14-inch pizza to go, half Big Sur, half Maverick's All Meat, but once we smelled it, there was no way we were leaving. We ended up staying and eating it fresh. We fully intended to save some for later... but that did not happen. We ate the entire pizza because it was that good. No regrets. Safe to say, this is officially our new pizza spot. I was so excited to see a Pizza My Heart opening near my home! I've loved Pizza My Heart since I lived in Santa Cruz and lived off of their slices to go for lunches. This one recently opened and I went by for lunch this week. I got two slices - a chicken and bacon with ranch sauce and a pepperoni and sausage slice. Ordered 24 wings for my family, and when they were brought out, the inside of the wings were cold. I brought them back to the counter, and one of the employees touched the wings with her bare fingers to check the temperature, then just reheated them. Pizza My Heart is one of my favorite pizza places in Norcal. Great NY thin crust slices. I've been to many of their locations. This new one isn't my fav, but still good. Strange that they decided to open one here when there is one over in Walnut Creek. I hope they open a location across the bridge closer to Vallejo, so I don't have to pay a toll. The thing I don't like about this location is that it is really difficult to hear the people behind the tall glass counter. It might also be the speaker right there, but it is annoying to order. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great at the soft opening, not sure what happened with the super courteous workers since then. Pizza still good but slices got smaller. read more

Got denied for wanting more than 3 slices was told to just order a full pizza. I had to make them feel like they should have never been born to get what I wanted to pay for. Pizza was subpar and felt like I could have got better at dominos. My family and I came here and we had a very pleasant experience. The space was nice and clean. The pizza was DELICIOUS! So much flavor. A nice bread and crust that doesn't taste like cardboard. Savory cheese. Much better than the new, cheap tasting places around. As for the service, it was great. There was one employee in particular who was wonderful. She made sure we were all set with everything we needed (napkins, pepper, etc.) and she was very kind and cheery. She seemed happy to be at her job, unlike so many people these days. This is a review based on a to go order. I've been vegan for a little over a year now so I was excited to see vegan options! We ordered the vegan Big Sur. They forgot to put garlic on the pizza which was disappointing but the pizza was still really good! Even my husband who's not vegan enjoyed the pepperoni on it. Went here with my kids to get a quick bite before a birthday party and I ordered a pizza and two small fountain drinks, when I went to the machine the fountain drink machine said out of order (no drinks were available) I stood at the cashier for a long time while all workers clearly saw me but seemed to be avoiding me until I said excuse me a few times, I then let a worker know that the machine wasn't working, he had a strong attitude and marched over to the machine opened it and flipped a few switches which made only a few regular sodas available and just walked away, my 4 yr old daughter is type one diabetic so I needed to get sugar free lemonade or something else sugar free, so I had to wait at the register AGAIN for a very long time to ask if I could just get a bottled drink since no sugar free options were available on the machine, the male employee that fixed the machine the first time I believe he's the manager had a huge attitude and just said "sure whatever" by this time the pizza was cold and the overall experience was just terrible, safe to say we won't be back. read more
