Not a bad little spot for pizza, salad, local brew and huge TV's. I can see it now that POT will be crazy when football starts because of the TV's, beer and such. They have a small selection of beer but they do have the Peanut Butter Milk Stout which I didn't get. I heard it's pretty good so I'm dying to try it but I got the pineapple cider by Ace instead. I grabbed a slice and a salad which was decent and the place is clean, bright and if I didn't mention before has about 4 huge TVs. Snozzberry and riot beer sodas delish. Mozzarella sticks were average. Garlic cheese bread was um weird: it was like pizza dough crust but garlic. Cashier was super nice. It's a tiny place but good selection of beers on tap. The Marinara dipping sauce was flavorful! The bbq chicken pizza came out hot and the cheese was ooey and goey. The crust was crisp. The sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Fresh cilantro. The chicken was firm yet chewy. Thinly sliced onions, no chunks here. The dough had a nice crisp but with chew. One bite and the toppings didn't slide off. Everything freshly made. Omg. So stuffed. I drove 60+ miles to come here. It's in a weird spot tucked in a smart and final shopping center. I have seen this place before while going to Smart and Final. I finally decided to give it a shot. It is a nice small little place that had 3 large TV's so you know it is a good place to watch some sports! I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and 2 slices of sausage and pepperoni to go. They didn't have anything ready so i had to wait about 10 minutes for them to make and cook the pizza! Since i would have to wait a bit he asked if i wanted a beer and got a $1 off since i ordered some slices! They had a really good selection of craft beer and some basics as well. The wait wasn't that long for the pizza and was able to take it home and eat it. The pizza was pretty good and tasty. There was plenty of pepperoni and sausage on each piece and not too much sauce. The first time I had it, it was the best pizza I've ever had! Literally thought about getting it for weeks but was avoiding takeout due to covid. Second time, it was disgusting. How could it vary so much you ask? The dough and toppings were super undercooked. The chorizo on top though, black. It was simultaneously over and undercooked. I'm super disappointed because I spent so much money on such a gross pizza. I recommended this place to soooo many people too. So bummed. I know they know how to make amazing food but it seems like they were just not spending quality time making it. Just rushing through it on too high a heat setting maybe. The ingredients were super fresh and was on time. However when I went in there last, masks worn correctly were not to be seen. Come on guys. Gonna try it one more time before calling it. Did not disappoint!!.....My lil man wanted pizza and I wanted to try a new spot. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the inside atmosphere is nice and calm. Mike greeted us with a very polite and professional attitude. 2 slices and a beer for 10 bucks...what a deal!!!! The beer I wanted was being difficult so Mike provided me a half pint sample while I waited. I am not a pizza aficionado but I enjoy it. The thicker crust was right up my alley. The crust isn't a thin crust or thick - it's just a little thicker than normal. Crust has great texture and chewiness but not brittle or doughy. Ingredients are fresh and top grade. Specifically the mozzarella cheese was excellent. Space: small and cozy. The place has an vibrant and community feel. The two 80" TVs with another 65" doesn't hurt either!! Great little pizza joint off emerald and the 78. We modified the garlic chicken w red sauce instead of white and added jalapeno and bacon, so bomb. Loved that the chicken breast on it was chopped and not huge chunks, they didnt skimp on any toppings. Michael was awesome, fast great service. The place is nice and cozy, huge tvs, beer on tap and awesome staff... When we got there we didn't know what to order so the staff asked what kind of pizza we like we said meat lovers type.. The young man who was making the pizzas accommodated us because they don't have one so he made his own version and may I say it was so good... Great family owned pizza joint. It's a bit small on the inside but I was impressed with their selection of taps!! Great new local beers on tap. Cold, frosty glasses to boot. The beers they have are always changing so you have a variety. Wed nights they have pint specials where sometimes you can get a free glass and occasionally a refill for a cheaper price. There is a rewards program you can sign up for and put in your number and they can text you Wed to tell you what the beer special is that week. And don't forget the pizza!! So fresh and delicious. I can honestly say I've never had a bad pizza here. You can even go in for just a slice or two and a beer. Lastly, the customer service here is phenomenal!! I really gadge a place on the service since that is what I do for a living as well. Friendly, attentive staff. Everyone seems to enjoy being there worth smiles on their faces it was hard not to have a good time. I think the owner was there and we had asked him a few questions and he was happy to tell us his story and was very humble. We need more local places line this around town. UPDATE: we've come here two times since I left my original review. I believe I was mostly crabby that day, and should have probably let the owner of the establishment know. I have since discovered that WOW factor that warrants 5 stars on Yelp from me- The service. The service is exceptional. I can say this with background support that I have also worked at a pizza place just like this. I don't know if the owner just recently hired his son (who I've gathered are both named Mike) or if we just haven't seen him the few times we'd been in before, but he's been behind the counter a couple times since we've come in and he's very attentive and quick and we're always impressed with his service.
