Have eaten here off and on since I was in college half-a-gizziliondy years ago - same name, many(?) different owners. I believe the current owners are relatively new...stopped in today for lunch since I was in town - usually go for something safe like a cheesesteak when here, but today I went for a Grilled Chicken Caprese Panini - was REALLY good! Also came with homemade potato chips which were quite good also. Service was quick although it was a bit after normal lunch hour...but I've never really noticed a log wait on previous visits. So my husband wanted me to try something off the menu at Pizza n Stuff. He has raved about their pizza, so why not. Well, I ordered a pizza burger and two soft shell tacos. Huge disappointed with these two choices. The pizza burger is an ordinary burger with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Typical, but it was room temp. The cheese wasn't melted completely. The two soft shell tacos where a joke. Little bit of meat, dash of cheese and a couple strands of lettece and tomato and a whole lot of grease. I believe they forgot to drain the grease of the taco meat. I just threw the tacos out. My recommendation is to just stick with the pizza. read more

After seeing all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to try this place, but a sign out front "Under New Management" tempted me. That was over 6 months ago. Since then, I have been coming here for the lunch specials at least once a week. I usually go with the 3 taco special for $4.99 or the sub/fries/drink special for $6.99. Buffalo chicken or chicken or steak and cheese subs are all excellent. If you enjoy deep fried cheese goodness, order the Squeaky Cheese appetizer. It's the best!!! read more

Last year we ordered from here while in town and were pleased with the food. This year we never even got to the food. While in town once again I attempted to call in my order. The employee that was trying to take my order was very hard to understand. It took over 10 minutes just for me to articulate to him what my order was and for him to understand it even though it was nothing out of the ordinary. Then he gives me my total. $119!!! I said "No, I have the menu in front of me and have added everything up and it should be $69." He then proceeded to tell me that their prices went up. He stated that they're in the process of having new menus printed and those are the new prices. And no, even though the new menus aren't done yet, they would not honor the current menu prices. I understand a little bit of an increase due to the current times, but a $50 increase on a $70 order was absurd!!! I told him to shove it and that's the last we'll be calling them. read more

This was my favorite pizza place in college and it seems it has not changed. I had a Stromboli last week at an alumni weekend and it was great. I had a pizza with everything on it two years ago and it was really good , I don't think you can go wrong with the pizza or Stromboli here. Can't help on the other menu items. read more

I order food for my lunch my job is 5min away they showed up late the delivery was 7:22pm they didn't show up to 8pm the pizza was cold and been sitting for a while way befor they even delivered it. it tastes old. I was out side waiting for my food and after 30mins of waiting I left for 5min and to use the bathroom and then I called them about it they were rude and disrespectful not willing to refund me or at least a portion of it as a new customer, I will never recommend it to anybody, and never will go back there again worst experience ever on a plus side I did find another way to get my money back. no thanks to pizza and stuff. major thumbs down read more

Honestly I order here often, so why such a low star review? Because even though I do like it, I only like certain things and anytime I stray away from the Norm, I'm very disappointed! They do have good food, but it's so basic... The fries are good, the chicken sandwiches are good, the burgers are ok, the boneless chicken is good, if you order a slice of pizza it's good. But the Gyros, the salads, the lasagna, the stromboli's, and most of the other foods on the Very extensive Very long menu is Sub par at best, and I really think it's because the menu is so huge, there's just no way to stay consistent on food quality, and Never Ever order the mexican food, I got really sick from the mexican pizza and soft tacos that were wrapped in burrito size tortillas, which leads me to think because the menu is so big the flavoured beef was super greasy and out of a can of frozen bag. I will say that the fried chicken sandwich is really good that's what I normally get, but it's very simple it's a crispy breaded chicken strip on a bun with mayo lettuce and tomato, so it's hard to mess up, also there are like 8 other places in Shippensburg to get exactly the same things you get from here. I really think they should shorten the menu focus on food quality, completely remove the mexican dishes, review the quality of their pizza, and be more unique. I've tried just about everything they have... And only liked about 6 things on the menu. read more

The food was tasty, but the experience was awful. If you agree that part of the dine-in experience requires that you are able to relax and enjoy your food, you may be disappointed. I was. Started off with my waitress and the cook having constant loud bickering, all the while my blood pressure boiling having to hear all this. Food arrived and all the employees gathered at a game machine directly behind me. They were loud and carrying on. It was like romper room in there. I've lived in Shippensburg for 40 years and this is the worst shop in town by far. There was nothing pleasant about this visit. The food took over an hour (with an empty store). The only order they did not mess up was the cheese pizza and we were still charged $60 for a pizza, salad, sub, and pathetic excuse of "boneless wings". There were no masks worn by any workers including cooks. No sanitation in the kitchen. The place is a walking FDA and OSHA nightmare. The worst part about it all is we were the only customers in the store. If I could leave less than a one star rating I would. Absolutely terrible experience, I truly hope the community is strong enough to drive this pathetic excuse of an establishment out of town. read more

Just wanted to share my awful experience with Pizza 'N Stuff last night. All 3 pizzas we got were burnt. Called and they said they would remake them. Delivery driver who brought remade pizza was very rude. He argued that the pizzas weren't burnt. Pics do not lie. He actually opened up the one new pizza and touched it with his unsanitary hands to show me that the new one wasn't burnt. When I refused to accept the pizza he touched with his bare hands he began yelling at me. Called back to see about getting a refund on the pizza I sent back and was told they would but I had to contact Slice since I ordered online through them. When I called Slice they contacted the restaurant and they would not authorize refund after being told they would. Called back again and all of a sudden in a few minutes time the manager was gone and I left my number with staff. Called back tonight and guy who answered when asked to speak to a manager said they would refund me for the pizza I refused. Called Slice a few hours later and they never called them. Favorite spot in town. It's BYOB, but I normally get takeout or delivery. They are not expensive. They have a very large variety of food. From the regular pizza shop specials (pizza, calzones, stromboli), to tacos, burritos, quesadillas. Not to mention Italian entrees like spaghetti and meatballs and manicotti. Called in and ordered food for delivery for the girls and I at work. When our order arrived my Shippensburg salad had tomatoes which I clearly said not to put on my salad. Also according to their menu a Shippensburg Salad has bacon and almonds on it which this salad had neither. Also they completed missed a wrap that was ordered. We called back into the store to explain to them what had happened, the girl who answered the phone was rude to us. Awesome food and really kind and considerate servers. The owners came out to talked with us and found that to be very courteous. Their homemade bread and rolls really make the sandwiches great. The pizza is about as authentic as pizza can get. We love their made to order salads and the spaghetti is really tasty too! The squeaky cheese appetizers are the best! My roommate and I hadn't eaten all day, so we decided to try the chicken cheesesteaks at Pizza n' Stuff. We placed the order over the phone for pickup. Once we got home with our subs, we noticed that the bread was not fully cooked on either sandwich, one even more so than the other. They both tasted yeasty and chewy like that of raw dough. Neither sandwich had the correct ingredients on them, we couldn't even figure out who's was who's. This is my first experience with Pizza n' Stuff, so I can not speak on behalf of the pizza. Pizza and Stuff has a good location and it serves pizza -- how can this go wrong? I'm not sure, but... Unfortunately, in the past 5 years I've repeatedly had some bad experiences. Poor bread quality, 2 hour wait for a delivery, and soggy undercooked pizza. The food appears to me to come refrigerated or frozen from a major Italian food supplier. I love pizza and would love to support a privately owned business downtown, but the pizza, unfortunately, falls short in comparison to surrounding pizza chains. However, after a 1 year hiatus, I popped in there with my daughter for a sandwich and I thought is was pretty good. I don't know if it was the food or the good company. I Love Pizza N stuff Definatly best itallian in the area and the waitresses are very helpful all around. I give 5 out of 5 because I've never gotten bad food there. Iv had the Texas wrap and steak wraps and no complaints as well as no complaints with the calzones. I have gone here for years as a local and recently noticed a higher billing on my normal foods I get for lunch. The first time they informed me the price went up but the second time a charge of over $5 more tends to lend itself to being ripped off. I will not go back till new staff are hired.
